Away from the centre of town the Asni is a modern hotel in a clean, smart spot.10 mins to the left is the central train station, 10 mins to right brings you to a complex(Menera Mall ) housing shops food courts and outside water fountain with light show (sat night) opposite camel park !! Long walk to the square and souks, why bother when hairaising taxi ride costs around £1.20. Save feet for down town! My room, large and quiet over looking pool from floor 4, fine. Breakfast fine .If you want ... Read more

It's time for vacation again, and Marrakech will be my destination ... Atlas asni will be my hotel of choice. Every time I stay in this place I get nothing but tip of the line service from all departments, no exception ... The atmosphere is just immaculate. The pool attendants are very courteous, the drinks at the pool bar are always served nicely chilled and the prices are very affordable comparing them with the surrounding area.... Don't worry about getting a bottle of wine or 2 at the pool ba... Read more

We stayed here for 4 nights.. we booked a swimming pool view room 2 months in advance however when we got to the hotel they hadnt given us the specified room.. we spoke to the staff who said they could give us the room the next morning which wasnt a bother.. Breakfast was really good the staff were very polite and helpful. Swimming pool was amazing. Wifi works in the lobby or near the pool. Will surely visit again in the future.

The room itself was satisfactory, clean and nice size. The shower was less than satisfactory, Calcified shower head delivering a very restricted stream. Wi-Fi not of sufficient strength to be usable in room. The bed had only a bottom sheet, no top sheet, plus a cotton blanket in a sheet type bag. Room vault was portable and I could not get it to work. Front desk or "concierge" did not have maps of the town and provided no method of printing boarding passes. No ATM in hotel, but that is not unus... Read more

My kids found no food other than bread and vegetables in the breakfast buffet- by 8 am, all eggs were gone and not replaced. In a city full of fresh oranges, they served Tang or an equivalent. Did not like location in the strip mall section. Bathroom OK, the usual poor grouting. Toilet jutted out almost into shower, no internet in room. No one cared to listen to our complaints. We moved to Andalous which was much better. Fresh squeezed juice, closer to Medina, lovely area with trees.

We enjoyed Marrakech, but this was not our favorite hotel of the three we stayed in while visiting Morocco. We were given two choices, and this was the more upscale hotel. We were on a tour of Morocco out of Spain, and this hotel was everyone's least favorite. The lunch food was good, but the breakfast was sub par. We had twin beds, and when our tour guide called the hotel after we left to tell them my husband left his jacket in the closet (which he most certainly did), they said they didn't... Read more

The hotel is OK, with large rooms and balcony to the pool side. Is a big hotel but has only 3 elevators, so when you get out of the room is better to go on stairs. Has a nice swimming pool with a bar and terrace where you can spend some time if you tired. However, the best value of the hotel is his position, close to banks, shopping malls and Jema el Fna square where you can go by foot in around 20 minutes.

Although people are very nice and very accommodating. The comfort is not there. the a/c will never work to American standard. Food is ok but not great and they don't cater to American at all, so be open minded when eating at the hotel buffet or any where in this country. Summer time is very, very hot. Don't expect ice anywhere and you must pay for water at the hotel ?5. Yogurt, cheese and milk are served room temperature. Is you are an easy traveler and understand the differences in culture... Great hotel outside the Medina - which is a 25 minute walk away- in quieter L'Hivernage with lots of local amenities, cafes, bars, the newly opened Menara Mall and great Supermarket round the corner. Lovely welcoming hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities, beautifully landscaped garden with pool and bar outside. Rooms functional, all with balconies. Great breakfast and easy check in and out. Have stayed here 6 times and they have never let me down.

Just revisited atlas Asni Marrakech, so much has improved since my last visit in December 2015. They have refurbished many areas of the hotel, it looks fresh and even more inviting. The staff look happier and friendlier. The pool area, the new bar and the reception all brought up to date with new furniture and and subtle decor. The only thing that has not changed is the price. Will definatly use it again as it is situated in a beautiful district near everyting one needs Well done and good luck.

I'll be honest i booked this hotel as a last minute thing... 48 hours before travelling i decided to read reviews about this hotel and tbh some comments made me think " damn have i booked the wrong hotel, wifes going to end up doing cartwheels when she realises that this is a crap hotel " but in all honesty the experience was 5 star, the staff were amazing, from the people at the desk, security guards, cleaners, bar tenders every single one of them were brilliant. Rooms were very clean, whenever... Read more

It's a new hotel with air conditioned throughout the hotel. The dinner is good (it's menu no buffet) and the breakfast buffet it's good for a 4 stairs hotel in Morocco. It has a big swimming pool with entertainers who organize different activities like aquagym or ping-pong tourneys. The rooms are very big and have terrace.

Clean room , repetitive animation , good staff expect those in the reception ,launch was very poor , the same breakfast everyday ,they don't put a bottle of water in the room , you have to pay for a bottle of water even in the launch and they dont say that it doesnt count until the check out you will have an extra bill for water to pay !!!! AS Moroccan they don't do the -25% after the second night ,

Nice enough place with a big pool and great outdoor area. Big, looks fancier than it is. Rooms slow to be cleaned, towels late to arrive. We found leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. Deck with chairs, some English tv but wifi only on floor 0, near the desk or restaurants.

This hotel is just 2 km from the railway station and 4 km from Bahia palace. It is just next door to Menara Mall and not very far from the medina. The hotel has a grand lobby and the rooms are well provided with modern amenities. The breakfast spread was not good and the choice for vegetarians was very limited. The location was very convenient for our sightseeing . The biggest let down was no WIFI in the room. One has to sit in the lobby to access.

Quite frankly, i was disappointed with my stay here. Firstly we booked a double room and we were given a twin room as there were no double rooms available. This was rectified the next day, however i had to remind them twice. The staff at the reception do not speak very good English and weren't very informative. For example breakfast times, wifi password etc this should be provided at check in. Breakfast was the same every morning...Nothin special. Couple of good things about the hotel, locat... Read more

Beautiful pool and grounds, striking lobby, modern and clean. Stayed 2 nights as part of Trafalgar Costsaver tour and by far the best place we stayed in Morocco. I have lowered the rating because of the very unfriendly response from staff. For example, after I ordered wine at the bar for myself and two friends ( all staying at the hotel!) I was not allowed to charge it to my room. Since I had not brought cash, I said I would pay when I returned to my room. A barman came over and insisted that I... Read more

I stayed here when hosting an international conference for more than 1000 delegates across the street. I would NEVER have stayed here if I was able to chose. In fact, I was very close to checking out and move to a better hotel and pay myself. Untidy rooms, poor breakfast meny, very limited meny in the only restaurant, poor internet in te room, and perhaps most important of everything, a genuine lack of service mind-set by the staff. Stay away, if you can!
