The fact that the manager has not even taking the time to reply to any good/bad feedback on this says it all. We are currently staying here and not a sight of any manager in charge ..I am wondering does one exists!! I couldn't wait till I got home to write this review because I'm that discussed!! The place is DATED DULL & DEPRESSING ..I have read over the terrible reviews from here and I must say they hit the nail on the head! nothing has changed it is exactly what this is!! grubby chip... No wifi in rooms only in public areas, away from the noise and busy medina but definitely walkable distance good 15 mins, restaurant is nice in hotel and pool is lovely. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is sufficient. Decor and look of hotel is stunning.

Room big and very clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Hotel very quiet no atmosphere due to lack of clients (off season) . Facilities are good and the hotel is a spacious hotel with a large pool and terrace

Visited for 3 nights, the hotel is in a great location just outside the medina ramparts, within 15-20 minutes walk to Jamaa el fna ,gueliz or menara mall. The interior is beautiful in Moroccan style, the room was big, plenty of storage room for luggage and the staff was very friendly probably the only part of a "five star hotel". The AC was broken (blowing warm air) and remained that way throughout our stay, we notified the staff at the reception who tried their best, but it's more "maintenanc... Read more

Never again, people did not help specially staff they did not speak English or tried to help. The food was poor & also took over 2 hours for our meals. They got the orders wrong. This hotel was not clean or rooms had been very basic. Did not even have basic coffee making or tea in the roon, there was not water provided. Charged us 30dr & in the shops cost 5.6 dr. The hotel was empty but could not check in before 3pm as there was no rooms ready. Breakfast was been prepared at 6 am and food was ... Read more

After reading many reviews online I really didn't want to stay. However. I was very surprised. Firstly the staff are lovely very helpful even tho English is most likely there 3rd launge, they were still very helpful. Don't get me wrong with some staff you can't have a full blown conversation but then again, I don't speak a word of morrocan so how can I judge. The rooms where very clean, fresh sheets and towels everyday. The bathroom is a little dated, but who spends the whole trip in a bathroom... Read more

If you like your hotels quirky, friendly with a dose of faded opulence then come visit. Nestled almost against the old Medina wall but based in the up market Hivernage RMD offers spacious bedrooms with great air con and friendly, if not a little slow service. The location means the chaotic Medina is in walkable distance as is the 'new town' Guliez. We arrived a couple of days before eid and we were the only guests in this 79 bedroom hotel, for a while at least and were very well looked after... Read more

Definitely is not a five star hotel. Bed sheets were dirty with dark mark .no sleeper,no teeth brush are provided.the room was dusty. They served spoiled melons at breakfast but pastry was good. Minibar was empty. Free wifi with good speed. Staffs were friendly and only few could speak English. The location is very good.walking distance to Jamaa al Fana and old city also it is near to new town where you cand find international brands shop and fast food .
