I was surprised that the room hasn't have a desk to work. I was surprised that when the alarm started to sound there wasn't a protocol to solve the problem We guest spend almost three hours in the living room without a solution. It was bad. Anything else was excellent.

Stayed second time in this hotel after a year. Had impression that it deteriorated a bit - in terms of service quality, cleanliness, breakfast choice. It has very convenient location but not many other advantages. Internet in the rooms worked OK but in the lobby and breakfast room not necessarily well.

Room was small but clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and clean and free water and tea/coffee/WiFi in room. Toilet/shower also ok. Great location. 5 minutes walk to center. Hotel also had own car park which was very useful as the public ones were full. Staff friendly and helpful

Hotel is ideally located. Rooms are very small, beds are on wheels and you can imagine the fun it is to always put back in place! We soon found out that our safe was broken, even calling the receptionist up to the room, she offered no replacement solution. The mini bar sized fridge provided was not plugged in so I had to pull it out all the way from its shelf casing, the dust behind it indicated this had not been done in a year ,...or two and I had to plus it in in order to use it! Breakfast i... Read more

We hooked the Deluxe Twin Room and paid ‚?¨165 for just one night. For that amount and seeing that it is a four star hotel we at least expected a nice comfortable box spring bed. Well, the bed was awful. Old mattresses on a low frame on wheels. Very uncomfortable and nothing deluxe about it. Even worse was the fact that there were blood spatters on the door handle and door frame! Also, both the bathroom and bedroom were very dusty. We called the reception but they were very nonchalant about it. ... Read more

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton right before Bastion, which had 4 stars as well. And in Bastion we didn't even have half of what we had in Hilton. Coffee was cheap and awful (vs Hilton Nespresso), receptionist was very slow during the check out, room's amenities were old, there was no double bed, 2 single beds instead that drove apart during the night eventually, plus the room had a stink of an old carpet or old furniture or something else really old. Seems like there has been no renovation... Read more

A pleasant hotel. I liked the fact that tea and coffee making facilities were provided, and there was a large bath to relax after sightseeing. Maastricht is a lovely town and the hotel is just a short walk from the market, cafes and beautiful town hall.

Good location, just on the border of the main tourist city centre. One of the biggest advantages is that there is a parking garage around the corner from the hotel. You have to pay extra but it is discounted by the hotel. The hotel inside is nice, the staff are friendly, the room is also good. The only disappointment is that they have single/twin beds (no doubles). The bigger problem is that the bed was not very comfortable, very soft.

Hotel is decent, good location, very close to the market. Breakfast cost was rather high (EUR 14) but you can eat well within 50 m. Nice pool table. WiFi was ok. Altogether it was a positive experience.

Friendly and helpful staff . Lovely room with aircon. Clean and fine. Fridge for free. Locked garage for car at a great price. Easily accessible when you come by car. The hotel is just 500 meters from the center , which is perfect when going to a concert or or just a visit to the city . Gladly recommend to others.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. We really liked the location as it was close to the centre but not too close this meant that it was nice and quiet at night. Perfect for a weekend trip to see Andre Rieu!

Great location and service, but the beds could be more comfortable. We've stayed here several times already and would recommend to anyone who likes to explore the city. Breakfast is nice, with locally cooked eggs.

This hotel is in a good location (stayed here for the Andre Rieu concert). It is about a 10 minute walk from Vrijthof Square and the river. Lovely and comfortable room. Had a lovely breakfast ( ‚?¨14 per day).
