The pros: Clean rooms and nice lobby area.Spacious rooms with good air-conditioning. Lovely well maintained grounds.Slides and many pools.Regular shuttle bus.kids club. The Cons: Some staff need customer service/hospitality training.Would be nice if there were more staff who could speak English.Food selection was very limited. We booked half board and paid to have lunch on the first day,the same day in the evening one of the managers in the restaurant was very rude and said I had to pay for th... Read more

In itself a fine hotel. But ruined by an animation team that thinks people want constant loud music and loud announcements from early morning till late afternoon. There's quiet pool too, but no kids are allowed. Swimming pool creatures made of human hair live on the bottom of the pool, and for some weird reason towels get taken away from your room in the morning only to be replaced after lunch time. Buffet lunch and dinner are ok, but get quite boring after a day or two. Rooms are clean and fin... Read more

This was our first visit to morroco and we absolutly loved it. The hotel was very clean, staff maintaining the gardens and pools all day from very early in the morning. Food was our biggest worry but turned out to be awesome. Always 3 different meats to chose from along with several different varieties of potato, pasta to order and tons of salad. Theres also chips and pizza at every meal if you really are that fussy. We do like our drink and know foriegn alcohol often tastes like petrol but t... Read more

Everyday they try to do something different. The tagine was lovely. Chips everyday. I loved how they make u fresh omelette or fried eggs in the morning and their mint tea is lovely at breakfast. The venue was very nice, good ammentitiesand the food was brilliant but the staff were all over the place. as soon as we got there they took us to the wrong room and ended up locking another couple out of their room before getting us into our room. It was pretty funny to be honest. We asked for a wake up call so that we could go on an excursion, they woke us up half an hour late with a single knock at the door( literally a single knock and then they actually ran off)

I was really worried after reading really bad reviews. We arrived for a 7 night break on the 31 May, we being a family of 5 including a 19 year old, 16 year old and a 14 year old. It took us only about 15 minutes from the hotel, we had a private transfer. On arriving the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait half an hour at the most and whilst we waited we went to have a look round and a drink. The Reception lady was lovely and polite about it all. Yes you do have to pay a tax when... Read more

We stayed here for 5 days at the beginning of June. The room was lovely, we have stayed in 5* hotels before which were not as comfortable or as nice as this, we were however missing towels but a quick call to reception and someone was more than happy to bring us up a couple. The customer questionnaire from the previous guests was also left behind. We stayed here when we had our replacement holiday to Marrakech. We didn't know what to expect when we arrived in the country however our choice of hotel made this to be one amazing holiday. The resort is situated out of the way and you have to go through a big security gate to get on to the resort which is constantly manned by a guard. We returned yesterday from a 3 night break in the sun. After reading the reviews my partner and I were concerned, mostly by the food. We don't expect the best from an All Inclusive, however were pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a pretty miserable time given the reviews that I read (after booking with Wowcher) but the exact opposite was the case. The room was really modern and spacious, could have done with a fridge. Staff were pleasant and helpful (for the most part), including the notoriously grumpy bar man. Drinks were a bit hit and miss, the small plastic cups mentioned by others were not that small and there were ample water towers everywhere. Really was surprised how great the Hotel was and all its facilities. Went during school term so it was fairly quiet which meant easy access to the Aqua Park and food etc. The food itself is very bland and quite repetitive, but make use of the Chef on the grill in the centre of the restaurant who will happily prepare certain foods to order and still within the 'all inclusive' price. Fried eggs, omelettes, and pancakes we very nice indeed. They do snacks around the pool at 4pm, which was still all... Read more
