Blowfish is a gem in Lagos. really great food, and even better service. would certainly recommend if you're new in town and looking to find a nice hotel in the heart of Victoria Island. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel's Purple Restaurant for the Thai dishes. Very reasonably priced too for a modern boutique hotel.

Perfect mid-range place to stay in Lagos. Good location close to supermarkets, dining and nightlife. Would recommend to a friend. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The restaurants on site are very good with the Italian being exceptional, in my opinion.

The crew is very helpful and the acommodations were ok. Besides the power outage problem they have throughout the country, I was able to have a fair internet access, nice restaurants inside (I had dinner at the italian one, a great Seafood risotto). Recommended!

This Hotel is good value for money but this may be the problem, as the detail is seriously lacking. At breakfast, range and quantity is lacking, crockery & cutlery not readily available, cups, saucers, teaspoons etc you need to hunt for. Service from staff is poor, they don't approach you for service, you have to keep looking for them. In the room, you get three hangers, one coffee cup and one sachet of coffee. TV channels poor, and not all work. This is my third and last visit to this hotel.

spent 2 nights at the hotel for business meetings. The rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious. The hotel is stylish, clean, tidy and airy. Internet is quick and reliable. the food choices are good and varied. The hotel is very secure if you are concerned about security unlike some Lagos hotels.there is good control of who can come and go from the premises. More impressive was how helpful and friendly the staff were throughout the hotel, always greeted with a smile and enquiry if they could do an... Read more

Generally disappointed with the rooms I have to admit. Heard and expected a lot from this hotel but was disappointed. Room was small , dark and scruffy. Spent most of the day by the pool which was great as they had music and lots of sun which kept up relaxed and feeling easy . Restaurant and food was good too. Room was just a let down thought.

Stayed in a room on the second floor (1st for them) with a balcony. The view overlooked the parking lot, so there wasn't anything to see, but the bed was fine and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool was clean and just big enough to swim laps (at least for me) though whatever chemicals they used stung strongly. Room service offered two or three restaurants in the top 12 or so (on Tripadvisor) both on site and about a block away. The location made outings on Victoria Island or Lek... Read more

I spent a few days in this hotel during a quick dash into Lagos.. Lovely laid back hotel.. Rooms are clean and staff are veryhelpful and polite.. It seats in the heart of Victoria Island and so is central to everywhere.. Would most definitely stay here again.

We have there couple of times - once for the Italian section (next to the pool) and other time for Indian food (in the reception lobby). food was great both times but i liked the Italian better. If you are a pasta fan, this is the place to go.

Went for a wedding during May and stayed at this hotel. The build up to visiting Victoria island was very negative and I was very anxious about the trip!!! However, from arrival to departure every adventure was amazing!!! The hotel was superb excellent rooms with good air conditioning no site of mosquitoes. Food at the hotel was fabulous along with the service too. Security at the hotel entrance was comforting too although we felt very safe in Lagos. Tut tut cars were available from the hotel an...
