You are greeted with a wonderful smile as soon as you arrive. We felt so comfortable with everyone they loved answering questions which was great for us. Just beware they tell you a concierge will help you its a plan to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. We had no plans on doing this and yet we ended up doing it before we knew what we where doing. Although it wasn't as bad as I had thought they didn't keep up to long just very annoying. This place is wonderful! There are three leve... Read more

We arrived at the resort today. We received a notification yesterday that they would have no power until 7pm the day we arrive as well as their adult pool being closed. It is now almost 11pm and we still do not have power. It is hot and humid with no AC. On top of it being very uncomfortable they continue to tell us it will only be an hour longer, 4 hours later. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. This is completely unacceptable as for this large of a power outage that was clearly p... Read more

Arrived 5/27, used TransCabo transportation to the Mega store to stock up for our week vacation. On arrival greeted by concierge and shown to the new lobby bar Magic Breeze where we had many delicious margaritas made by Alain. Olivia, the general manager is very helpful suggesting and arranging dinner reservations. Pasqual at the desk was very helpful with answering any questions during our stay. There are many friendly golf cart drivers who assist with luggage and getting around the propert... Read more

We had a very nice time here. The service was exemplary and the restaurant was very good. It is very Americano friendly if you don't speak Spanish and a member of your party would be worried about traveling in Mexico. I loved the views, the service and people. You are only 2.5 hours from La Paz and about 30 minutes from Cabo. DO NOT sit in on any of the vacation investment deals. I told my wife no and she signed us up for a Raintree pitch that lasted an hour and a half. We did get $150 ... Read more

We are half way through our week and wish we had more time. We travel about 4 months out of the year and this may be the best trained and friendliest staff we have run into. We booked a studio and are very pleased with the size of the room and the kitchen facilities. We don't plan to cook but it is nice to have a frig to keep beer and soda cold. Also a place to keep left overs from large portions served in resaurant and reheat in micro. The view from our balcony is fantastic. We never get tir... Read more

Just got back from visiting Club Regina, spent 8 days. We are owners and were a bit disappointed since the property is not yet totally restored from the hurricane two years ago. Construction is still going on, six days a week. The Westin, which enhances the experience at the Club Regina, is totally out of commission. No workout facilities. There is only one restaurant up and running at Club Regina, which is not good, since they are at full capacity most of the time. WE were not pleased with the... Read more

Aunt and uncle gifted us their week at this time share. Overall the property is in good shape following the hurricane, however as other reviewers have mentioned the Westin hotel is not even close to back to normal. Construction was ongoing there and did not bother us at all. Service overall was good, and the fine dining restaurant on the property was very nice - they served a special menu for Valentine's Day that was very good. The other small restaurant is open only for lunch, it was okay but... Read more

Thinking about my experience at Club Regina I keep replaying a scene from Pulp Fiction in my mind--the one where Samuel Jackson is contemplating "feces eating" animals and ultimately decides he favors dogs over pigs because "personality goes a long way." You know that scene? Anyway, I am not calling the good people of Club Regina dogs, nor am I suggesting it is dirty. The place is just a bit run-down from the elements, most notably the hurricane from a couple years ago. However, and this is a HO... Read more
