Hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms even nicer. Is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina but hotel does provide a shuttle bus (at a cost) that takes you nearer to Medina and then you can also get back to the hotel. Taxi from hotel they charge like 150 dirhams which is extortion because outside it would be much cheaper but they know you can't just hail one outside because you aren't near to anything. Also they charge you this amount but it's not your own taxi, if other people wan... Read more

Me and my partner first booked this hotel 2 weeks prior to arriving for five days in Marrakech. Upon arrival we were greeted by a man who carried our bags in reception. The staff at reception were not in a rush to get us to our room, however they weren't hesitant to quickly say that there were "local taxes" to pay. 350 Dirhams for two people, I'd like to know what these went towards. First impressions of the overall hotel was a lot smaller than anticipated on their website, the rooms were made... Read more

This was our second time at the blue seas Parc and Ryads hotel and it was just ad good as good as last year if not better. On checking in we were upgraded to suites by the pool and the rooms were just brilliant - on the first day we put 4 sunbeds outside one of the suites and they were left there for the whole week for us. The food was better this year and having lunch at the pool bar was a nice touch - my husband relished the fact he didn't have to walk up the hill! This year we used the spa a... Read more

The Hotel and Pool were beautiful. My friend and I had a fabulous time. We spent a couple of days by the pool, visited Marrakech and did one of the hotel excursions to the Atlas Mountains. We were all inclusive and would recommend this option as the hotel isn't walking distance from any other restaurants. The food was better than expected and there were a lot of vegetarian options which was impressive. Wifi in the lobby but not in the rooms.

Myself and my best friend traveled here in April 2016, we had a great holiday, but that was because of what we made of it (and the copious amount of cocktails we had) and not particularly because of the hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained, however when you look closer, the hotel is very tired and in need of a serious upgrade. The rooms are in various Ryads, which look rundown and, unfortunately, shabby. Our initial problem was with my friends room, whenever ... Read more

Loved everything even more so than last year, we personally thought the food was even better than before, loved the addition of having lunch by the pool. A friend and I have just returned from our holiday at blue seas marrakech and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This was our first time visiting morocco and although we weren't sure what to expect we were made to feel very welcome. When we arrived the resort was fairly quiet as we were there the week before half term, so it was perfect for us! We were only here for four nights so although we went out twice we spent the majority of our time at the hotel. The animation team worked hard to encourage... Read more

I'll start with the pros- PROS- -the hotel is spotless! Cleaner is in each day and leaves fresh towels and bedding -most of the hotel staff are lovely although some are a bit rude (mostly reception) -induction meeting when you arrive so you can get a better feel of the place and marrakech -the hotel is about 20 minutes from the centre so I personally felt very safe in the hotel as they have security on the doors etc. -massive swimming pool which is very clean and easy to get a sun lounger! -ex... My wife and I arrived on 17th May. Welcome good from front desk and delighted with our spacious room. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. We were all inclusive and found all meals delicious and plentiful, and enough variety to please everyone, including pizza and chips! Also the drinks were of good quality. The hotel is a few miles out of town, with nothing in the immediate area, but there is a shuttle bus into the busy city centre of Marrakech (at a small cost) which drops you about a 20 ... Read more

Ive been 2 years in a row and it is amazing. Customer service and resort is just lovely! I usually do all inclusive and it is really worth it, soft and alcoholic beverages all day, breakfast lunch and dinner as well as snacks during the day; you don't go hungry. The room is lush and house keeping daily which is good. Going again next year!!!

Beautiful and clean , rooms were lovely and pools were clean. The centre of Marrakech is only a 15 minute drive away and about £15 return in a taxi. The only thing that let the resort down was the food, it was very bland and limited choice. The ants and bugs around the food was off putting. Only other fault was the ammount of bees and wasps at this time of year and lots of people were getting stung, I would rate it as a 4 star but only a 3 star for the food , I would visit again for a short bre... The rep we had Brihim was just as useless and I wasted a lot of my holiday waiting for him to turn up to meetings and him never arriving. Spent a week with my girlfriend at the Hotel in late August. Very mixed bag really, and having been abroad to an all-inclusive 5-star hotel in Egypt earlier this year, the bar had been set relatively high- but being realistic people, we weren't expecting anything too breath-taking. Too begin with the good points, the hotel itself in terms of appearance, cleanliness, staff and the room were all impressive; reception and dining areas were impressively decorated and staffed, the pool area was big a... This was the 2nd time i visited Ryad Parc and i have to say it has changed. The hotel looks like a palace in the photos please dont be fooled. The hotel check-in was ok. 1 man doing multiple check ins. No help to the direction of our rooms luckily as this was my 2nd time we knew where the rooms were located. Rooms are ok with working air con & Fridge. Rooms are cleaned every day however common problem with Ants - so i suggest taking ant killer with you. We went all inclusive bars are open 10am ... just back from a week at this resort, have to admit that it is way out of Marrakesh( about 35 mins in a taxi from airport) but there is a daily shuttle service to Marrakesh from the resort ( but at a charge) ,stunning grounds and the best pool i have ever been in!yes there are a few issues,ie: ants( don't forget this is Africa!) if you want to take some ant powder, but they don't bite, just can be a bit of a nuisance in room.in my own opinion the only downside about this resort is the later evening... The hotel itself was absolutely lovely. The rooms are spacious plenty of room round the pool and the food I found to be really tasty and on more than one occasion I went up for seconds! In terms of entertainment there is nothing! One or 2 rounds of water aerobics during the day and the same worn out karaoke that's aimed at the French in the evening. This is the first holiday abroad I have been on where there is little to no staff interaction with the guests. Unfortunately we visited during Ramad... Read more

This was our 1st trip to Morocco and we were skeptical of whether the hotel would look like it did in the pictures. We had read mix reviews so was not sure what to expect. This hotel is like the pictures it is a lovely hotel with some lovely people working and stay there. Nothing was too much trouble, we arrived at approx 10 pm on an all inclusive. We had obviously missed dinner x But they opened the restaurant and got the Chef to prepare us food x This was plentiful. Everyone was friendly and h... Read more

No shops near by middle of no where, it takes over an hour to get to the nearest city centre it's like your trapped in the hotel. Food is disgusting took really long to get checked in & the customer service is absolutely awful can't understand half the things they saying. I recommend everyone do not book this hotel you will regret it.

The middle of nowhere! If you make any trips down to the town make sure you stock up on any supplies as the shop in the hotel is absolutely extortionate! . Cleanliness & maintenance could be improved·Rooms had no views· The bathrooms and reception could be improved too.

Beautiful large hotel, staff were no the friendliest. food was only ok. The hotel was very isolated. Nothing near by. Needed taxi to go anywhere. Lots of very large cockroaches especially at night. We went all inclusive and asked the bar staff could we bring a bottle of wine back to the room and were told that we would have to pay for the bottle of wine to do that. Lots of wasps too.

We booked 9 days in this hotel on a so-called all inclusive basis, only to find that it was not so all inclusive! There was only the main dining to eat in and the food there left a lot to be desired. Food at the pool snack bar had to be paid for. Drinks were free up to 11pm then you had to pay for any alcohol consumed. The service in the dining room was very bad. Most of the time, you had to hunt for cutlery because the staff weren't bothered. The entertainment was rubbish and the so-cal... Read more

Just go back today and I can honestly say what a chilled relaxing break. The place is clean and peaceful, but it is in the middle of nowhere so if you wanted something more lively and that you can wander of from the hotel its not for you. Saying that there is a but in to the middle of Marrakech which goes and drops back several times a day for a minimal fayre. As the weather was beautiful we opted to stay round the pool. There isn't a great deal to do but aqua aerobics and water polo but that... Read more
