I stayed there twice and is a great hotel, clean and safe, you have coffee maker and a bag with 2 coffees ready to prepare, the entire staff was helpful and very friendly, they gave me an upgrade to a room with bathtub! Excellent facilities and a great sleep. Congratulations! Thank you for all your attentions!

A few things to know if you are a tourist staying here. First, there is a language barrier as the reception clerks spoke little or no english. Second, go look at your room before moving all of your stuff in. Our rooms were by the pool, which meant noisy screaming kids till 10 pm. The hotel is in good condition. I got a good rate, so the price was right. The service at the restaurant was slow and the food was pricy and not as good. However, breakfasts were good. I wanted to swim, but some people who rented several rooms organized a business lunch near the pool in business casual apparel, so I just felt out of place... as if they owned the patio and pool. Apart from that, the place is nice, quiet, confortable, and at a walking distance from the Expo, stores and a Church.

nothing good about this place really, undedicated staff, completely unusable internet. uncomfortable beds, thin walls and very noisy. the restaurant is a joke serving some of the worst food i have ever had in Mexico, there are way better deals to be made in Guadalajara.

Used the hotel for congress at Expo. Nice decent clean rooms, good helpful service. For the price we paid it was a great deal. I would be very happy to stay here any time. Thank you to all the staff who were wonderful.
