The condo is very nice inside with a beautiful balcony. We came here to stay by the ocean and enjoy the ocean view from our room. We booked an ocean view room. However when we arrived, they gave us a view facing a building and part of the city. They were not very accommodating to change our room as they said they didn't have an ocean view. When we said we were going to leave the manager told us if paid more $$$ they would get us a room with a view of the ocean. We paid the extra to get an ocea... Read more

We visited April 24-30th, and the wind was terrible. It was surprising considering the weather is supposed to be nice through April. The beach activities and access to the ocean was closed for safety 3 of the days we were at the resort. The resort rooms are in nice condition, large and very clean. Nothing is within walking distance except the sister hotel - Villa del Palamar. If you stay here, do not expect a nightlife. You can take a short taxi ride and go to downtown Cabo for night time ... My husband and I took our two children (10 & 12) to Cabo for the first time in June and we stayed at this beautiful Resort. We opted for the all inclusive and felt like it was well worth it. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing volleyball everyday! "Silvia is the best!" Although people would wake up pretty early to reserve premium lounge chairs, we were still able to find a few chairs everyday either by the pool or on the beach. We visited this resort last month, May, with a large group of friends. The resort is in the perfect location for everything. We could quickly walk to food, water taxis, and easy cab into the marina. However you won't want to leave as the amenities provided at the resort are top notch. I want to post a special thanks to Carlos and his beach office, most late mornings and early afternoons were spent with him making us laugh while serving the best margaritas right on the beach! My wife and I are members at Del Arco so our room cost is the annual maintainance fee. We enjoyed a great two weeks there and were joined by another couple for the second week who were able to share our unit with us with no problem. Our house keeper, Monica did above and beyond in keeping our room in great shape. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. As seniors we enjoyed a slower pace and look forward to our next visit.

Villa del Arco has always been our 'go to' destination in Mexico, but the facility has only gotten better since Manager Misreal Chan took the reins. Hi All. I wanted to share my experience with last week in Cabo during the hurricane. Most days, Cabo is perfect. As a owner at Villa del Arco, I have been there many times in all seasons, and I expect a good level of service. This time was no different even in difficult circumstances. In this case, as the storm hit Cabo, I was in town with a friend having dinner. The storm moved so quick, we were stranded, as the streets flooded and no taxis anywhere. I called the hotel and reached Misae... Read more

The good the bad and the ugly. The good; the dance team and entertainment is amazing. Chewy and Laura (and Yenia who left to a ballet company) will make you feel like you're part of their family the first time you see them‚?¶ Our kids love them and don't stop talking about them. It's located in the amazing Cabo San Lucas/Arco area. The resort has everything you need for an unforgettable family week vacation. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Weather was a bit too hot for my taste but we spent most of the day at the pool and it was a great experience all together.

Villa del Arco is amazing. The staff, facilities, food, location - absolutely everything is top notch and we were treated like royalty for an entire week. Thanks to Heriberto who looked out for us every day. And thanks to Carlos, the best and funniest server, who made our day one afternoon by the pool. We will be back...as soon and as often as we can!

This place never ceases to meet all expectations! From everyone on the staff, to the facilities, they really have teamwork down to a science. However, I must warn anyone going that they are very aggressive with the timeshare sales appointments. And quite frankly, the units are really expensive, OVER $45,000 for a week! If you are going there be prepared, and do your homework. You can buy a two bedroom unit in either Villa Del Palmar or Villa Del Arco for UNDER $5,000 on the secondary market. I b... Read more

We stayed in a two bedroom unit for 4 adults for a week. The resort itself is very well kept, the units very clean with all the amenities one would need to make some meals in the unit. The balcony was great to sit on and look at the ocean and people watch around the pool area. The staff was great from groundskeepers to bellmen, checkin and check out was easy. The housekeepers saw to your needs. We did not do the all inclusive since we like to explore and try new places. We rented a car for the w... Read more

Our housekeeping service from Martha was great... always completed flawlessly and in a timely manner. Our service by the pool was also great... always kept our orders straight between a very large group of people.

Such a beautiful hotel! The pool area is huge and twists and turns from the hotel lobby down to the beach. There are so many different activities like jet skiing, kayaking, surf lessons, massages, live entertainment and so much more. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Make sure to ask for the manager Misael! He helped us plan our week and took great care of my family and me for the entire trip.

My wife & I just finished a great week long vacation at Villa del Arco in Cabo San Lucas. The resort staff were wonderful and very helpful to make our stay enjoyable. We want to give special notice to Misael, a hotel manager, who helped us with a room issue to our complete satisfaction. Other very helpful and friendly staff included Norma, the concierge, who assisted us with a room change and Noel at the front desk, who helped us with a wifi connection issue. We've been an owner for about nine years. We love the resort. This time they put us on the outside facing the town instead of the pool. The problem with the room was it was by an elevator that had a bad noise every time it was used. They did move us. In the move some of the food was misplaced. The manager, Misael offered to take me to Costco to replace it. How many managers would do that. I have been to a lot of resorts in my life. Every morning he would make it a point to greet my wife I when... Read more

Villa del Arco is not for single travellers but more for couples. Families are also having fun in the very safe and comfortable resort. The food is great(or better) and the staff is ever friendly. Very clean rooms and fully functional. An on-site deli and convenience store makes all the difference. The no-smoking policy is also great. The pools and hot tub is great, and the close proximity to the beautiful beach is superb. Some local vendors lodge themselves on the beach, however did not pester... Read more

I would like to give an excellent review to the Villa Del Arco resort in Cabo SAN Lucas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Manager Misael has an excellent personality and was just outstanding at solving any problems that arose. We had a problem with the internet in our room. It would only work if you walked down the hall out of the room. Misael was able to quickly solve the issue. We would definitely recommend this resort. Lyle & Adeline Robertson

Being an owner with the Universal Vacation Club has always been a wonderful experience. We usually stay at the Villa del Palmar, however this time because of a mix up in our reservation we were given a room at the Villa del Arco. We were very pleased and hope to return every year in October. The only con was the air freshener in the Lobby was WAY to over powering.

We usually go to Villa Del Palmar Cabo because Villa Del Arco is more difficult to get into when doing an internal exchange. The property is impeccably maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room, a one bedroom two bath, is very comfortable (great bed) and offers a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed at Villa Del Arco for 4 nights in October. The grounds are beautiful and clean. We upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom, which had two bathrooms, which made it nice for getting ready. For the last 4-6 years we religiously go there. This year we were able to stay 3 weeks. We gained an extra week when our stay was cancelled a few ago because of a hurricane. Great location, nice people, spacious rooms, plenty of good food. Only complaint is that you can not have "snacks" around the pool before noon. Rigid times you can eat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at specific times. If you are not a breakfast eater, too bad! Wait until noon or after to eat other than breakfast food.
