I booked this reservation through an online deal that only lasted for a few minutes- I can't stress how much it was a once in a lifetime deal. I have travelled many places around the globe (Spain, France, Cuba, Mexico, Germany, Nicaragua,) but this has been my favorite place so far. I have stayed in hostels, castles, villas, mansions, and AirBnBs. The accommodations are anything but typical; you are truly in a palace! My best friend and I had read a lot of reviews were people complained of it be... Read more

We stayed in the Royal Suite at Sahara place for 3 nights and I can honestly say that it has been one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life! This is a truly stunning property and no photos or videos quite capture the essence of it's beauty. The Royal Suite has got to be the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in, and the hotel itself has so much to offer. I spent the evening of my birthday dining at the Indian restaurant at Sahara Palace with a few of my girlfriends and were instantly stunned by the architecture and atmosphere of the hotel. We fell in love and moved out of the hotel we were staying at to the Royal Suite at Sahara Palace – and that’s just the beginning! The three nights we were there, w... Read more

Although the rooms are clean, the staff is very arrogant and not helpful at all, you'll feel like an intruder, like...a slave !!! The hotel is located quite far from everything, so you'll have to add the cost of travel by taxi. AVOID - if you do not want to be disappointed and go back dissatisfied.

Clearly the negative post below is bogus. Staff are very friendly and attentive and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I stayed in one Sahara's standard rooms, however there is nothing standard about it. Gorgeous oversized private terrace with sun through out the day, ceiling fan and a view over of the Atlas mountains as well as the immaculately kept grounds/gardens. The room has a super king, lots of pillows, a mix of beautiful lamps, shower room, separate toilet, huge bath tu... Read more
