Room is spacious and equipped with a big bed Breakfast is nicely served with food for any taste, they have a cook preparing omelettes for you and a bartender preparing the milkshake with the fruit you wish. It is well located walking distance from Reforma Avenue and nightlife scene of Zona Rosa.

Very nice rooms and very clean. The pool is very nice but some umbrellas would be helpful. However receptionist are terrible and not helpful at all, when you talk to them, they barely answer you. On the other hand the housekeeping at the lobby is not good. Location is good because it is in Zona Rosa, however the streets in front of the hotel are not nice to walk at night.

The room was big and comfortable. Everyone from the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for an iron and they send me one for the entire stay. When I lost my luggage keys, there was a locksmith from the hotel who helped me to unlock it. Room service was fast and good. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I bought a trip to the Teotihuacan piramyds from the reception and it was a really nice experience.Totally recommend it. If you want to take the city tour, the start point is just in fro... Read more

This is a newly remodeled hotel with Modern style and ample spaces. I was assigned a top floor room with a nice view to the business district. Windows in front and side of the room gave a nice view of the surroundings. Comfortable design of the room with wide screen TV. Room service was good. Centered in the Zona Rosa district a few meters from bars and restaurants. It has a gym, a heated pool (outside), a bar and a restaurant that serves international cuisine. I first stayed at this location back when they first started the renovations (March 2015), it really was a disappointment. I had a last minute weekend trip to Mexico in April 2016 and I booked a room here. The room in the 11th floor was great. The room was a double room and had plenty of space for friends to stop by. The bathroom was large and it had a walk in shower with a dual shower head. The water was hot but the pressure was not that great. I checked in and was not impressed with the sta... Read more

Newly renovated hotel (Feb 2016) with good size rooms. Wifi was very strong everywhere. Very friendly lobby staff. Good breakfast buffet. Easy proximity to reforma district. Area is safe and upgrading but still a bit gritty. Lots of street noisy due to proximity to night spots and police Headquarters.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Have to say I love the hotel in itself...ultra modern and clean, both things I love. The design of the rooms and bathrooms us really cool. However, from the very beginning the off thing I noticed was the AC. Mexico City can get pretty hot in May and I like having a ver cold room to sleep in after a long day of sight-seeing. The first night we arrived at midnight and the AC wasn't cooling properly. We called maintenance and got a weird excuse...the venta pointed downward... Read more

This is the first time I have been at NH Collection Mexico City since its remodelling and the new decor and atmosphere is amazing: Minimalist, modern and welcoming as the staff. Prices are more than fare for the location and the service offered. Room service commendable and affordable and the breakfast can keep you going for the whole day.

Very good service and staff. Breakfasts are the best, many options. Missed a safe in the room and perhaps a radio or something like that for music and alarm. Other than that it was very good room. Centrally located in Zona Rosa, safe area, many options for party especially LGBT. Overall a nice place to stay, convenient and modern style

Stayed for three nights during May and the AC never worked despite trying four different rooms. The â??solutionâ?? was a room with a balcony/window which I always had to left open. Upgrading was never an option. But the staff response wasnâ??t good either. We had to insist (more than six phone calls) in order to get a response. It seemed as if they didnâ??t care. Overall, rooms are pretty good and the hotel is conveniently located. There was some noise because there are a lot of clubs around.

Good location a friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great breakfast (very nice juice bar). The rate I got was a bit expansive in my opinion for the category, however it might be related to the anticipation. Overall positive experience.

I had stayed here last year at the time a full renovation was taking place. This time the job was finished and I emphatically congratulate management for an excellent job!! Rooms are great, with wooden flooring (great decision to eliminate carpet!), beds are soft, great quality sheets, excellent diverse pillows, reinvigorating shower, ample bathroom, great TV set, quality towels. The appearance if the lobby is great, major redecoration! First floor restaurant is incredible in its space, mode... Read more

I saw the pics online and expected a lot more. When we got there it was a huge ordeal to make a reservation and get our room. We ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours and we had 4 kids with us. The only person at that time that was helpful was the bellman Erik who couldn't be nicer and speaks great English. However, we got put in a room that did not have a thermostat that worked so it was always warm. They sent someone to fix it the next day and it still didn't work. The service was poor in my opinion. FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THE LOBBY YOU NOTICE THE DETAILS THAT NH COLLECTION GIVES THEIR GUESTS. From the front Desk. restaurant, bar and room service every staff NH staff member provides you with superb service. Their new up dated room makes the ambiance modern and sleek. NH also is in a great location close to public transportation and above all it's safe to step out and explore the city. DEFINITELY NH COLLECTION REFORMA WILL BE MY HOTEL OF PREFERENCE FOR LEISURE AND BUSINESS TRAVEL.

We stayed there for 2 nights for visiting Mexico City. It is a gorgeous place, very modern and well furnished and our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included in our tariff, but it was very good and cheap. It is located in a nice area of the city, but do not forget where you are. We definitely recommend this hotel!

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. Everything is great, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is large, the shower has two heads, one with telephone handle. Very clean, staff extremely helpful. It is located in the middle of Zona Rosa, it is close to several good restaurants. It can be noisy on Friday and Saturday but in the higher floors rooms you can't hear it.

I loved almost everything about this hotel except the front desk staff. Checking in was okay, the first room had some noise and they gladly moved me. I had a wonderful room. Large one bedroom suite which was great. Had breakfast once and it was wonderful with lots of options. I had trouble on my last day with housekeeping not cleaning my room. Just degreed welcome desk personnel. NO HEATING IN THE ROOMS..!! It was a rainy day, a little bit cold outside, enough to make the room uncomfortably cold. We asked for bathrobes to wear in the room (to fight the cold) and they delivered extra towels!! Shame on NH. I asked a high-floor room in my booking, but never get it. Excuse? "Your room is the only one we have available, m'am". Really? In the entire 13 floor empty hotel? Ok NH, thanks for doing nothing for us as customers. See you never aga... Read more

For our honeymoon, we booked a "Premium room with terrace", which the website advertised as having a " bathtub". Our first surprise was that there was no such thing as a tub in the entire hotel. We couldn't enjoy our room with a terrace because the rails on which the door ran were damaged, and we were not offered a room change until our last night there. Since due to this we could never close the terrace door all the way, we never slept a full night. Don't believe any of the hotel's adverti... Read more

The hotel itself has great services, the staff is amazing and super attentive, the rooms are spacious and if you get the upper floor ones the view from either side is fantastic.

As a woman, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night by myself. Lots of cafes and coffee shops in the area. It's an LGBTQ area. Great hotel! Very modern and stylish. Rooms were very nice with nice size TV and large bed. The only bad thing was the service. Totally sucked! I was alone and dinner took almost two hours. Between meals I had to wait 30 minutes. Waiters were horrible and had no concept of customer service. Beware of the "deliver your breakfast to your room" offer....breakfast is free in the hotel but to bring a basket of bread and coffee to your room you have to pay for it!!!!

This hotel is very similar to the one I live in Madrid, Spain for a long time. I really like NH Hotels. I go to Mexico City every month and was very happy to find out the NH was in this city. However, this location allows many people that is not a client or staying in the hotel to wonder in the lobby even at late hours, restaurant and pool. I am not sure if the hotel will be used next time that I go to Mexico City.
