Me and my husband visited for 3 nights in May I chose this Riad/Hotel due to the location (10 minute walk to the square) I emailed the owner prior to the trip to ask about hotel shuttle and rooms- they responded efficiently!- Great Upon arrival me and my husband met with the driver at the airport who took us to the Riad/hotel, we were escorted with the help of a lovely man who carried our luggage to the windy ally ways passing El Fenn and other hotels Once in the Riad me and my husband were in a... Simply excellent. It's difficult to capture quite how good this place is. Rooms in traditional style, lovely garden and plunge pool. Lovely to relax in the quiet in the sun. You simply have to see it first hand to understand how good it is. An oasis !

The terrace suite was amazing, beautiful to look at, clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Really good food. We loved every moment. Wonderful staff also. Would definitely return. Extremely close to the central square and all the souks.

Beautiful gem in the heart of Marrakech, excellent service. All rooms are in a different style and have a good size. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. After having been in the busy town center of Marrakech it is nice to return to this calm place. Palais Sebban is located in the Medina, a lot of touristic places are at walking distance. On top of the roof of this riad, there are deck chairs and beds which makes it a good place to enjoy the sunset.

I have traveled a lot and this could quite possibly be the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. It was like a museum. The staff was wonderful. I was surprised at how many different languages they spoke. They took care of all of our needs. It has a great location. I recommend arranging a pickup from the airport with the riad.

Pallias Sebban is in a great location and the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we were given Mint tea and cookies while they were checking us in. We had an overnight excursion and they had no issues with keeping our bags. In addition they arranged a driver to and from the riad. Since the Riad is located down streets that cars cannot travel they had someone come and meet us to help direct us to the hotel and help with our bags. I would highly recommend using their driver... The hotel is in real morroco rather than the commercial hotel district, nice hotel, but unfortunately the real surroundings are rather intimidating, constant begging and felt like a target, being threatened for money, at one stage even a member of the hotel staff tried to con money out of us, it's a shame as this took the edge off the trip. Great experience, great food, would I rush back ? No, just because I felt I was there to be exploited financially due to my nationality.

We are due to visit Palais Sebban for a week for my husbands 50th birthday in August, I have sent a few emails regarding our stay as this is a special ocassion, and I must say the staff at Palais Sebban have been SO helpful and accomodating with various requests. If there customer service is as good face to face as it is through the computer we will have absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you Palais Sebban

Great place to stay right near the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We had a suite with private roof terrace and was great. There are several roof terraces for all with 4 poster sun beds for all guests as well. Small plunge type swimming pool but good place to stay. You can walk to souks and main square within less than 10 minutes. Lots of good eating places within 15 minute walk along with bars although bars are less easy to find. Very friendly and staff could not do enough for you. I would rec... Read more

Well, as my review suggested, great Riad. Upon check in we had some small issues(they could not find our reservation, but in 20 min everything was ok and as expected). The place if you read the book in your room is made up of many houses, to create this establishment. The are inside the Riad is outstanding. With all the terraces, little walkways, etc is just magical. We had dinner inside,it was good and tasty. The room(we had deluxe) was interesting with really high ceilings,no TV and really int... This place was booked for us by our tour company marrakechdaytrips, com. EVERYTHING! the staff did everything they could to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They provided us with plenty of useful tips on where to visit, which restaurants and cafes to go to, how much to pay for things like taxi/ caleche rides, etc. It locates at the central of Marrakech Medina area. If you demanded pick-up service, that will be better. Because taxi driver just dropped me before I entered the local... Read more

Excellent riad, beautiful surroundings and easy walk to main square. Down an alleyway but easy enough to find, taxi will not come to door but is only a 1 minute walk to an area where they will come to. It has a lovely pool, excellent breakfast and lovely rooftop seating, the decor is luxurious. I was here for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Marrakech

Palais Sebban is such a beautiful place with colorful tiles everywhere. The staffs are also very friendly. The riad is actually pretty big and has a great rooftop. The food at restaurant is good. The location is good and near to Jmaa el fna, but you have to walk a bit from the main road to the riad. There are signs to the Palais Sebban (you can easily find it and it's near the main street) but around the area there are some young guys insisting to show you the hotel then ask for unreasonable pa... Had the most amazing time at Palais Sebban. The staff is super friendly (Adil, Yasin) and the grounds are beautiful, with traditional Moroccan style rooms. At night you can enjoy live music, (oud) in the courtyard, by the pool with a nice cup of Moroccan tea. I can not wait to return!

From the minute we walked in we were amazed at this Riad's beautiful, authentic design. We stayed for four days and discovered something new every day. We had a 'standard' room which was very spacious and beautiful. The pool was spectacular after a hot day sight seeing. We ate dinner there two nights and both meals were fantastic. The second meal was the shoulder of lamb, but you have to order at least 24 hours in advance if you want this. The owner was really nice when we were trying to find a ... Read more

We had a great stay at this riad. Such a beautiful pool! However, the hotel needs to have a few more beds around the pool to lay out. It was a very large Riad and we felt like the service was a little impersonal in comparison to other riads. We had an extremely average dinner at this hotel so I wouldn't recommend eating here. The air conditioning was a problem, it kept dripping despite me having it above 25 degrees like instructed. The wifi was very poor and they didn't accept American Express. ... Read more

Finding a nice riad with twin rooms is always difficult but we were so glad we found this hotel. Brilliant location about 5-10 minutes from the main square. We loved the beautiful, ornate and authentic design of the Riad. The main courtyard is lovely and spacious and very light and much better than other Riads we visited. Staff are so so so so lovely and extremely helpful and they really made the experience. Great roof terraces on both sides of the building - the terrace above the pool area is a... Read more

Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing holiday. This Riad is stunningly beautiful. Right around the corner from the main square but tucked away enough to be just outside the 'hustle and bustle'. The relaxing atmosphere is only further complemented by the friendly staff. 'Couldn't do enough for you' is an understatement; you wouldn't have to lift a finger aside to get into the pool, which is the perfect depth and temperature to offer an occasional respite from the heat. They offered fantastic a... Read more

There are only 2 hotels in the world (oner being Luxor's Al Moudira) that I've found so beautiful that I've had to be dragged away weeping with my nails clutching the soft furnishings. The Sebban is the other. You cannot find a more beautiful place in which to rest your head. Even the loos are lovely! Our room, which was medium-sized but with palatial-scale Zellige tile decoration, opened up onto a beautiful balcony covered in jasmine and bougainvillea. A heavenly spot for breakfast or a cockta... The entrance to this place is so unassuming. After you walk through the lobby you are greeted with a huge, open courtyard and a pool. After further exploring, we found 4 gorgeous roof terraces. The included breakfast was so delicious (the egg tagine was so good!). And the service was fantastic. All of it. The service at the front desk, restaurants, bell men, etc. I was sad to leave!

Booked this hotel due to great reviews but didn't know what to expect. Arriving at the airport we were met by one of the hotel's associates who drove us to the vicinity of the hotel. A porter met us to help us with our bags. It is only a short walk but cars are not allowed in the area. Walking into the hotel for the first time, our jaws hit the floor. Every inch of this riad is gorgeous, but the courtyard is something to be seen! We checked in and were met with mint tea and biscuits. We stayed i... Read more

The staff was the one of the bests that I found at a hotel: simply amazing. On the first day they offered to book us a city tour with a private guide, we accepted the suggestion. The guide picked us at the Riad and showed us the city. They also suggested and booked us restaurants. They were so nice and the Riad was so cosy that it felt like being home. We ate at the Riad restaurant by the pool twice and the food was fantastic. The breakfast is also served by the pool and it's great with fresh ... Read more

I booked the Riad (a year ahead) as a 50th birthday gift to someone special. I wanted to see the mix of the Andalucian and Arabic architecture and I was not disappointed. The father who sadly passed away has done a magnificent job in restoring the riad. The staff are absolutely brillant, helpful and they can't do enough for you. Merci à vous tous.
