I am not normally a person that leaves reviews on such websites, but feel compelled to after our stay at this hotel . We booked directly with the Riad to take advantage of the complimentary airport transfers We were given free drinks on the sun drenched terrace along with wet towels to cook us down as Abdess had a chat to us all about Marrakech and answered all our questions The bathrooms are stocked with quality local soaps and gels and even black soaps Our room was the Amber Suite which I bel... We had a fantastic stay at the Riad El Mansour. A peaceful and tranquil base to explore the bustle of the old city. The holiday started well, met at the airport by our driver who walked us to the Riad from his car, which otherwise might have been tricky to find. The staff were attentive and highly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Abdess booked us into some excellent restaurants and arranged a door to door taxi where we were met by the restaurant doorman who walked us the rest of t... Read more

I can not say much more thatn everyone has mentioned before. You are met by the riad's own personal driver, that was included in the price as we booked direct witht he hotel. Mustapah (who spoke perfect English) the driver greeted us with a smile and insisted he carried our luggage to the waiting car. The hotel is around a 20 minute drive from the airport. Mustapha pointed out some of the sights we were sure to be seeing later en route. The manager Abdes took our suitcases up to our beautiful ro... Read more

This Riad is a gem in the heart of Marrakech... The rooms are carefully and artistically designed, the tiling and decorations breathtaking.. Makes you feel you're in an authentic Moroccan mini castle. All the workers go above and beyond in terms of service every time no matter what time of day. We were left feeling fully taken care of. The service began as soon as we booked online!, an email to ask whether we would like personal hotel transfer and a lovely In house cooked meal for our first nigh... Read more

We were treated like family by the outstanding staff, especially Mustapha and Abdess. They will pick you up and drop you off at airport, train station or anywhere. Mustapha will take you to places you want to visit as well as helping with finding places where you want to do a particular activity. For example, my husband wanted to ride a camel, so Mustapha took him to a local place for his ride. Food was very good, including yummy breakfasts daily and dinner whenever wanted. This was a beautiful Riad with a good location inside the old town but with easy access to the new town. The staff were exceptionally helpful and arranged pick up from the airport and were full of advise of where to go and what to see. My mother is disabled and they were very accommodating to her needs. This is an ideal place for some relaxation as the Riad is intimate and calming after a day in the bustling Souks. The Riad itself is beautifully decorated and ornate and there has definitely been... This was my first time in Marrakech. The welcome was very warm. Staff could not do enough for us. I am disabled and they helped me whenever I needed it. I was well cared for and I did not feel like an inconvenience at any time. Anytime that we needed anything at all, they were just there and sorted everything out. We had a really enjoyable stay. I cannot recommend the riad and the staff enough. Go and visit!

My wife and I spent 4 days there recently and it was gem. Fantastic service, great food and unbelievable price. There was nothing to fault, except the heat of Marraekch, but this obvioulsy out of the riad´s control or nor doubt the weather would have been cooler ! Honestly, this was a real find and should our travels ever bring us back to Marrakech, we will doubt return to Riad El Mansour, A very big thank you to all the staff who made great efforts to make our stay as memorable as possi... we went to this hotel after reading all the positive reviews on other web sites. Our room was a twin bedroom , beautifully decorated. You could see from the furniture and paintings throughout the Riad that no expense had been spared by the owners. even small touches made it unique from other hotels that I hve stayed in. From the shoe cleaning service, home made local soaps and shower gels, and conditioners in the bathroom. The rooms were replenished daily with fresh flowers, fruit and bottled ... Read more

This was our first visit to Marrakech and the Riad was absolutely perfect. The rooms are stunning, we stayed in the Amber room but no doubt which ever room you choose you wouldn't be disappointed. The staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad is located within the old town and we loved the fact it was within the houses of the locals. The walk to the Souks and Medina was a pleasure and just added to the whole experience. If you are looking for an authentic and rust... Read more

This was my long promised return to Riad El Mansour. This time I stayed in the Amber Suite, it is a lovely large room with a beautiful Gothic hand crafted bed and chandelier, it felt very special. It has the same staff there from when I visited a few years back - which says a lot about the Riad, I guess they obviously enjoy their work. A special 'Thank You' to Abdess for being so kind and helpful at all times, any request, he made sure it was sorted. It was very hot there, and the best part ... Read more

Riad El Mansour was without doubt the perfect place for our stay in Marrakech - we couldn't have chosen better. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the Jasmine room, which was beautiful - we have never slept so well! The Riad has everything you need and is an oasis of calm amidst the vibrant and lively city. I am not the type of person to normally write reviews, But for Riad El Mansour, I was so impressed, I felt I had to! We booked this as a last minute trip to ecape the cold wet UK for some sun and culture. We stayed for 4 days, and in hindsight, we shoud have stayed longer. Riad El Mansour is indeed a beautiful place. especially at night with all the candles. Our room was Jasmine on the first floor, a spacious room with beautiful furniture and light fittings. Quite possibly the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in - the place is the epitome of Moroccan art & architecture! The staff were all incredibly friendly and courteous, especially the manager, Abscess. El Mansour is really close to the REAL local market, not too far into the "tourist trap" area - perfect balance! Can't recommend this hotel enough. Absolutely put the crown on a fabulous holiday experience.

A great looking place, however if you need a stable and decent internet connection and also fitness - running machine that works - this is not the place. Being bale to contact family and other people is a must for me. The various websites that promise a good internet connection for this place and the fitness facilities need to be straight forward. The hotel also contacted me for another means of payment and now I understand why. They refused to refund any part of my stay - even though the issue... Read more

We had a wonderful vacation at this Riad. What made it amazing were two wonderful hotel managers, Wadi and Abdess. They left no stone unturned in trying to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. I highly recommend this Riad if you'd like to be spoilt.

I went to Riad El Mansour a while back, and vowed to come back again, I did, this time with a group of friends for a special birthday. I recommended it to my friends. Organising 12 people and keeping them happy is no mean feat. But for Abdes and Wadi and the team it was a perfect break, and a perfect party for my colleague. The teamwork was polished, nothing was too much trouble, and they arranged a lovely buffet dinner for us and a lovely home made Birthday cake (which they did not even charge ... Read more

We stayed as a group of 12 girls on a hen - and it was perfect. Being able to have the whole riad to ourselves was amazing. All of the rooms were unique - looked beautiful but also had everything you needed - all amenities as well as robes/ slippers which gave it the 5* feel. Service was great - Abdes did everything he could to make our stay as smooth as possible, from the moment we were picked up from the airport. Things were always kept clean and tidy after us. We could not have chosen better. The service from the staff is top notch; nothing is too much trouble. Our airline left our luggage behind, and the next day Mustapha (The hotels own driver) took us to the airport to pick it up - and that??s just one of the things that make this hotel so different. My partner had a bit of a stomach ache, and Abdess went and sourced some local remedy of herbs, I am not sure what was in it, but it worked! We stayed in the Amber Suite, one of the largest ro... Once at the hotel Abdess welcomed us and made us welcome. The hotel was so tastefully decorated and our room was lovely. Breakfast was really good with a choice menu and we had meals at the hotel which were so very good. The cook and cleaner were such lovely ladies and friendly. Myself and my partner had the pleasure of staying here on a recent visit to Marrakesh. We were greeted by very welcoming staff who, once we'd checked in, showed us to our beautiful room and offered us a complimentary drink and local tea. I'm a bit late in reviewing this place as I visited in September, but for a place like this; it is worth reviewing no matter how late! We were lucky enough to hire the entire read for a hen party- and it was just great! Mention must go to the absolutely wonderful staff who were always ready to help us with whatever requirements we had at whatever time! The rooms were immaculate, really traditional and just so homely! Thank you so much for making our stay - and hen weekend perfect!!

We wanted the experience of having an immersive experience in the medina, but also wanted a quiet spot to rest and relax. This Riad was perfect. It's just a few minutes walk from the souks, and the entrance is nothing but a door in the alley, but inside is a roomy, airy respite. Service was excellent - our room seemed to be tidied whenever we stepped out. We ate dinner at the Riad on the night we arrived, and am glad we did. The service and welcome from this Riad is second to none. We arrived a little way from the Riad (in the taxi from the airport) where we were met and guided through the medina to the building. The place is stunning. We had been delayed on our outward journey so arrived early evening, and as we had not had time to get our bearings they recommended a local Tuk Tuk driver to take us to our restaurant the we had pre-booked, well - what an experience!
