Our family booked a last minute hotel with the expectation of comfort and excellent service. This hotel did not disappoint. Comfy beds, mini fridge, AC, balcony. It was all there. Service at the front desk and restaurant was exceptional. More pillows were quickly brought upon request. At breakfast a special cappuccino was made upon request. The kids liked watching the golfers while out on the patio. Morning sun on the balcony was delightful and the trees offered privacy from the parking lot. (... Read more

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The location is lovely but not walking distance to any shops/local restaurants. The reception staff were extremely helpful. My only ' pet hate' was at breakfast. We were not asked if we wanted tea or coffee, but we later realised you helped yourself - we were not told this as we walked in. Also, instead of having milk in a jug you were given the milk pods which is fine in the room but surely not at breakfast. If you asked for a jug of milk you were given one -... Read more

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The staff were all super helpful and kind. They serve the best breakfast and the pool and spa area is awesome! We also love the fact that we were allowed to bring our small dog with. The location of the hotel is excellent and the dunes are a short walk away. The area is just beautiful with lots of restaurants, golf, bike rentals etc. Also Utrecht is 20 minutes away and Amersfoort 15 minutes away! We will be back!

I only spent one night at this Hilton hotel, on my way from the Netherlands to Luxembourg. I loved the location not far from the Dunes and I think the hotel staff deserves a better rating than the hotel in general. Everyone there did a great job, from the reception to the restaurant and the fitness/wellness area. The hotel itself is dated and could do with a general overhaul. I had a huge room, but I wouldn't want to spend a holiday there, it did neither feel welcoming nor cosy. I enjoyed the b... Read more

I came here by bike and there was a very small bike stall. The front desk told me there's a shed with locks where I could park my bike for the night. Check-in was quick because I already checked in online with the HHonors app. I chose my room at the end of the hallway so there are no neighbors on one side of the balcony. Apparently checking in with the HHonors app doesn't guarantee you get the room you reserved. So there is no additional value to check-in with the app if you get a different room... Read more

With a family group numbering 14 people in five rooms there were many occasions when we valued the friendly attention that we received in the bar and restaurant. The attentive and polite staff made our stay a pleasure. The hotel is well situated for Amersfoort a beautiful town and the surrounding countryside which is well worth a visit.

The hotel is nicely located in forest and facilitates great walking and biking trips nad average business standard. Rooms are clean, nice textiles and cushions. The beds are somewhat hard. All rooms have balconies, the furnishing of the rooms (and other areas) are mediocre at its best. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful (all of them). Plenty of breakfast, even on the outside terrace in the morning sun. Please turn off the music, which is unneccesary loud and of very sky/radio level. A... Read more

It allowed us to easily drive to The Hague, Delft and other tourist destinations just south of Amsterdam. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I stayed here years ago before it was a Hilton property and it felt a bit like a decommissioned palace. Now that it is a Hilton, it has been upgraded, but there is only so much that can be done. The bathrooms are spacious, but dated, and the a/c units are add on minisplits. Like I said, its an old property, that's been upgraded.
