Our second stay at this hotel was a delight. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms clean and staff pleasant and helpful. The bar / bistro serves a really good pizza. We will stay there again.

We spent 2 nights here to celebrate NYE in Amsterdam. Its 15 mins tram ride or 40 mins walk to the heart of the city but its a nice quiet location and a very comfortable hotel. As others have stated, it's not really a 5 star hotel but we had no complaints - good sized rooms with all the amenities we required. Bar staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful

Sorry, but I can't give you more than 1. This is not a 5 Star Hotel. Cold room, loud aircondition, old fashion, really unfriendly waiter, dirty toilet brush, cheep breakfast .... No WiFi in the room ??? In wich timline do you live ??▒ I would never come back.

I wouldn't consider the hotel 5 stars. It is a 3+ star maximum in USA standard (I am more used to hotels in USA). A 5-start hotel customer service goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer's requests; However, in Bilderberg hotel, the staff were more concerned about defending their response/processes; here are two examples: 1. We were checked-in to a room that has people inside. I entered the room and there were two people there. When I reported it to the reception, the receptionist didn't see... Read more

We enjoyed our stay at Bilderberg Garden Hotel. The room was great, we had a good night sleep en the location was excellent. We had 2 great days in Amsterdam. The breakfast was great and it was nice to choose from such a large buffet.

I stayed here for work for three nights. It was super clean and really comfortable. The rooms are a good size and I slept really well. There is no noise from other rooms. L'Occitane toiletries are a very nice touch. The breakfast is tasty with a good choice. If you've read my other reviews you'll know this is important to me! There was a good choice, both hot and cold options and the bacon and sausages were of a higher standard than you usually find in a hotel breakfast. I just wish I hadn't be... Read more

I can highly recommend this hotel for business trips or to impress your beloved. Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, perfect food but it has its price. On the otherside every 5 star hotel has its price ;-)

Relaxed, elegant hotel. Mainly visited by business people, not your typical tourist hotel, Which to some is an advantage... Friendly staff, excellent room service. Worth a visit, worth the money. Will stay here next time I am in Amsterdam.

Stayed here for three nights to meet up with old friends. First impressions we're ok but had a couple of hiccups. When we were given the key to our room we went along and found someone sleeping in the bed, after a quick exit we were given another room which was very nice until we came to check out and we're given a bill for first room which included breakfast (which is very expensive ) which we never ate once. It was rectified after a lot of discussion but still couldn't help feeling like we wer... Read more
