A good place to stay if you want a quiet, comfortable hotel that it close to the Museum Quarter. Our room was comfortable and the staff were extremely professional. It's quite a distance from the more lively part of Amsterdam, but a fifteen minute walk to the Museum Quarter. The restaurant in the hotel gave us one of the best meals we've ever eaten.

Nice hotel is a quiet area of Amsterdam. With public transport you are in 15 minutes in the city center. The rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast is excellent. Valet parking service available. Staff at the reception was friendly. With check-out there was a long queue. Therefor check-out was not very efficient.

The room was noisy, clearly not good enough sound isolating windows for such neighborhood. Breakfast was average, no tea was offered and personnel was quite ignorant at the breakfast. Expected more from the place.

Everything was perfect. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful and it makes such a difference for the experience. Breakfast staff also great, especially the lady on Saturday morning greeting me. Breakfast spread was ideal and I loved the assortment of delicious breads (and kitchen staff was friendly too). The only person who was not perfectly nice was the cleaning lady on my floor who never smiled nor said hello back but this is very minor. The room was always clean and the turn down se... Read more

Soon arriving the rooms was very cold, as it with strongly freezing outside. I could not switch of the airco. The next day it was switched off but still very noisy. But the food was good ! The parking in front was quite expensive.

hotel itself is lovely and rooms are great but if your rating food it is far too expensive for what you got. paid nearly an extra â?¬200 on just food and drinks alone here!! we only stayed 2 days nights breakfast was way too expensive likewise dinner only got a very small plate of meat no veg or even chips with the dish was very small and way too expensive. thought by staying in this hotel it would have been fancy but it is far too expensive would recommend staying closer to the city.

Our second stay at this hotel was a delight. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms clean and staff pleasant and helpful. The bar / bistro serves a really good pizza. We will stay there again.

We spent 2 nights here to celebrate NYE in Amsterdam. Its 15 mins tram ride or 40 mins walk to the heart of the city but its a nice quiet location and a very comfortable hotel. As others have stated, it's not really a 5 star hotel but we had no complaints - good sized rooms with all the amenities we required. Bar staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful
