Stayed here in September 2015 for 4 nights. We were impressed from start to finish with the service from the hotel - having booked a taxi service to pick us up from the airport. The reception and bar area is lovely and the mint tea is delicious! The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Rooms were well kept (beware of ALOT) of mosquitos. The only fault I would have is they could benefit from a mini bar due to the rooms being so far away from the bar/restaurant areas. We had a traditio... Read more

I have to say we chose well, We had a perfect stay with magnificent setting lovely rooms and such helpful happy people, it really helped to make my dream come true. The staff at breakfast, lunch and dinner were so attentive and helpful, they all shone in our eyes. The food was different every day and very well presented and tasted wonderful. I have just returned from a weeks stay in the Pullman and it was lovely, but came with some good and bad things, some not expected from a 5 star hotel! Around a week before my arrival I emailed the hotel and got a very swift response. I arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport, this cost ?30 and was so worth it! The driver met us just outside the terminal and was very pleasant. On arrival to the hotel, it was beautiful. However, the member of staff who checked us in was extremely ru... Read more

Ideal for families, while couples would also not be disturbed by children because of the compound's size, the hidden location of the kids club and the presence of a - new since 2016 - adults only pool, next to the family swimming pool and the shallow pool for toddlers. The club has excellent facilities and, moreover, a very professional yet personally committed staff. Especially Adil and Tarik were great for our kids. Booked on discount site voyage prive for all inclusive. Delighted that this included pool towels 3 meals a day with huge and varying selection, most alcoholic drinks and meals by the pool. Free and regular town shuttle made trips to town comfortable and easy, and room was clean and comfortable and luxurious. The atmosphere at the hotel was peaceful, idyllic and lively. The staff's English was good. Weather was beautiful in May and we had an amazing time.

First impressions were great and the service from day one was excellent. The room had a cockroach (!) but the gentleman who had dropped us and our luggage soon sorted that problem! Stayed here for 4 nights, beautiful hotel and friendly staff. We were a group of 9 and for our first night we dined in the tent by the lake. Absolutely beautiful setting and a 6 course traditional Moroccan meal. The service we received was above and beyond. The meal was approx. £40 each and so worth it. We also purchased the all inclusive wristband, again worth ever penny. The food served is all fresh and such a variety. I could not fault this hotel on anything.

Fantastic hotel, especially if you are going as a couple with facilities what you expect, great housekeeping and a nice view for a low price. However if I had to pick faults: 1) WiFi was awful during my stay, although this did get fixed on the last day 2) Breakfast was literally the same eveyday, it was great nonetheless but variety would have gone a long way 3) We paid a fair amount for dinner with only fish and lamb being served, no variety in terms of chicken dishes. We have just returned from 5 days at the Pullman Marrakech and firstly I would say that this hotel is NOT a five star resort and definately not an all-inclusive resort. When we arrived at this hotel the reception staff spent more time explaining what was NOT included in the all-inclusive package than what was included. There is only one restaurant that is included and the food is extremely average, the choice is boring and completely uninspiring. If you decide to go to the adult pool then t... Read more

Let me start by saying I have visited this hotel before and I loved every second of it - hence why I returned! I can't fault the hotel itself, the grounds are stunning and the location is great however my issue was the 'all inclusive'. I won't really mention the staff as a British client they tend to leave you to it - I can't comment on service I didn't receive! When we visited in February the all inclusive offering was very extensive, this time the menu had shrunk to just pizza at lunch (when p... Read more

We stayed at this resort for 7 nights and we enjoyed it. People were friendly, polite. The food was excellent. The facilities were excellent too. Especially for kids this is the place to be. They have a range of activities age depending. Plus a dedicated kids pool which was a pure benefit. My only nagative point here would be the kids menu could have more variety. My 2.5 year old can be fussy but all that was on offer was chicken nuggets and chips. Or soup. Finally, call me picky, but I had a... Read more

We've just come back from 7 nights at the Pullman having visited as a family with a baby, and we had an excellent stay. The good: Rooms generally pleasant, perfectly OK but nothing to get to excited about. Grounds are extensive, with mini golf, several pools, tennis, gym etc, so plenty to do if you choose not to leave the resort. If you do leave, then the free shuttle into the city is very handy. Food is varied and tasty. Feedback- on two separate occasions separate staff members asked us t... Read more

I agree with other reviewers that the all inclusive is not the best however we knew that this holiday was All inclusive "lite" when we went and so that wasn't too much of an issue. The rest was fabulous- the lovely adult only Zen pool, relaxing grounds and activities and wonderful staff. Amine from the bar being the best and Mohamed in the restaurant and of course the lovely Tariq. I would return because for me the hotel was just what we wanted, quiet, relaxed and lovely people. Not too many kid... Read more

We travelled as a group of 18 people. Really friendly staff who helped us check in and get us into our rooms as quickly as possible. We arrived 4 hours before our check-in time so some of the rooms weren't ready, however they made us feel comfortable and let us use the hotel facilities like the bathrooms, pool, restaurants and bar until our rooms were ready. Location was a bit out of the way, but it was really easy to get taxis to get into town. Rooms were nice, air conditioning worked brilliant... Read more

But when we checked out I noticed we were charged the full price, I asked the hotel employee why we did not get the discount which was offered to us. She said oh its there which she could not show then she called her superior and she said oh its there gave me the second invoice showing the same charges with higher total at the end and tried to tell me that discount is the... Room was air conditioned, fully equipped with toiletries, robe, slippers, towels, fridge, extra bedding, safe, hairdryer, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and balcony, every day we had fresh bottled water and every evening chocolates on our pillows, we had delicious dates on our arrival. Late check out fee very reasonable, man in buggy drove us and our luggage to our room. More like little apartments. The grounds and interior of the hotel spotless and beautiful, ... Read more

I really liked this hotel. They have a really nice quiet pool which is for adults which was abused by one French family during out stay. The staff were warm and friendly even if some had very little English. The main pool is set to be refurbished this October and they were adding a paddling pool while we were there. The food is good. There was a couple a conferences on during my time there and meal times could get busy and some service slow down resulted.

Me and my fiance stayed here for 5 days. The hotel grounds are lovely and cannot be faulted. However the room is very basic. The toikets on the grounds are better than the ones in your rooms. Also you may be sharing your room with spiders and ants. The walls are very thin too, we were awoken on our first day at 4 in the morning by guests who may have had a few too many. The staff arnt the friendliest if you don't know french. You are treated like your a burden to them when asking for something.... Read more

I stayed here with my husband for a 4 night stay. From beginning to end we had a very relaxing stay. The staff were so helpful especially the young waiters in the restaurant and bar areas and would put the staff in some of the hotels we have stayed in in other cities to shame !! The food was very varied and suitable for most tastes and lots of it. We were all inclusive so we could have as much as we wanted. All buffet style. The pools, the rooms, and the communal areas were all very nice - the entire hotel is clean, no shortage of sunbeds, garden areas kept very neat too. Rooms are small ish but very comfortable, aircon is quiet, bathrooms spotless, staff are good too. Have a couple of gripes: 1. Service at breakfast was appalling, dirty plates left out, waiting for coffee/cutlery/glasses for ages, food not great and not replenished quickly, juices run out and no one bothers to fill it back up 2. Was there 2 nights for a week-end. Very nice hotel, in the remote Palmeraie area (hourly shuttle available nonetheless, free of charge, provided by the hotel). Does look like a "holiday club" but with very high standard! Very good amenities in the room, which was of decent size and standard. Main pool was unfortunately closed though a big second pool was open. Really appreciated the breakfast (didn't test the "All-Inclusive" package). Very decent to have a drink in the evening as well! We were a family of 3 adults and 2 small children. Had paid for the 'all inclusive'. Food was great, lots of choice. Beer and wine of good quality. Had a few glitches on checking in but were settled in good time. Being able to converse in french would be an advantage, often ignored if waiting staff didn't understand our kiwi accent.Would not recommend the Mezze restaurant, buffet food far better. My partner and I loved this place from the second we checked in. We love going to places where everything just flows and no issues are raised. All the staff we encountered could not help enough and after a short time knew who we were and what we liked. The room we stayed in was modern and contained everything you would expect from a 5* resort and cleaned to a high standard everyday. If I were going to give a con I would say the food could be improved while it was mostly tasty and hot there... Read more

We booked the Pullman as we were looking for an all inclusive hotel a little way out of the Medina for October half term for our family of five. We wanted to relax, but also visit the Atlas Mountains and spend some time in the Souks and Medina. Just landed back from a week's break and want to share our experience. I'm going to leave a separate review of the stay as a whole (a few constructive observations) but for now wanted to mention two of the highlights. 1) Kid's club. Specifically the staff. I have never seen our 2 and 5 year old kids so enamoured and full of hugs and kisses on departure, for the staff that looked after and entertained them throughout our team. Special mention to Miryiam, Agil, Madi and Tarik. 2) Pool staff. I... Read more

First class service, warm welcome, offer of tea and drinks on arrival, taking care of the luggage, the extremely quiet 2 room suites as booked, free kids and baby club (Adil, the manager, is the most lovable person), heated outdoor pool for families, a second (unheated) Zen pool only for adults, a lake for free kayaking, tennis, b... Overall the hotel is very nice, with clean, contemporary rooms (altho not 5 star), good service, nice grounds and the a la carte restaurant had fantastic food. However, when we visited, the main pool was closed for repair and all guests had to use the smaller, crowded, usually adults-only pool. This was a major disappointment for us and were surprised we hadn't been informed upon booking. We stayed at the Pullman in mid October and had a great time, all because of the Kids Club! The caregivers at the Kids Club were so patient, kind, caring, loving and fun! They were all outstanding, but the names I remember are: Tarik, Abdel and Adil.. the love these people had for the kids in their care was immeasurable.
