The two older bar staff made us feel quite uncomfortable and gave us looks and made us feel like we weren't welcome and they were talking about us. We didn't tip as we got drinks, but planned to leave a big tip at the end of our stay.which I guess they didn't know. Our own fault in a way but lack of experience. First holiday for years. We were all inclusive and we really enjoyed the food, especially the fresh bread was so nice and then the grill outs and fresh pancakes in morning. Staff were... Read more

It was nearly midnight when we arrived at this hotel and we were shown to a room near the lifts. Having read previous reviews, we went back to reception and asked if we could change rooms. They kindly moved us to a room on the top floor with views of the sea and pool. As it was late we went to bed - the beds were very comfortable and rooms well appointed with a bidet, shower over bath, balcony etc plenty of coat hangers, and the wifi was excellent wherever we were. Also there was a fridge in the... Read more

We looked at previous reviews, so were good and some slated the hotel. Well I am pleased to say we took no notice of the bad ones. We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was very good, clean, friendly, helpful staff and plenty of food. I am a really fussy eater but I never went hungry. We arrived about 8.30pm and the room we were shown to overlooked the sea and mountains. It also overlooked a plaza were there was very loud entertainment which happened every night. I asked if we could have a diffe... Read more

Big clean rooms, all with an outwardly view, we had three different rooms booked all had good views. Cleaning staff were very good and one lady Toraya helped us by looking after my elderly mum when we went to TIfnit. The décor is good but the built is a bit dated. The hotel has an excellent pool for kids of all ages :) It has a kids club from 3-10 age groups The hotel is badly let down by the breakfast it was horrendous for the 3 days we were there.

Well here's to review 2.. First one I have asked to be taken off as I was rather hasty. Unfortunately due to my own job it leaves me very critical. I am a hospitality manager with terreble writing. At least I'm honest.. Room was basic as we had a ground floor with patio onto the pool grounds.. Short on space to put cloths no drawers and the rail in the wardrobe could have done being a little higher as out dresses was trailing on the floor. Room was kept spotlessly clean. Food was average with l... Read more

My husband and I went to Morocco last December 2015, first time for both of us and we absolutely loved it. Hotel Kenzi Europa, as a hotel is quite dated, but the important issues ie your room, your food, staff pleasantness you just can not fault. You cant have everything when you pay less than £400 all inclusive pp! What we also loved was the fact you can go on the hotel's private beach and not be constantly interrupted by the locals trying to sell their homemade crafts. I know they have a liv... Read more

The hotel, grounds and pool are amazing. The customer service leaves much to be desired. Waiters are inattentive and sometimes rude, people entertaining at dinner expect tips (even if you don't want entertainment) and I was charged to things I did not order to the room and had to prove it was not me to the rude person I was dealing with while checking out. So we are here at the moment currently day 5 of our two week stay. We arrived at 11pm and immediately I felt deflated. This is my first holiday with my sons alone so was nervous anyway but there was no welcome. Staff were abrupt and rude. We eventually checked in and was greeted by a porter. I hadn't exchanged any money so I politely declined his offer to take our luggage and was sneered at, he walked away and didn't even hold the door open for us. This hotel is definitely NOT a 4* hotel! I would rate it 3* maximum. The hotel has a small reception which is used for entertainment I the evening. There is only 1 small bar. No pool bar or shops situated inside. The pictures they show are extremely deceiving. There is only 1 small outdoor pool, plus a kids pool. And the food..... Where do I start. There's no variety, repetitive, but if you love chicken and chips then this is for you, as that's what you get day in, day out! All inclusive should ... Read more

Hicham's step class is fun but a great work out and the others from the team are all lovely ( too many to mention) An area for improvement would be food, it lacks spice ( any form of spicy all was bland for my liking) Across the road there is the private beach which is a cordoned off area, and there's places to eat near by if you... He refused to serve us and made comments in French to a guy that was sat at the bar for the whole 2 weeks we were there.
