The photos have been very cleverly edited as the tiny rooms are more hostel like with little more than a bed and at over £100 a night there are many other hotels in the area much nicer for the same price. Our room was beyond freezing and we had to be moved twice before finding one with decent heat. We were the ones doing the running around as staff seem to be pretty uninterested that we were unhappy. There is no dressing table or mirror to get ready and the shower doesn't have a door so the... Read more

Not too far from centre but get the no 4 tram. Room was small but nice. Breakfast is rubbish no bacon or sausage so didn't eat it. Loved the shower. There's a hot helpful guy on reception. 7/10. Under the bed could be hoovered but the room was clean. Good heating in the room. Nice to chill out in at times.

I never give reviews on Tripadvisor but felt that I had to as I loved the hotel. Had a great feeling of value for money. The hotel itself was very modern and had a chilled out vibe. We got upgraded on arrival which is always a treat. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful when needed. The bed's were so comfy that I almost felt like staying in bed all today and skipping the sites. I have recommended this to friends and they have had the same reviews as me. I would definitely book Hotel ... Read more

Had a fab stay at this boutique hotel over New Years. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable & friendly. Lobby had a lovely fire on the go with lovely seating area. Rooms were trendy & v clean with the added bonus of a free continental breakfast. Great location with trams just outside the door in a really lovely district - 5 mins back into Dam Square on the tram or 5 mins to Jordaan in the opposite direction. Would absolutely recommend.

I always try to find special places to stay in terms of style, location and also value for money. This hotel seemed to tick all the boxes. I booked a large room as it stated in several reviews that the standard rooms were very small. The large room we were given was large only in height, the (comfortable) bed takes up all of the room and the bathroom, unfortunately, is tiny. I could also mention that the large windows are nice but draughty and that I was so unsure if we were really given a ... Read more

We booked the hotel through booking.com and it was the best in terms of value for money. The only hiccup was that my account ended up being charged in euros which incurred international transaction fees. I don't know if it's got anything to do with the hotel or the website, but it had never happened before. Upon arrival, we entered a very tastefully decorated lobby. Rose, on reception, welcomed us and gave us some good advice about areas of the city to visit. The room was very small, but we did... Read more

My boyfriend and I stayed over a weekend and we couldn‚??t be happier with our hotel choice. We booked a standard double room, and it was just enough for us. Good value for money as for generally overpriced Amsterdam. Hotel is located next to the museum district (10 min walk) . Staff of the hotel is the nicest and most helpful I ever met anywhere in the world. They really make you feel welcome! They had great restaurants recommendations and a lot of knowledge about ‚??local side of Amsterdam‚?? ... Read more
