I did not expect such nice Hacienda style and I was very sad that I only stayed only one night, I want a house like this hotel! All the decor is just so authentic and genuine. I really felt in the country side or up in the mountains or at the ranch very well preserved, clean and cozy.

Absolutely wonderful grounds, you will be very well pleased! Priced well below everyone else, but should be well over a 5star resort for sure... So blessed to have found this place, will be back again for sure!

Large and beautifully decorated room! Lots of windows and opens right in front of the lawn. Ask for room number 3. Nice landscape and the hacienda is full of antiques and paintings. Wood floors, wood beams, brick stucco walls make the hotel feel real cozy!! Will definitely stay here next time in San Cristobal!!

We just visited this hotel few weeks ago, It's wonderful! The moment you get there you are welcome by the staff very warm way, the style of the Hotel is like an old Mexican Hacienda, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Music is being played all day, relaxing music. Rooms are cabin style, very comfortable, cozy, the only "negative" aspect I can say is that water takes a few minutes to go up so you have to wait to take a shower, that makes the bathroom a little bit cold. Staff is very frie... Read more

To tell you for real, after 2 weeks in mexican hotels,i didn't expect top much of this hotel...Well, in reality this hacienda was like a fresh breath of air. Excellent restaurant with nice and friendly people. Amazing antiques everywhere inside the hotel. You feel like in a 5* hotel, we arrived late in the night, the owner even made fire for us (it was cold). I would definitely come back here again if i would visit this lovely town again.

We had a great room with a balcony, restful setting. Great service from the staff and a short $30 peso taxi ride to the center of the city and all attractions. Free Parking behind the property and a breakfast with fresh orange juice, fabulous coffee fruit and local breakfast bread.

We stayed here for several nights while visiting our daughter who was studying archaeology in the area. The hotel is very nice and quiet; located inside a tall brick wall that blocks out a lot of the ambient street noise, even though this is not a very loud or busy part of town anyway. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The floor was stone instead of carpeted, but it was not a problem. The bathroom was one of the nicest we saw on our trip in Mexico and worked great. The staff was fr... Read more
