Great location in the middle of Casablanca. The room we stayed at had a corner view looking at at two sides. Very modern with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. It had a two sink bathroom, shower and tub, large flat panel tv, a large sitting area, and large closets. Service was great. We enjoyed our stay here in Casablanca and in this hotel.

This hotel was great for it's central location in Casablanca. The staff were really friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout. We had a huge room but were on the street side of the hotel which was unfortunate as it's very noisy out there! However, being only there for a couple of days we didn't mind as the market etc is only a few minutes away by taxi. There is a wonderful bar on the top floor which is a must for all visitors with the most breath taking views across the city serving fab... Read more

We stayed at the Kenzi Tower twice during our trip to Morocco. I was part of a travel group. The location is excellent. There is a supermarket and a huge shopping area right next door. On our first night we had dinner at the hotel. It was a quiet restaurant. Did not seem to be crowded. The food was ok, very well presented. The services during dinner were a bit slow. Our delightful experience was the breakfast in the morning. The staff was excellent. If you go a bit early you get a lot of attenti... Read more

The place is impeccable and modern - plenty of restaurants (3) and a great breakfast display The room was pristine, with a great view, all toiletries were great and you even have an espresso machine to use. It has a pool, a music bar and the staff couldn't be any nicer - if you're ever there, do not hesitate to book it. I'll certainly go back

I stayed 7 days in Kenzi tower hotel. Next to Kenzi shopping area/mall is there. Location is very good. @ 20-30 minutes walk al hasaan mosque, Hobbus market, Old madina is there. Breakfast is very good & some of the breakfast crew or waiters are very good. However some of the waitress was not having any smile on their face which shows very poor customer orientation.

When I wrote my previous review for the Kenzi hotel in 2014, one of my complaints was the sluggish wi-fi system.... I am happy to say that on my last stay at the Kenzi for a business trip this month, the wi-fi system has been improved, and is now superb. Great connection in all areas of the hotel. Pure joy.

I have been visiting Casablanca annually for business since 2014 and my March 2016 visit was my fourth stay at this hotel. Never stayed anywhere else. This hotel has the loveliest concierges you would ever encounter in any hotel, and as an English speaker, the fact that they all speak good English is a plus! I like the central location of the hotel, close to good restaurants and shopping, and easy access to local taxis that run till late. You never have to worry about getting back to the hot... Read more

The Kenzi hotel was a nice upscale hotel in the middle of Casablanca. We got a great price on the stay, but the drinks and food inside the hotel were quite expensive for Morrocco (but that is to be expected!). We were there during Ramadan which really makes it difficult for foreigners because many things are closed (i.e. the Sky Lounge was never open for us to enjoy while we were there). I completely respect Morrocco's religious culture, but if you are a large hotel in a city where there are ... Read more

The hotel is fairly nice and mostly clean. We spent 1 night here with an Insight tour. I don't think I would have wanted to stay longer. The air conditioning in our room was basically nonexistent. Despite asking someone how to work it, I never did hear the fan come on. I had it set at the coolest possible temperature and my skin felt clammy and moist. I couldn't use any cover at night. The room is a bit dark. For some strange reason the lamps are all on the window side of the room, along with... Read more

I have been a frequent guest of the Kenzi Tower hotel in Casablanca for all my business trips there over the past 3 years. I last stayed there for one night on July 12 and was thoroughly disappointed. The price was hefty at over EUR 210/night (and that is the negotiated corporate rate!). With this, my room did not have any drinking water, coffee capsules or teabags. The worse part is that I did not have hot water in the shower/sink. Had to settle for cold late night and early morning showers. I ... Read more

Ok so you don't go here for the quality of the beer. You go for the views, but after a full day wandering Casablanca, the beer tasted like nectar. I spent far too much on average beer on a normal day. However who cares, it was a great experience. Even the frenetic chair moving and the drilling experienced on that day failed to spoil the experience.. Annoying though.

Hotel Kenzi Tower offers an incredible view of Hassan II Mosque - if your room is facing the right side. And that's about it. The hotel is starting to look old, carpets are smelly in the corridors, the breakfast is truly average. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and possibly the tallest tower you can see around. There are a couple of plush restaurants around the hotel to boast of and a small shopping center if you care to shop. Lobby: The lobby is massive with very attentive and kind front desk staff. The hotel is well appointed with all of the amenities for a business traveler. The hotel staff are trained to be friendly - I say trained, because while always smiling and pleasant, if there is a problem they just shrug their shoulders. The hotel is large, but still gives an intimate feeling and offered comforting luxury. Personnel was very friendly and effective, fitting the hotel's proposition. The DeLuxe room was spacious and calm. I wonder how the street noise is experienced at lower levels. The Skybar is especially nice in the evening where you can enjoy a fantastic view on Casablanca. The neighbourhood is great for a safe evening strawl and it is easy to grab a taxi to other areas of Casablanca.

This hotel is located in the iconic "Twin Towers" of downtown Casablanca. This is the "newer/ more modern" downtown area, which is bustling with offices, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The area safe on a large boulevard. It is also just a 10-15 minute drive from the coast. The rooms are spacious and have great views of the city. Our room was very musty smelling, and the aircon didn't work properly, even after the repair man had been to "fix" it. I found it terrible that they charged for tea bags and coffee pods in the room, come on guys, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! I waited for 25 minutes in the business centre for some assistance, also not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Terrible patterned sun blocker screen on the windows, which really spoilt the view. Good size rooms and bathroom, and very nice breakfast.
