This place was a welcome retreat after a day of hustle and bustle on the streets of Marrakech. Lovely grounds, fantastic staff and great amenities. It is very well presented and includes a large heated pool, a Haman, restaurant and a little shop with a somewhat limited selection but still good for that last minute gift or postcard. The grounds are huge considering that there are only thirty rooms. On our last night the hotel was fully booked but you would never have guessed. I have to echo rec... Read more

I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in marrakech! Me and my partner stayed here as a birthday surprise for him - 6 days in one of their suites. the room we stayed in (103 i think) was perfection! spacious, comfy bed, airy and light. Traditional moroccan feel and the most amazing bathroom you have ever been in! It was just fantastic! I wont bore you all and go on for pages and pages (which i could! this place has so many great points) but i will say that the location is perfect. i... Read more

Myself and my wife booked this hotel after reading reviews from other fellow guests. This place exceeded my expectations as soon as we pulled in, as other guests have stated travelling down a unlit road which was NOT the case, so don‚??t be alarmed. The whole place is beautiful with scenic surroundings everywhere you look We booked just for breakfast as we enjoy eating in the local places, but for the value of money it was perfect Our room was the standard room and was perfectly sized with a... The hotel itself is about 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the medina. When we arrived we got a free upgrade to the ambassador suite (addition is just a private pool), the private pool we didnt even dip our toes in, the most dirtiest pool iv ever seen. Now if im paying £180 a night and you upgrade me to this- not good. This place must be located next to a club or something cos upto 2am the music would not stop! I noticed I wasnt the only one who had a problem with this as the coup... Read more

Very nice hotel outside the city. A little hard to find but peaceful and set out in lovely grounds. Mustaffa and Aziz could not do enough for us and made our stay very comfortable. Rooms were well kept and air conditioning fully functional. Food was very nice and reasonably priced. Over all very nice and exactly what we needed after white water rafting.

Just returned from a week here. Our accommodation was spacious and spotless. Sheets and towels changed every day. Our own garden and path leading to beautiful swimming pool. Lunch and dinner around the pool was excellent. Reasonable prices for service and standard. Pool towels provided. Breakfast included in room rate very good selection and lovely setting outside by water. A shuttle operates to the Medina and to the airport. A very relaxing holiday . After being driven down a dirt track some 20 min outside Marrakech we arrived at La Maison. Very basic not quite sure how this has managed to gain a 4 star rating. Very basic room with a salon door toilet and your very own tenants in the shower, see picture attached. We were informed there was a private party that evening so decided to have a couple of drinks around the pool before retiring for the evening. At around 1am my friend was awoken by what can only be described as a woman screaming... Read more

I have just returned from staying for a week in La Maison des Olivier's. Great place very relaxing and friendly. The rooms were just right Moroccan style and comfortable. My Mum and I had adjoining rooms which was useful.505 and 507. They are right by the pool. The pool is lovely and the surrounding area is perfect to relax, either by the pool or on the grass nearby. Breakfast is tasty, I had olives, dates, massive fresh tomatoes and eggs every day. Yum Yum. Lunch and evening meal are equally de... Read more

First visit to Marrakech. The city is typically chaotic and "in your face", but the hotel is a ten minute drive away on the main road heading towards the Atlas Mountains. It really feels like another world compared to Marrakech itself. Our room was upgraded on arrival. We stayed in Room 610. I have stayed in hotels virtually all over Europe, and the USA, and never had a cleaner or larger room (certainly for the money - great value). I think the block is new, the rooms were very quiet and clean, ... Read more

Parts of this hotel are absolutely exceptional, the gardens, the grounds and the bar and waiting staff are out of this world. The buildings themselves and the surrounding Oasis is stunning, lush, bright floral gardens beautifully maintained and a lovely clean swimming pool. Our room, a suite was just ok. Nothing like the pictures advertised and didn't look over pool or gardens as mentioned when booking but instead over a scruffy rocky field slash building site. The air conditioning was ancient ... First time in Marrakech (and first time in Morocco). We were a bit underwhelmed by our riad experience; no pool to speak of; claustrophobic; being in the heart of the medina maybe nice for one day, two at the most. After going to the Sahara, we spent our last night at La Maison des Oliviers and it was perfect. Simple but clean room (we chose the standard room); great landscaping, very large pool, beautiful architecture/sitelines all around, and our deal was half-board, meaning for less than a ni... Excellent value if you select full board. Food is very good. Friendly service and staff. Room upgraded upon arrival. Clean and comfortable. Lounges around pool could use some maintenance. You don't notice the world outside. Recommended.

We arrived about 9pm local time the hotel/riad entrance was very impressive with a massive castle-like door and well lit water features and flowering plants and shrubs. Having booked in, although we were rather late for dinner, the poolside restaurant was open to us and we had an enjoyable meal with wine. The basic room booked turned out to be a suite with balcony, double bed, lounge and large bathroom with twin showers. Air conditioning was great in the late June temperatures. The morning break... Stayed here with my partner for 5 days in September and we can't wait to go back! Heading towards it, the area looks rundown but as soon as you arrive its a beautiful read style setting and accommodation. Stunning buildings and surrounded by greenery, its very peaceful and a delightful place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was very large and luxurious with a comfortable big double bed and huge bathroom. The nicest room we have stayed in on our travels! The decor is traditionall... Read more

Location: yes the hotel is located around 15 minutes drive from the Medina (insane central cultural/shopping area) but all you need to do is ask reception and they arrange a taxi with very short notice to drop you off and you can then arrange for them to pick you up at a set time (for example 3 hours later from the drop off spot) this worked very well for us with no issues. Taxi to medina is around 100 dirhams return (pretty cheap) before you arrive, email reception (email address is on the con... Read more

Pros - upgraded to a grand, beautifully decorated, Moroccan riad style suite upon arrival with a double shower - wifi available in the room (room 205), strong enough for Netflix! - aircon remained on from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, was never switched off by hotel staff whilst they cleaned the room. The room was always a refreshing delight to walk into after bathing in 40+ degree heat! - beautiful, well kept, picturesque grounds - plentiful sunbeds - COMFORTABLE sunbeds! - to... Read more
