Princess Juliana International Airport (St. Maarten) (SXM): Approximate driving time to the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino is three minutes and distance is 0.75 km (0.5 mile). Driving directions from Princess Juliana International Airport: After departing airport, turn left and follow road to resort entrance on the left. Getting there: A taxi-van from the airport to the resort costs $5-$15 for one or two passengers and $4 for each additional passenger. (Rates are set by the government and subject to change.). Car rentals are available online. Getting around: Public buses (less than $5; price subject to change) to the Dutch capital of Philipburg and the French capital of Marigot stop in front of the resort from morning to late night.
