The rooms was large and had a simple pentry that worked ok for doing things such as cooking coffee in the morning. A bonus was that each rooms comes with 10L water tanks which is great since you won't have to buy large bulks of water the first thing you do after arriving. All in all it was clean, friendly, simple and good. The only small complaint would be that the rental bikes had seen better days but they did work ok anyway and was cheap to rent.

We just stayed for one night here because they were fulled booked afterwards. The yard and outside facilities are SO NICE! it really looks super cozzy and adorable. The rooms in the inside are not that amazing. Everything looks very old and not very good take care of. When we reserved the told us they haven't have a fridge anywhere in the place so we couldn't bring in our food when at the end was a completly functional refrigerator in our room. We arrived super late the night before so the mana... Read more

The wifi was virtually non-existent, which was a nuisance. There are so many good ISP providers in Mexico these days it seems ridiculous not to provide a good amenity. Also, does not takes tarjetas (credit cards), nor dollars, so be prepared. Otherwise, not too bad. The location is great!

I knew I was booking an economical room for my teenage son and I, but even so, I would not return. Most of our vacations are camping trips, so we're used to roughing it. I knew we would have to pay in cash upon our arrival (which we did), and I had even read that there were cockroaches (which there were a few of). I had not been looking for a room with AC, but was pleasantly surprised that our room had it. Or was supposed to. The AC was broken, so I asked for fans, which they only had one of. I ... Read more

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. 2 blocks away from the main drag. Location is perfect. Kitchen and balcony were a plus. Traveling as a solo female I do want to say I felt safe at all times. As soon as I book airline tickets I will be booking at this hotel.

Gate at the front was a pain to have to lock and unlock on both sides. Otherwise, simple. Cheap, fine. They had bikes to rent but no locks, which I needed, so I rented elsewhere. I didn't use kitchenette but could see how helpful it might be.

The fact that we paid 137 CAD for 3 nights was its only redeeming quality. First thing we discovered was that the air con only half worked (either fully on or off, the control panel had broken). The room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor and cobwebs everywhere. The kitchenette only had enough equipment for one person even though this was a double room and the cutlery was dirty. The first time I showered the shower head fell off so I had to fix that myself and some of the light bulbs didn't w... Read more
