Unfortunately Casablanca does not have much choice for 5 star hotels . Hayat Regency is probably the best choice if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the city center with all the services that you would expect from a 5 star hotel . The rooms and bathrooms are very well equipped and WiFi is great and free of charge . Breakfast is amazing and there was 2 restaurants offering Moroccan and French specialities .

I just left yesterday from this hotel. I was in other 5* hotel in Casablanca but this is the best I've seen. Clean room, spacious, with a large and fully furnished bathroom. I've tested both restaurants and they were great. Only two small points: when arrived I approached the staff in English (I don't speak French) but the guy continued to speak in French with me. May be in an international hotel like Hyatt there should be more attention to people not speaking local language. I need to say he ... Read more

Average 80 s business hotel. The rooms are ok. Even though the check in staff was very kind. I had to go down to the hall to talk to the manager when i discover that the bed was broken. She solved it right away. But, only after customer services and the concierge, by the way quite rudly, were unable to assist me with that.

I was happy to rest my head in a clean hotel after a transatlantic flight. The hotel caters to business travelers and that is fine--the room was a decent size and the furniture a bit worn, but what you would expect in a busy, big city hotel. The only thing that I found strange was they have a glass door on the bathroom--not the shower door--but the door that faces your bed. Why? I have no idea who thought this was a good thing to do. Also the toilet is in a tiny separate area quite a way ... Read more

The rooms here are very dated and could do with upgrade, but this hotel is still probably better than other options in Casablanca. It's fairly good value for money. It has some good restaurants and the service was generally good. The club lounge has some very friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn't say this was a luxury hotel, due to the rooms, however it is a decent place to stay.

The only issue was with food and beverage. At breakfast I've ordered an omelette with ham and cheese and they forgot it and when I remembered them of my order I got an omelette with bacon and onions! In the evening I've ordered a cockerel with fois gras and I've got only the cockerel and when I've asked for an explanation I've got none!

Stayed here for 4 days. Nice lobby. The room was nice. The toilet and bathroom were separated which was nice but they looked tired and dated. Asked countless times for an English newspaper at the reception and only eventually received one on our last day. At at the French restuarant attached to the hotel 3 times, the daily special of beef stroganoff with rice was excellent. Overalls the hotel is alittle pricey for what you get..

Second visit and it was excellent as expected. Staff are very welcoming and the rooms are just right. Breakfast is great value. I did not eat elsewhere in the hotel other than room service which again was very good. Recommended location for a Casablanca visit

Good hotel in downtown. It is located off a one way street so getting to it can be challenging. It is walking distance to most of the tourist sites. The tram is just across the street. The room & bathroom were very clean & nice. There were 2 things that made me give a lower rating; 1. The lounge area next to the lobby was smoke filled. For those who dislike tobacco smoke, this is very irritating 2. The vegetarian & vegan items were limited for what I would expect from a Hyatt Regency.

We had acquired enough Hyatt points from their co-branded card to stay for a night at the Hyatt Regency as we passed through Casablanca. What a wonderful experience! Gorgeous, old-world tranquility with a large, quiet lobby and bar area, dark wood and subdued lights, and dozens of intimate nooks where you could carry on a business or personal conversation. The bar had reasonably priced drinks, and some free appetizers which showed up at our table as if by magic. We shared a bottle of Moroccan Ch... Read more

We stayed elsewhere but twice went to the Hyatt Regency to eat as there weren't very many other good options in the area. We gad dinner in the Moroccan restaurant of the Hyatt Regency - a truly dreadful "vegetarian tagine" which consited of frozen vegetables warmed up with butter in a tagine dish. Cost was $19 for this farce. Next we had a meal in the international restaurant in the Hyatt Regency. The food was fine. Salmon was OK, Hamburger cost $31 - yes, $31, but at least none of what we... very practical location for business, true it's a big hotel like these industrial chain of hotels but here you feel some charm of the city, the service in front desk and restaurant for both breakfast and lunch has been always outstanding, you feel a dedicated and experienced staff. I have stayed many times and it's always the same standard of service.

So many problems : parking in construction since years, dangerous location and no action from security when a bad experience is on in front of the house, no pool allowed to individuals because a seminar is on for lunch, juice bottles and coffee Nespresso caps stolen in our Suite, just ... 0 follow up to feed-back from staff.

Had a 2 day/3 night stay for a conference in the hotel. Rooms comfortable, spacious, well ventilated and with excellent wifi. Also surprising quiet given the location. Bar and breakfast service was fine, front desk rather sleepy and slow, concierge much better.

I stayed one night in this hotel on my way to Marrakech. The hotel is well located close to the Medina and it's also close to the railway station (Casa port). There's also a tram station right by the hotel. There are also exchange offices and restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel itself is well furnished with almost every equipment one might need in a room and very comfortable (just what one might expect from a Hyatt). Although it was quite expensive.

I like the service and the overall vibe of the hotel, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms and good service. However i liked less the noise, it has very poor isolation i could hear my neighbours speak on the phone, take their shower and walk... The breakfast was kind of a deception for me I expected more choices and specifically moroccan options for traditional breakfast. Overall it exceeds all of the other hotels located in the same area which is very central.

Friendly & helpful front receptionist. Appreciated the upgrade to the Suite, the huge fruit bowl & the red wine! Got greeted by the Lady Manager (sorry I misplaced her name card). The Suite was spacious & nicely decorated. Loved the softness of the towels. However, would love to raise that the step in the toilet area was a little bit dangerous, & the shower did not drain well. Overall, an excellent stay. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Top place to spend a night in the heart of Casa. People are polite, professional, services are good. Only weakness is the spa that is not at the level of a 4 stars hotel. Food is good but not value for money

This hotel was excellent in all aspects of the visit. All the staff I meet at the hotel were excellent, from organising taxis & ordering food and drink, this place was ideal. Exactly what hospitality should be. The location of the hotel is ideal at the centre of Casablanca & next door to the outdoor markets. Its right in the middle of the hussle and bussle. The hotel has some nice restaurants, bars and a nightclub which I frequented. In one of the restaurants later in the evening you could w... Read more

Centrally located, very nice! Clean, courteous staff members. The hotel is going under renovation, but upheld great standards. The restaurant has delicious angus beef. Free valet parking for guests. We used the regency lounge during our stay, and I want to thank the lounge staff for an excellent experience! Their customer service was wonderful and attentive. Would return to this hotel if given the opportunity.
