"This hotel was extraordinary! Someone at the property mentioned that it is the smallest hotel in the area (including Cabo & San Jose). The attention to every single detail was not overlooked. The staff could not have been more gracious, welcoming, kind, and helpful at every turn. The level of customer service was second to none. I cannot write enough good things about the place. I hope to return as soon as possible. It is essentially a small boutique, spa, zen resort type hotel with calming music and just a completely relaxed pace throughout the property. Guests are allowed to visit and eat at the Dreams Resorts restaurants, however Dreams Guests are obliged to pay an additional fee for reciprocal use.nnAny request you have - the staff will accommodate. And, if they don't have something on hand, they will get it for you - at the latest, by the next day. Roberto, the concierge was fantastic. Alberto & Hector at the pool were outstanding. They were there to cater to our every need - and were happy to warmly welcome us and accommodate us upon arrival every morning. You barely need to lift a finger.nnWithout any reservations, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The resort was as good as advertised. Amazing food - dining on the beach was such a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly; always smiling and greeting you, often by name! All you need to do is ask for anything and they do their best to accommodate. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. I would definitely recommend a stay here."
