This motel is the best motel we stayed in on the South Island, great location short walk to town. Large rooms very clean ideal for self catering perfect!! Very helpful and friendly staff they gave us a lot of information and local knowledge, its value for your money, We arrived early and it was not to much trouble for them they stopped cleaning other rooms and made ours up. We would stay again!

Staying for a couple of nights we opted for a larger king room with mountain views - and it was stunning. The motel was of an exceptionally high standard, clean, comfortable and provided everything you could need. The spa bath was a nice addition. Good location for exploring the area. Would certainly stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

My partner & I stayed here over Easter for a week. The unit was comfortable & compact but has everything you need. The only negative thing I would mention is the wardrobe/storage space is very limited so we could not fit many clothes, etc, in the bedroom. Apart from that,Autoline is a great place to stay. The view from the lounge is straight out towards The Remarkables. So beautiful.

Very nice, stylish studio room that met the needs for a short stay. 5 minute walk to the centre of Queenstown, views of the lake and Remarkables and on the bus route to the airport. Friendly staff on arrival including having turned on the heating to my room before I arrived. Excellent value for money

Stayed here for three nights on business and was very happy with the choice. Great heat pumps, amazing shower and very good location. Only downside was the size of the bed which would be an issue if two people were sleeping on it. Highly recommend otherwise.

Super clean, amazing views, comfortable rooms and excellent shower (pressure). Kitchen have everything that you need. Near to city - 10 minutes walking. Staffs polite and friendly. I'll definitely recommend this hotel and I intend to come back.

Stayed in Autoline for a week with my husband. The room was comfortable with good views of the mountains. Was a bit concerned that the linen was only changed once on the bed in the week. I thought generally speaking bed linen was changed daily in motels? Also, the room was not vacuumed all week and hand basins, mirror and shower not cleaned. Maybe some extra attention to these details would give me more confidence in staying again.

Stayed in July 2016. Easy check in and really nice room, well-appointed with small kitchenette. Nice view of mountains. Only criticism is that the hotel is right on the corner of the main road into and out of town. Room was quite noisy until late at night and then traffic noise heard again from about 6.00am- buses. Rooms all have same orientation so I would think all rooms would be the same. Having said that, there are many hotels along the same busy road so I expect that this is common. Re... Read more

Lovely central motel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just what we needed to come back to after a day on the mountain. Beautifully clean and new furnishings. We were able to check in early which was a bonus on such a wet rainy day. Generous Wifi 5GB all other places we've been, were limited to 250mb

The Autoline is a handy 15 minutes from the airport. Taxi costs 36 dollars, bus 12 dollars from outside at the bus stop. Room cleaned every day, clean towels, lovely and warm. Check in and out was easy and there was loads of local information on what is available. Our room had a view of the Remarkables. If you have walking difficulties or mobility issues, would not recommend as the hill walk from the town is very steep. Lots of tous pick up from just outside at the bus stop. Very convenient.

Great views from upstairs room. Comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. Balcony so would be great in summer. Air conditioning. Handy location to everything. We were not as close to corner and had no traffic noise. Generous wifi. Unless super fit need transport to get back from town as steep hill to climb.

Great view from 2nd floor. Clean room, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. Equip with full kitchen facilities. Most important is strong air conditioning which makes the room warm in the cold winter. 5 mins walk or 1 min drive to town centre.

We had made a last min booking for the final 3 nights in QT as we had booked a double room at YHA Lakefront shared bathroom which fell short of our needs and expectations the. upon checking in we were upgraded for free from Basic double room to a 1 bedroom studio (with kitchenette although we did not cook). the room was Really comfortable and exceed our glad to find the last minute deal which appeared to be so affordable to us and best value and we slept well here. Stayed here for three nights. Location was good only a ten min walk through the garden to town. Room was clean and modern. Rooms a bit small but we only slept there so did not matter! Service at front counter was friendly, Check is was not until twelve but we arrived at 1030 and our room was ready :)

This motel is well situated within walking distance of the centre of Queenstown although there is quite a steep hill coming back from town. If you wish to leave baggage while waiting for a late flight they would not guarantee the security of our luggage as the office is mostly unattended. Rooms are marginal 4 star, no mini bar and housekeeping could be improved. After cleaning my room was left unlocked with valuable items left in the room. There is a lot of accommodation in Queenstown I am sure... Read more

It's a great place to stay and explore Queenstown. 5mins walk, approximately 1km walk to queenstown. Free wifi of up to 10 devices per day, 5Gb daily, renew at 11am. Well equipped kitchen, able to cook. Ventilation is good, with exhaust fan and remember to open the window nearest to cooking area, minimal smell after that. Great place to stay, definitely worth every single cent. Got a room facing the snow capped mountain, simply the best thing in the morning.

This is a fantastic motel. Value for money. The kitchen is well equipped n the apartments are clean too. It's not too far from town cos we drove. I would definitely recommend this motel. Look for a 2nd floor room cos it has a better view.

Very upset with the fact that I paid the same for unit 13 as the other studio apartments on the ground floor. In my opinion this is a very unfair business practice and takes advantage of people. The unit which was195 dollars a night was small and cramped. It is so unfair to charge people that kind of money for a shoebox.
