"Resort is nice, great pool and beach, good food at reasonable prices but the constant attack trying to entice you to a sales pitch makes me choose not to return. I had no interest in a time-share and kept being passed from one person to another trying to get from the airport to the resort--each trying some other pitch to attend the sales at the resort. We were so frustrated we finally walked out of the airport and were ready to hail a cab even though we had paid for transportation ahead of time as no one would give us a straight answer how to get to the resort. We were finally able after about 30 minutes to get to the resort with our prepaid transporation. If you go just plan on walking out of the airport--don't stop at anything called Paradise Village--take a taxi to the resort and be prepared to say no to all the sales pitches to attend the resort with free food, entertainment to attend a short presentation (I understood from someone it was about 3 hours of hard selling)."

" My wife and I have been owners for 7 years. We have great experiences every year. Golf at the El Tigre is challenging and the course is beautiful. The resort staff is top notch and strive to provide the best service possible. Our son and daughter in-law vacationed in 2010 and had a great time. They are looking forward to their next visit. Excellent fitness center and spa. If you are looking to relax and have a great time check Paradise Village."

Posted: Wed, Jan 19, 2011"We loved our trip to Nuevo Vallarta's Paradise Village. We took the boat trip to Yalapa across the bay and it was just great. Enjoyed lying under the palapas on the beach and buying souveniers from the local sellers. The one concern that i had was that we were in a 2 bedroom suite at the far end of one of the long hallways (elevatores were in the center of the bldg) near the marina and there were NO FIRE ESCAPES located anywhere on our second floor!! Not safe at all...."

Directions From The Airport to Hotel
15 minutes north from the airport to the Nuevo Vallarta exit. Access the resort through Paradise Village's El Tigre Golf & Country Club 18 foot high Mayan styled stone arches immediately on the right after crossing the overpass.,
