Hotel very basic, room very dark and air-conditioning poor. Whilst the restaurant staff and pool staff are very pleasant and assist in any way they can,the main reception staff are not very helpful and can at times be rude to guests. Food very basic only a limited choice of food available and is nearly always cold by the time you go to get it. Apart from breakfast there are no drinks offered with your meal all drinks including water have to be bought even if you are half or full board.you are not... Read more

Lady P Mehta-Sheahan We went for 3 weeks and had a fabulous time in Marrakech. Whilst staying in Diwane hotel I celebrated my birthday and from reception Manager & staff I received a large fruit basket with card which was well received and thoughtful of them. The reception staff couldn't do enough and were lovely. The restaurant Manager & staff were also attentive. The maids were thorough and polite. The food was really good and there is plenty of it. Buffet for breakfast and dinner. Breakf... Read more
