The staff was excellent. The treatment from the restaurant host Arjan was amazing, always friendly, polite and helpful. Other hotels could learn something from the way the staff treat their guests here. The stay was perfect in every way I can highly recommend it to all. I will be staying here again .

Good value, but longsleepers and breakfast diehards must be warned: breakfast from 6 - 9 means, 6 - 09:00:00 and no later, no mersey, not even for a cup of Java. Otherwise good service and nice staff. Easy to locate as well. There is a pooltable in the lobby and loads of free nuts.

Very comfortable hotel, it is well heated, it is complete with a fine restaurant, it is open till late, I found friendly staff at the restaurant. Besides I liked the parking facilities very much: lots of places for cars.

Right fares for what you get, more value on comfort rooms, rather than deluxe ones. Free Gym with a few basic devices. Free pool/biliards and internet (wi-fi + a desktop in the lobby). Have not tried the food yet... Used to be a bit tidier a few years back (have been staying in the hotel for 10 years, a few times each year)

At first glance hotel is pleasant enough. Bring your own pillow. The ones provided are of little substance and is like wadding up towels to lay your head on. The mattresses left my wife's and my back hurting after sleeping there a few nights as they offer little support. The poorly placed smoking lounge right inside the front door will insure the smell of cigarettes linger on your cloths after a few mins in the lobby. After having to wait for around 10 mins for help one night after ringing the s... Read more

We stayed there for two nights. The first night was very noisy because of some teenagers who had an argument during the night and were punching the doors (we did not mange to sleep that night). We complained to the responsible staff in the night and asked them to change us the room but instead he offered us to talk ourselves to the guys who made the noise. During the second night it was quiet and the staff just apologised for the noise during the previous. The rest of the staff was very friendly... Read more

I was pleased that they allowed my bicycle in the room and the staff were polite, accommodating and helpful. But the pasta dish I had for an evening meal was not at all nice. Most of it I returned. For that reason it would not be my first choice of hotel again.

The kind of place you end up staying when the, day before a bank holiday weekend, you decide you'd like a night away. This was the last accommodation (including Airbnb) available in the Biesbosch area for <€100. It's not terrible, it's just a very poorly maintained hotel that exists because of a need and not a want. It's an annoying distance from the center - too far to walk, too close to wait for the bloody bus - which could easily be forgiven if there were bikes available, but there aren't.... Read more
