Great base in Den Haag. Staff professional and helpful. Rooms are excellent and the breakfast is good and in a restaurant style setting. Close to a good variety of restaurants and bars ( O'Caseys ) or head down to the Grand Kirk area.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the breakfast is very nice, you can find everything what you need. I have a remark about the cleaning service in the room and the facilities in the room. They don't remove the dust from upper parts: TV, or a mirror in the toilet, some lamps. We have to breathe it. I find it not appropriate for a 5* star hotel. The second thing is that the TV channels are very limited, some of them were not working.

Best location. Walking distance to many important places to visit. Very calm and quiet place. Rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Having Parking facility. Given that the area is very busy and difficult to find parking this is a great addition. The view of the city from the top floors is fantastic.

The hotel was lovely to stay at, we decided to go for one of the King rooms and was not disappointed, the bathroom was almost the size of the room we stayed at in a different hotel in Amsterdam so it was lovely to stretch out in the spacious setting! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife is gluten intolerant and the staff were able to provide gluten free bread for breakfast for her.

Shower temperature is not controlled by the guest or the thermostat was damaged. The same for the air conditioning, only +/- 3 degrees is allowed to setup, but in a cold weather the temperature keeps 21 Celsius no matter what setup I choose.

Loved the Hilton for several reasons: As a Hilton Diamond member we had a great room and lovely bathroom. Executive Lounge was excellent (evening drinks and heavy appetizers). There is a terrace for when the weather is nice. Breakfast was also delicious in the Lounge. We loved the area with lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel while in the Hague.

Stayed at the Hilton the Hague last weekend and was told by the friendly young lady at check in that we had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite (Hilton Diamond upgrade). The room was wonderful - spacious, clean and modern - and even had a mini fridge and microwave! The executive lounge was cozy but nice and we enjoyed the warm small appetizers served during happy hour. The location can't be beat - just one stop away from many of the popular tourist spots (Mauritshuis museum, Escher museum, and... Read more

I absolutely loved the service I received from the staff, Kevin van Agtmaal was so helpful taking the time to highlight areas to see. He went above and beyond giving me a map, a list of sights to see. .. I was there on a business trip with my husband never having been to the Hague, he made me feel welcome and very comfortable. I was onmy own for four days and he gave me a great itinerary. The hotel itself was also beautiful the rooms had showers and large bathtubs, comfy beds! A great visit ... Read more

We had the luck to be assigned to a fantastic room! The passionate service we received in both Pearl and Spark was great! All the staff in Pearl were great in dealing with my gluten and lactose intolerance, never making me feel uncomfortable. The bartender Julia in Spark was so enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge by answering our questions about different cocktails, especially gin tonics. I even went to a cooking store the next day, to be able to prepare the same ice cubes at home.

As a Hilton hotel goes this is quite a funky one. It has a lovely restaurant and bar with outside space looking onto a canal, which also serves breakfast. We stayed in an executive room which was large, comfortable and had a modern decor. The exec lounge had ample drinks, snacks and a great outside rooftop area. Wifi was free and had a great signal in all areas. Overall the hotel had a young hip if slightly corporate vibe. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the main train station... Read more

This is a modern hotel just on the edge of The Hague, but a very pleasant, and short, walk into the centre of the city or to the other attractions. The room itself that we stayed in was very good and spacious with a large bed and large bathroom with separate shower. You can't fault the amount of space. The disappointing thing about this hotel is the pretty basic unimaginative breakfast and the public areas around reception which are truly horrible. The breakfast is like one you can pretty mu... Location: This is basically the only best thing I can say about the hotel. Close to the city center and all the other touristy stuff and public transport. Check-in: I did not bother with the online check-in, as normally it does not manage upgrades well. Arrived at a not so busy time, however still had to wait about 10 mins before being assisted. The staff at this hotel were all very helpful. The location is easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and museums. The hotel offers really comfortable and stylish rooms and is located close to the older part of Hague (palace, museums, etc), ca. 20-25 min of rather pleasant walk from the train station. Service is very good, although not really cordial. Rooms are comfortable and really look like on the booking page. I stayed in a double room with matrimonial bed, having the street view. Very clean and comfortable, with wooden furniture, although not really spacious (American 3* hiltons usually offer much bigg... Read more

Good quality hotel close to the centre. Usual Hilton service - which I have found to be excellent over the years. Hotel has a nice bar and is an easy walk into town. Beach is 2k away and easily reached.

I am a frequent traveler to The Hague and wanted to highlight the great service from The Hilton hotel on Zeestraat and call out some exceptional people. Albert has been at the hotel for awhile and always welcomes me back. Kevin and Loes are new and have clearly been trained in exceptional customer service as they are awesome. Manon helped me with an issue and was such a pleasant individual. This Hilton is excellent - not just in The Hague but overall.

The hotel is centrally located in a nice setting just next to the river, very scenic. In the evening, the root of the courtyard is beautifully lit with light. You have all the business facilities here and 24-hour access to the gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an ideal place for business travellers.

We visited this lovely hotel with very friendly and service minded staff for an extended weekend. The hotel is located very well in the centre of Den Haag. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was very good, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the king size bed was so hard it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. I had to take painkillers in morning to ease the pain in my hips and shoulders. I would have given this hotel 5/5 if it was not for the poor s... Read more

The Hilton in the Hague is clean, well designed, perfectly located for business or pleasure with professional and friendly service. It is one of the nicest Hiltons I've stayed at globally. The bathrooms have every modern convenience, including bathtubs, separate showers, and dual sinks and the rooms are exceptionally quiet.

Spacious hotel a few blocks from the Peace Palace, and one block from the edge of the downtown shopping district. The shopping area is nearby and walkable with vehicles prohibited. The rooms were comfortable, roomy and luxurious. The staff were friendly. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to explore The Hague for a reasonable price and the ability to be close to everything but stay on the fringe away from high congestion.

First time in the Hague and Hilton was a great choice. Excellent location, walking distance to the shopping area, restaurants, museums, Parliament, Court of Justice. From the central train station is 20 min walking or four bus stops (bus 22 and 24). A taxi is about 10 Euro. The hotel building is quite new; the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. So far it's the best room I have ever been in Hilton hotels. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I did not have breakfast in ... Read more

The Hague has a number of quaint, quirky hotels. This is not one of them. It is an especially well run Hilton with spacious, well-lit, immaculate rooms and a staff that has a collective gift for service. Good tub and a separate shower in the bath, plus a scale ( give it a firm rap to turn it on), good towels and robes. Quiet, reliable internet, great pillows and bed. Window opened just enough to let in some fresh air. Usual fabulous high-end breakfast--little veal sausages were a treat. But the ... Read more

Stayed here for 4 days. Rooms are stylish and spacious. And quiet. Bathrooms are large with separate shower (always a winner!) and all the normal amenities. Limited public spaces, which gives the hotel a private feel. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. All good!

Great modern hotel The hotel is located in a good area just in the beginning of the main shopping street so it is in a good starting point reach the centre by foot. It was very easy to find the hotel by car and they offered a valet car parking for convenience. The hotel is modern and we were blown away by the beautiful interior of the lobby. The staff was great and personal in their service. The rooms very huge and the bathroom was even connected to the speaker system so you could not miss out... Read more

From arrival to departure the staff at this hotel all go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable. This was our third stay as our daughter and family now live in the Hague, it is easy to get to from the train station, there are trams and busses galore, however walking is easy, there is so much to see and people are very helpful if you get a bit lost. One member of staff at breakfast looked up the days weather for us, and staff at reception kindly provided us with brollies for the day as... Read more

Room was great, clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, and a complimentary glass of champaigne and fresh waffles helped to have a great start of the day. I used the computer and printer in the lobby to check in for my flight back to London. The reception staff was knowledgable and helped me to pick a good fish restaurant, things to see and do. Two things which could be improved: 1. on my arrival, the consierge advertised me an executive room for over 5 minutes. I patiently listened, beca... Read more
