This is probably one of the best Hampton Inn's I've been to. The hotel is quite new, the rooms are clean, modern and the walk-in shower is great. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking was easy but the stalls could be a little bigger. There are two malls within walking distance and a Costco right around the corner. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Merida.

This hotel is practically brand new. We loved the staff, who were always most accommodating and hard-working. My wife and I speak Spanish, so it wasn't important to us, but the staff speak English exceptionally well. The breakfast is the best we've ever had. There was a wide variety of selections: eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, frijoles, bacon, sausage, pan dulce, bread, yogurt - very impressive and tasty. We just have one criticism, and it's a big one, the hotel lacks a pool. The temperature in ... Read more

The dinner I had here was exceptional. I had the chicken breast and it had bacon on top, cheese and it was moist and wonderful. I travel to Merida quite a bit, and even if I don't spend the night here, I'll come back for dinner

Clean and comfortable room, for ~ US$ 50 per night around the corner from the big Maya Museum. Very nice complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, sufficiently fast internet. Nice experience ! Not more to say; kind of annoying of Trip Advisor to require 200 characters min.

Far from downtown. Some staff are really nice but a bad apple may compromise your stay. No swimming pool, no king size beds, no snack bag to go. Breakfast is top of the line. Safe in the room is a big plus.

We have had two business meetings here recently. The service from the staff is excellent, the quality of the facilities is really good and all of this is topped off by one of the best restaurants in Merida. A hidden gem. The breakfast meeting was accompanied by a fantastic fruit plate and great coffee, whilst the lunch meeting was followed by a good broccoli cream soup ( a little over salted for my taste but good flavour otherwise), and an amazing fish main course (yucatecan style) and finished... I stayed here for a few nights while in Merida. We had a spacious room with two double beds. Typically, Hampton Inns are well over $100 in the United States. At this hotel, it was only $59 a night. For the $59, we had a refrigerator and air conditioning. Hence, why I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff spoke English and most were quite helpful and friendly. In the morning, the hotel offers a breakfast buffet, which is probably the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. Also, the hotel has a... Read more

If you plan on visiting Merida in the near future consider staying at this hotel, rooms are equipped with everything needed in high quality. Comfortable beds and dark window shades are awesome. Only thing lacking is a swimming pool if you travel with family, for business purposes is excellent.

Excellent hotel, it looks brand new and is clearly well maintained. It looks like there isn't much around when you first get there, but there is actually a large mall just a 5 minute walk away, and a grocery store 5 minutes the other way. The free breakfast was delicious.

We were in town for a visit and spent 3 nights here. The hotel is brand new, well kept, the staff is very nice and breakfast delicious. The rooms were clean, bathrooms are nice but no bathtubs. Sheets were clean and comfortable pillows You need the room key to go upstairs I just wish they had Queen bed And not full size ones. They have free parking, free wifi and a nice business center.

The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Christian at front desk is super. Wide variety in free breakfast, but not consistent. Over 7 days, often no bananas, no sweet buns, no yogurt often. Wish we had pool. Wi Fi is great, air conditioned throughout. One block to Costco, and huge supermarket. Very close to bus stop to Progresso. Abundance of restaurants 5 min. Away. Free shuttle to those close by. Nice safe in room. Nice bar.

Great hotel if you are in a business trip, very warm personnel working there, will try to make you feel like in home. is conveniently located close to the mall and also to the biggest Mayan museum. So there is plenty to do there. keep in mind the road to get to the hotel is in construction, so you might have to maneuver to get to the hotel. The restaurant food is good, not a big menu but enough to make you stay and not adventure around the city. The manager have send me a cheese and deli product... Read more

Diego welcomed us warmly since the beginning of our stay. He is currently assigned as driver yet he commits to his work even replacing the concierge/help desk/bell boy/front desk. He solved problems during our stay that the front desk guy called Cristian couldn't even though his job position is at a higher rank than Diego's. He is one of the highest reasons why we decided to rank this hotel 5 stars and why we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is comfortable because everything is new. It offers a very ... Read more

Pros: - Room is clean and comfortable. - Breakfast buffet is better than Holiday inn express. Cons: - Breakfast buffet offer 6am-10am( Hampton Inn Villahermosa offer 6am-11am) - I had dinner at hotel's restaurant around 9:45pm and the waitress Liz.â?¦ served unfriendly and impatient because restaurant closed at 10pm.

This is a very new facility at a good area of the city. Clean bedroom and friendly staff. They do not have transportation to and from the airport. You have to take a taxi and have currency Mexican currency in your pocket. There is not exchange at the hotel.

I stayed here a week on business and it is one of the best Hiltons I have stayed in for a long time. The standard of the rooms and decor is excellent, service very good and the staff are so friendly, compliments to Victor for the friendly face and smile as I checked out at 6am . Would highly recommend this place if you need to stay in Merida

Great service at check in. Easy and quick. The room: very good and big. The bed: comfortable with good pillows. Zero noise so you can rest peacefully. Great location if you are planning to visit the Siglo XXI convention center. You will have a Liverpool, Costco and mall very near (10 mins walking distance). The gym is small but with everything you need to do some exercise. Great for business.

This Hampton Inn is clase to the Holiday Inn Express, behind the Costco and close to a nice shopping mal. The hotel is nicely designed and well kept. The instilations aré nice and clean. The rooms are small. The breakfast is terrible. Spoiled fruit and old scrambled eggs to start the day is not a very good sign of a hotel that wants to keep a clients business. Great front dese people. Fantastic gym. Good lobby area. Nice business centre. Great coffee at breakfast. No 24 hour coffee as in the... Read more

Stayed here for a few days on a business trip. Used the business center a few times, and also walked to the mall by Costco. Go to Costco and check out the cenote in the parking lot! The hotel itself is new, clean and the staff communicated well in English - made it easy for me.
