A huge hotel, a little noisy ( bar in the lobby with live music) and a bit oldish in style but very nice staff. Wouldn't recommand food in the continental restaurant, service is very slow but I haven't tried their Moroccan one. Avoid room service if you can! Nice pool, beautiful beach, I would think it's ok for young people and families.

My mum and I wanted quick girlie getaway to somewhere warm. We went into the travel agents expecting to head to the Canaries, but prices were unexpectedly high. Morroco was half the price, and Agadir looked appealing as it had the tidy, pleasant look of a European resort. After a quick look at a couple of hotels in Agadir, we settled on the Amadil as it was on the beachfront, and it had Italian, Moroccan and buffet restaurants. The choice of restaurants was important as neither of us tolerate sp... Read more

The general impression is very good, however a few moments do not let me mark it as excellent. Location: the hotel is separated from the beach by a several meters wide promenade. The beach is public, though a small patch of it belongs to the hotel. Still between this patch and the ocean there is a public area again with local people walking, playing football and showing to much enthusiasm towards ladies. The tourist center is within15-20 minutes walking distance from the hotel, Souk El Had - wi... Read more

We went here for 1 week all inclusive for a family holiday the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Good points Pool area didn't open unto 10am and there was no access to this before this time so you didn't need to worry about getting beds. Spa treatments were really good and didn't cost to much. Unfortunately there are some bad points to our stay the food was very poor not much choice and had to eat out several times. All inclusive drinks are only beer, wine, gin or whisky, tea, coffee... The Hotel is situated in perfect location - just right next to the beautiful, wide beach and promenade, about 30 - 40 minutes from souk, about 45 min. from marina (walking distance); nearby - local shops and tourist services. Hotel as itself is quite big, although it's not noticeable much. Nice and well equipped rooms - with great wardrobe, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Great advantage of room is balcony - big enough; highly recommend rooms with ocean view - sunsets seen from balcony a... Read more

Let me begin with a general comment on Agadir (in mid-July): don´t expect warm weather or blue sky, There is a constant haze in Agadir which may or may not disperse around noon. Afternoon temperatures oscillate around 25°C. Beach will be always 100-200 metres away from Agadir beach hotels. Beach hotels and the beach are actually separated by a promenade, which means you need to pack your stuff and room keys and then hit the beach. The summary is that Atlas Amadil with its five pool slides is... Read more

We stayed here for 5 nights, at first we didn't expect much, but when we got there it was great. Ocean facing room is a must at Amadil, you'll go to sleep every night at the tone of waves hitting the shore. The food is great, if you booked an all inclusive or a half board you'll rarely eat out since there is always a variety of local and international meals for all tastes... The staff is friendly and they are always available to help. On that note we would like to thank Mona who treated us li... Read more

Payed alot of money for disgusting food, not a four star. Staff really nice and thumbs up to simo, reda, latifa and the rest of animation. Anass from animation can get really annoying which isn't amusing, he threw my grandma in the pool. Latifa from kids club is a very caring person that takes care of the children like her own.

My daughter and I spent our summer holiday here. We loved every minute. A few minus points, as the hotel is not brand new, some parts of rooms are starting to look shabby, ie tiles in bathrooms and some of the furnishings, but overall the rooms are pleasant and clean with all ameneties needed for a stay. The cleaners are lovely. One of the restaurants ' the strada' never opened the whole two weeks we were there, which was a shame as it would have been a lovely place to have lunch or snacks as it... We recently visited this place first time with our four children. We stayed for 7 nights. The service was slow but over all we had a good time at this hotel. My children loved the swimming pool area and the night time entertainment. The buffet at the hotel was nice with lots of different dishes, however I do feel there was not much choice for my children.

first holiday to morocco for years, the hotel it self doesn't meet the standers of a 4* i will personally rate this hotel as a 2*,the carpet very old and smelly!!! the only excellent thing in this hotel is the animation team that made our stay extra special, simo, Reda,Latifa, yacine and ayoub.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. Rooms are small reception staff are rude and don't care that you're a guest staying with them. My wife and I stayed there and were told to take two room and for my wife to use a different entrance how bizarre. We then were stopped by security asking questions and we were paying guests. The director of the hotel stepped in who was nice and helped the situation but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

So hotel from foyer area is very pretty and atheistically pleasing. The rooms however look like they were built by bob the builder. Shoddy workmanship. Cupboard doors fell off, shower area flooded. The food at the restaurant was soo bland and tasteless it was shocking. Had to pay for using the gym and also they don't do ironing boards or irons. If you want your cloths pressed you need to send them to laundry and pay again for every item sent... or go to local souk and buy your own iron.... ... Read more

Visited for one week with my mum for a chilled week in the sun. Hotel is clean and well decorated. It is right on the beach which is wonderful for walks in the morning. The hotel was very quiet when we visited but there was still plenty of evening entertainment and the animation team encouraged people to join in activities during the day, especially Anass who was fun and welcoming. There is lots to do nearby the hotel and I would visit again.

Only a few selections of drinks on offer. No ice creams in the day for kids. Only two set menus in the themed restaurants. Tables were never laid properly, always asking for salt & pepper and a spoon. Evening entertainment was poor, nothing for the kids in the evenings.
