This place is worth every dollar spent in it. Security is everywhere: lobby, elevators & club level. Club level meals are top quality with variety on daily basis. The breakfast & lunch buffett at the Voltez restaurant is superb quality & service: attentive. I requested a crib and maid service put linen together, how sweet. The pool area is very nice. Cant stress how wonderful everything in this hotel is.

This is a modern luxury hotel in Managua for a fair price. After traveling around Nicaragua, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The service is excellent and they offer nice amenities like several restaurants and a small spa. We chose the room service for dinner and it was good quality food, although a little expensive, as expected. Overall, we felt this was a good value for a luxurious hotel.

The room was large with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. I had an early morning departure and they had croissants and coffee complimentary in the lobby. However flies were buzzing around it. It would make sense to cover the croissants. The pool was nice with potted plants and natural plantings to give it a tropical feeling. They had a lot of chairs and couch seating get in pool area. Celebrated our wedding anniversary at prime restaurant on property called "Factory Steak & Lobster" where Hostess Nohelia Cardoza surprised us with a wonderfully decorated table, "Happy Anniversary" balloons, and a heart shaped chocolate dessert. Never been treated better! Food was excellent and great wine list. What a great memory to celebrate.

I stayed at the Real Intercontinental which is a big bright hotel in a more modern section of the city. It is a business property, but rooms are large and light, there is a gym and great outdoor pool, nice restaurant and bar and generally a nice hotel. It is across the street from a huge mall in case you want to shop. Bath's are a bit old and dated...and in general it is a standard hotel room with the bath as you enter and the bed/beds on same side and dresser etc on other. TV's are a bit dat... Read more

This is probably the best hotel in Managua to host events in. We went to a wedding there and ended up swimming in the pool and spending the night there. The service and breakfast was very good. Although it may be a bit on the expensive side, it has everything you would expect from a high-class hotel.

Hotel was very well run and elegant. Some reviews that it was a bit dated had me a little worried, but I couldn't find anything that disappointing at all. Very comfortable beds, excellent wifi reception, and very friendly and professional staff. A great night to unwind after traveling around the country in less comfortable conditions before returning to the states. The 1 night stay before flying out was an unexpected highlight of my 8 nights in Nicaragua In a way.

I had an issue with the in room coffee machine and it was replaced within minutes. There are (3) restaurants in the hotel offering everything form Sushi to Steaks. All the food is far above average for a hotel. The high end restaurant "The Factory" is exceptional as a restaurant for a special occasion or celebration making it suitable as a destination restaurant.
