Spent two weeks on a Tour of Morocco with COSMOS Tours staying at various hotels. It is clear that Morocco faces many challenges, which also applies to the hotels we stayed at. HOWEVER, the Zalagh Kasbah Hotel was the best of the bunch. We stayed here for three days at the beginning and for two days at the end of our tour. There is a free shuttle bus to town which is very useful. On our first visit we arrived late at night and even thought the restaurant was officially closed, the staff went o... Read more

Nice Hotel, Location wasn't great but happy with it overall. Aircon was weak and the fridge was more of a cooler box. Wifi is very slow. Rooms are nice and beds were big. The staff are helpful and the free shuttle bus into Jemma El Fnaa was very useful and good.

Our room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The buffet dinner had many choices of very good Moroccan dishes. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked inviting. Our only complaint was that the lights in the hallways are on motion sensors, and they did not come on quickly enough so we were feeling our way in the dark.

Slightly out of town but the pool area's and the mall just down the road make up for that. nice size rooms with a balcony, views and wifi, breakfast was slightly above average Dark hallways till the lights come on. Being on a Cosmos tour this was one of the better hotels we stayed in.

While I recognize all the nice things about this hotel eg the large inviting pool in the center of the complex, the spacious rooms high celings, comfortable beds and pillows, I was so uncomfortable during my stay. The airconditioning in the room does not really work to cool it down even after a whole night. We guess that they may be regulating the room temperatures so the room aircon control does not really help. We called in somebody to make sure the setting is correct but it did not change any... We stayed here in Ramadan and couldn't fault the hotel for service and overall is was really good value for money. Good sized rooms which we had overlooking the pool, which was a good size and plenty of loungers around and pool attendant to sort out parasols , towels, etc. Shuttle bus to town as specific times but had no problem with getting there and back to central Marrakesh. Carrefore supermarket and small shops & restaurants only ten minutes walk from hotel. Great place of a short sunshi... Read more

We stayed here as part of a Cosmos Tour. It has a very grand entrance and all rooms open onto the pool area. My room was a bit worn but quiet,as requested. The breakfast was very average, and the breakfast room at the other end of the complex is almost impossible to find.

Completely ruined our couple holiday to Morocco, no wifi in room, fridge doesn't work, AC doesn't work, balcony lock broken, poor service and unfriendly staff. Eventually got a new room after continuous complaining which was a twin room.

This hotel is a no go, looks stunning from outside. When we arrived and got room key, upon entering room, this had not been made up. Went to reception and given another room. This was worse than the other one. Bathroom held together with silicone adhesive. Tiles cracked, and mouldy. Bath spout held to wall by silicone. Outside patio had not been swept, cigarette stubs and ash all over the tiles. When complaining, no response was forthcoming and no other rooms available. If room on ground floor y... Read more
