It is a lovely hotel with a lovely Spa and garden. It is walking distance from the different areas of the modern part of Marrakech and a couple of the main malls. I believe that the variety of food needs to be a bit more, as options were repeating themselves everyday, especially for breakfast.

very luxurious! the side next to the street can be a little noisy so look out for that. the continental breakfast is very french influenced- very tasty. all staff were very helpful, I didn't speak arabic or french but they understood me just fine.

I was a Little bit sceptic, as the comments here were not so good. However, what a surprise : most friendly and smiling reception staff. Ok, the furniture could be changed some day, but rooms are clean, big and all have a balcony. Pool is great. Breakfast was very tasty and offers all you need to start a new day in noisy Marrakech. Wifi offered free of charge, a bit slow sometimes, but we were there to rest not to be connected to the world. I would go there again, no doubt.

Useless customer service! First of all not friendly on arrival at all, and during ramadan at 19:45 everyone leaves to eat no One cover reception or Anything or Care for any guest! Common Somone could at least keep an eye on the reception! Horrible!

Honestly I really wonder how come the Moroccan tourism industry allows this place to keep their 5 stars... The room itself is ok even though the furniture is aged and the bathroom tiles are not properly sealed, it is large and comfy. The A/C is very efficient and silent. The balcony is very pleasant. The pool area is very nice and the staff there are all very kind and helpful. Now, let's talk about the negatives: First, check-in: the lady that checked me in clearly didn't feel like being there ... Read more

We spent 2 nights here as part of an Insight tour. The good: The rooms were large. The air conditioning was good and stays on when you take your room key out of the slot. The pool is nice and is free. It is outside.wifi was free but I did have to go to the lobby to completely sync my Fitbit and send e-mail. The not so good: 1. if you like sleeping on the floor or a board, you will like the beds. Otherwise, you may have trouble sleeping and wake up with a backache, like I did. 2. Our luggage was ... We stayed here for 3 nights and then 1 night a couple days later. The first stay was not bad (not good either) but the second time was really bad. If this weren't billed as a 5 star property I probably would've given it an "Average" rating but since it is, the rating is based on the higher expectations. There is systemic bad customer service among the staff: the reception staff ignore you until you actually make them acknowledge you (in fact, I saw one wear headphones while manning the desk); y...
