The two older bar staff made us feel quite uncomfortable and gave us looks and made us feel like we weren't welcome and they were talking about us. We didn't tip as we got drinks, but planned to leave a big tip at the end of our stay.which I guess they didn't know. Our own fault in a way but lack of experience. First holiday for years. We were all inclusive and we really enjoyed the food, especially the fresh bread was so nice and then the grill outs and fresh pancakes in morning. Staff were... Read more

It was nearly midnight when we arrived at this hotel and we were shown to a room near the lifts. Having read previous reviews, we went back to reception and asked if we could change rooms. They kindly moved us to a room on the top floor with views of the sea and pool. As it was late we went to bed - the beds were very comfortable and rooms well appointed with a bidet, shower over bath, balcony etc plenty of coat hangers, and the wifi was excellent wherever we were. We looked at previous reviews, so were good and some slated the hotel. Well I am pleased to say we took no notice of the bad ones. We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was very good, clean, friendly, helpful staff and plenty of food. I am a really fussy eater but I never went hungry. We arrived about 8.30pm and the room we were shown to overlooked the sea and mountains. It also overlooked a plaza were there was very loud entertainment which happened every night. Big clean rooms, all with an outwardly view, we had three different rooms booked all had good views. Cleaning staff were very good and one lady Toraya helped us by looking after my elderly mum when we went to TIfnit. The décor is good but the built is a bit dated. The hotel has an excellent pool for kids of all ages :) It has a kids club from 3-10 age groups The hotel is badly let down by the breakfast it was horrendous for the 3 days we were there.

Well here's to review 2.. First one I have asked to be taken off as I was rather hasty. Unfortunately due to my own job it leaves me very critical. I am a hospitality manager with terreble writing. At least I'm honest.. Room was basic as we had a ground floor with patio onto the pool grounds.. Short on space to put cloths no drawers and the rail in the wardrobe could have done being a little higher as out dresses was trailing on the floor. Room was kept spotlessly clean. My husband and I went to Morocco last December 2015, first time for both of us and we absolutely loved it. Hotel Kenzi Europa, as a hotel is quite dated, but the important issues ie your room, your food, staff pleasantness you just can not fault. You cant have everything when you pay less than £400 all inclusive pp! What we also loved was the fact you can go on the hotel's private beach and not be constantly interrupted by the locals trying to sell their homemade crafts. I know they have a liv... Read more

This hotel is definitely NOT a 4* hotel! I would rate it 3* maximum. The hotel has a small reception which is used for entertainment I the evening. There is only 1 small bar. I have stayed here on a few occasions over last few years. Nothing much changes. The location is spot on being about half way along the Agadir seafront and 200 m from the beach. The staff are by and large helpful and welcoming, the reception tends to be slightly less so it took 2 days to gt a light bulb, replaced after 3 requests. I had room 1312 which is sea facing on the North corner of building 1 and catches the sun from noon onwards, so all rooms ending 12 or 13 have the same aspect. ... Read more

Me and 2 of my work collegues visited here last week. Our 1st Trip to Morocco for 5 days of Winter Sunshine. We travelled with Thompson - Transfers included - All Inclusive from Manchester. Value for money very clean and all the staff are very friendly. The all inclusive drinks list was pretty basic but we were only there for a few days . My one bugbear and it's not just this hotel its every hotel we stay in (I travel with 2 friends) why is the room only ever set up for 2 people when it's quite obvious there is 3 in the party .

We went on a family holiday in August the hotel is small. It was ok rooms were not very clean. Bathroom old and dirty shower curtain. Staff were ok . I would not go to this hotel again. Sun loungers need updating and you have to put your beach towel on early morning to get one. Although pool staff do take tips and put your towel on for you which is not right.
