Absolutely beautiful. Perfect in every way. Yassine and Mustafa are some of the loveliest people I have ever met. Yusef was so interesting and taught us about Moroccan culture. I miss being there. So wonderful. This hotel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Thank you. Francesca

This hotel was very different to the usuall but it turned out to be a very pleasant and enjoyable trip, All the staff are so lovely and welcoming which really helps considering its in the middle of a village outside Morocco, The pool is very nice and yusif is the nicest person ever he will make your experience a good one! minutes to the Kasbah. Last 15 minutes are through rough â??desertâ?? terrain and it was already an adventure. Once we arrived, the staff was very friendly and will help u with all questions or excursions. The hotel offers a lot to do in the environment (dromedary/quad rides, walking) and also offers a free shuttle service (30minutes) to Marrakesh twice a day. The animator, Yussuf, can guide u through the nearby village, and offers u lots of other activities like Tea Ceremonial, Sisha, Arabic l... Read more

Visited the Kasbah first week of October 2015 with my friend Catherine. What a lovely find! Remote yes: set in a typical Morrocan village- wow did we appreciate that, we were shown around by one of the team from the hotel. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean with new towels replaced daily and linen changed regularly. The staff could not do enough for you, so so friendly, warm, welcoming always smiling. They are a great team. Food and service just lovely, chef always aimed to please. Whilst there... Read more

The minute we arrived we were welcomed by the friendly staff who were very helpful uptill the last minute of our stay. The hotel was kept clean all times. It felt like home away from home. The only niggle was it was hard for the taxi drivers to find because it is roadless for about 15 minutes.MR ANVAR and MR YUSIF with the pony tail hair were absolutely brilliant and very helpful. It is about half an hour from medina. There is no tv in your room only in the hallway.

Its off the beaten track and the shuttles arranged to get you into the heart of the Medina is really helpful. As a lone traveller, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so helpful and kind. My room was lovely with someone coming everyday to clean and make the bed. Samira, Anwar and Mustapha thank you for your hospitality and a wonderful stay in Palmeraie Marrakech.

My wife booked for the end of July on the recommendation of a colleague who has stayed here 3 times, which is a recommendation in itself.I traveled with my wife and 2 daughters 19 & 13. When the taxi ( booked thru' the hotel) turned off the road and headed off into the desert I thought, 'What is going on?'. I needn't have worried, after about 10 minutes bumping along a dirt track we arrived at the hotel which is situated in a small village. On arrival ,late evening, we were greeted by staff give... It is a lovely place to stay. Very relaxing and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thank you for Yasin, Mustafa and Abdul and the girls who were serving us breakfast every morning. There is a lovely smell throughout the hotel thnaks to special essential oils. The breakfast is simple but good enough. Dinner is great and highly recommended. I also suggest you to try the Quad bike tour which is opposite the hotel. The only down side is the quality of the internet. It is ... Read more

I must say this trip was my most incredible experience I probably had. Marrakech is so contrasty it blows your mind. It`s amazing and shocking, faboulus and dangerous, beautyful and awful. As some of the reviewers already mentioned, it is true. You are on the road, roads are kaos anyway, They make 4 lanes out of 2 many often...( I have 10 yrs of driving experience, but would never drive there.) And then suddenly you turn off the main road to a dirt track. Our driver lost as well, but we were a... Read more
