The complimentary breakfast was very good (I wish the menu changed from day to day tho), and the staff at the front desks is very helpful. The neighborhood is far away from the center (it takes about 20-25min by car to the center) but the hotel provides free shuttle services every hour and it brought me to closer to the center. It is a very safe and quiet hotel zone. There are tour packages from the hotel, so contact the hotel before you book any tour packages on expedia.com or any other website... Read more

Very clean and convenient. Came here for medical meeting, very near Conventions center siglo XXI, a bit away from the center of the city but you can always take and uber, breakfast was good. I do recommend

This is the second year we stayed here. Hotel is a little over 2 yrs old. No pool yet. Clean. Very friendly staff. Shuttle to close to historic district and ADO bus is great. About 15-20 minute drive. Saves cost of taxi. Right across from Nationsl Mayan Museum and convention center. Local bus runs right past hotel. Make sure you take the one that says Museo Mayan

The hotel is new, very clean, quiet, very helpful staff, even my room was ready for me to check in early in the morning - big plus! Free shuttle, but only up to 7 km from the hotel, doesn't cover the main historic city centre, and unfortunately no shuttle back to the hotel. It's far from main tourist attractions. Breakfast was good, just the coffee wasn't very good.

Hotel and staff excellent. room excellent. All amenities and service excellent. Staff can easily book taxis at any time of day for guest needs. Location a bit removed from city center, a 100 peso cab ride to the center, 200 pesos from hotel to airport. If you dont need to be in waking distance of local attractions, stay at the Hampton Inn. By the way , the hotel is in walking distance of Costco and a major shopping mall.

Very nice clean hotel! We stayed here with our family and were very satisfied. Bathroom is spacious. Rooms come with free breakfast which is beyond the normal toast and fruit. Includes eggs and traditional Mexican breakfast items. Definitely recommend this hotel!

My friend & I stayed here for 3 nights whilst touring Mexico and it was perfect for us. It's modern, clean, free parking & reasonable breakfast included, free wifi & the staff are super friendly, helpful & speak English. It's about a 20-30mim taxi from the centre but as taxis are very reasonably priced (100pesos) I think it is much better to stay here than pay more to stay more centrally. They also have a shuttle once an hour which takes you part way there for free. Overall for the price we were... Read more

We used it as a jumping off point for a bigger trip throughout Mexico. The employees were awesome and the facilites were fine. Sort of what you'd expect from a chain hotel based in the U.S. actually. The breakfast was really good though, something you don't see in U.S. hotel chains. It's near a mall too if you want to go shopping or something. The two knocks on the hotel are that it's a bit far from downtown and other happening spots in Merida and the dinner menu is pretty limited. The d... Read more

We booked a night in this hotel because we were in emergency and we discovered a really nice hotel. The staff at the reception was helpful and very friendly , the room was clean, big enough for 4 and it didn't smell at all even if the window was fixed . The breakfast included was really yummy and with a lot of varieties. We highly recommend it for long stay too.

This Hampton Inn is beautiful - modern interior design and large spaces make for pleasant dining in the breakfast area and bar. Rooms are excellent - typical of Hampton Inns. Breakfast is superior. The selection of foods includes Yucatecan dishes as well as freshly prepared eggs, chilaquilies, black beans, fruit, ham, cheeses, pastries, and cereals. The coffee was delicious. As a bonus they used real ceramic tableware and actual silverware. The gym had treadmills, free weights, a weight mach... Read more
