Due to my connecting flight cancellation I was stuck in Amsterdam and stayed over at this Hilton. Fantastic clean, spacious hotel. Very very quiet, very comfortable bed. I had a massage at the spa. Received great service. You can walk to your gate from the Hotel. Highly recommend if you are in Amsterdam.

Yes after spending a lot of money a beautiful hotel has been built. However The staff is very amateur . At Hilton honors desk They had an incompetent front desk trainee who was rude and didn't even know how to fix the key passes. Had to come back 2 times to front desk to have a key working in the elevator. No one to help for our bags. When I needed to meet the manager he was to busy welcoming Airline crews. His one minute attention did reflect the attitude to hospitality of this hotel. As a diam... Read more

The Hilton hotel at Schipol Airport is very convenient for business travelers. I was able to land and quickly get to the hotel via the walkway from the airport. As the airport also serves as a train station, it was very easy to get to and from my meeting downtown.

To avoid a 6am flight home from our vacation location connecting in Amsterdam, we decided to fly in the night before and spend the night near the airport. I've stayed at a number of the airport hotels here and they are all a little expensive considering you are staying by the airport. The room was huge compared to the various other hotels near AMS and very modern and clean. The bathroom was also huge and an amazing shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the building was well insulat... Read more

This hotel has been totally revamped and very brand new. The room is in excellent condition, as it is so new! Few things I think could be further improved are (1) water pressure from the shower is rather weak, (2) elevator indicators could not be noticed easily as they are recessed into the dark coloured wall, (3) a "Hilton" logo should be placed somewhere in the main lobby, as there is no way to know it is Hilton when I took the photo! But anyway, it is definitely so much better than I stayed h... Read more

We never would have imagined such good food at a hotel restaurant. The spicy chicken and noodle dish was delicious and a welcome change from serious dining in Provence. The buffet breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Since they were ready they opened a bit early for us because we were rushing for a flight. The lightly scrambled eggs were perfect along with many other choices.

Just visiting for the first time the new Hilton Amsterdam airport and very, very impressed. The old one needed some update but the new build is fantastic. Rooms are nicely decorated and fresh, nice relaxing colours and very great lobby. Connection to terminal is now intern and no need to go out anymore. Great staff and good food. I'm really positive surprised about this new Hilton, a welcome member to the Hilton family. Congratulations

We were upgraded to a suite absolutely beautiful, staff fantastic food amazing loved every moment we spent there. Inside court room, where the bar and bar snack food is served but as you sit the hotel is built all around you and it is a sight to see wonderfully done. Great access for early fights back to Canada no outside walking with lift and carts to help you on your way.

We did not realize the hotel was a different building than the previous Hilton airport hotel and none of the airport staff could direct us how to get there (from inside the airpot) after arriving in Schipol - it took us about 45 minutes to reach the hotel after convincing a taxi to take us there. The convenience cannot be beat (but for a premium price). The hotel room was better than most European airport hotels both in main room and bathroom size. The room decor was classy and warm. Stayed here for 2 days back in April. Personally for me, as soon as I see an indoor facing window within a room, it's an automatic turn off for me. This time, it didn't bother me at all. The rooms are lovely so as soon as you close your curtains you forget all about it, obviously. I have now stayed at the Hilton Schiphol two times. The rooms are nice - sufficiently spacious but not huge. However, the bathrooms in the rooms are awesome. The staff is also quite nice and I love that you can walk directly to the hotel from the airport center (although keep in mind that it takes about 8 minutes to walk there). My only gripe with the hotel is that the lobby feels cold and empty. it needs something to liven it up. But overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely return.

After spending 2 weeks in a very hot and humid Rome, I spent one night at the Hilton at Schiphol. First the service is excellent. The room was modern and beautiful. Great Air conditioning, comfortable bed, and a fabulous shower. For an airport hotel it is the best!!! You walk through the airport from your flight directly to the hotel. I was upgraded to concierge level and enjoyed a full breakfast. Most importantly it was so clean and the staff was perfect!!!

In Schiphol - Hilton is Hilton - and then no reason for choosing anything else. Aery and cool design interior- and really charming and professional staff. It somehow never fails ....that it is the American/anglian hotel tradition that has to learn main land Europe how to take pride in offering pleasant, charming, excellent and still subtle service. Hilton Schiphol has that American/Anglican feel to it, and is a master of exactly that.

We stayed at this still-new Hilton in February and if anything the hotel keeps getting better. You can use an enclosed walkway with moving sidewalks to reach the hotel from the airport (the hotel also has easy access to the Schiphol train station that is beneath the airport). Keep in mind that if you stay at this airport Hilton, you have fast and easy access to Amsterdam via train. I recently booked the Hilton as I had one night to rest before catching a flight. Huge mistake. The hotel is a large atrium surrounded by rooms in a bizarre modern design that is more scary than appealing. In the atrium is a bar with load music that blares until at least midnight. I was on the 6th floor, and could hear the thumping of electronic pop music until midnight. No the place to go to rest or sleep. In addition, I tried to call every number on my phone to reach a human, and they al... Read more

I have never stayed in a hotel where there was a DJ in an open-air atrium. I fell in love with this hotel the moment I walked through the front doors! The Hilton Schiphol is a breathtakingly modern designer hotel with pretty good comfort and excellent sound insulation. The Aircon did not work upon arrival fairly late in the evening and had to be reset by giving a phonecall to the guest services. Ordering of the inroom breakfast was a bit complex - first had to find the menu on the TV, then there were some misunderstandings. A very nice breakfast did arrive in time though. This was our first visit to the new hotel Hilton at Schiphol. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The rooms have a nice size, and the bathroom is wonderful. Very clean everywhere. We had dinner twice in the restaurant. The service was good. There were many exciting dishes to choose between. But I somewhat missed the atmosphere and the dishes from the old hotel.

As a Hilton Honors member I have had the opportunity to stay in quite a few Hilton hotels in Europe and the United States. This is one of the better hotels. The hotel new and has cozy rooms, comfortable lobby, and a really nice restaurant. For guests that have access, the executive lounge is exceptional and Johanna did an outstanding job making guests feel comfortable and at home. The service received in the executive lounge has guaranteed my return to this hotel in the future. Thanks Johanna!

Recently my wife and I had an overnight at the Hilton before our early flight to St. Maarten. Like the old Sheraton the brand new Hilton is conveniantly attached to the terminal. No shuttle. But unfortunately the two hotels have another thing in common: Neither has an adequate airconditioning system. At the Hilton the default setting in your room seems to be 22 degrees Centigrade and supposedly the thermostate in your room allows you to turn down (or up - if you want to be cooked) the temperatur... First off, the location is excellent; it took me all of 5 minutes to walk over, in an enclosed walkway might I add, from Schiphol plaza to the hotel. Checking in took 5 minutes as it was not busy at all. The walk from the elevator to my room was a bit disconcerting; the dark carpeting in the corridors and the dim lighting gave a gloomy air to an otherwise nice hotel.
