"We just returned from our one week stay at Las Palmas and WOW, what a fantastic time we had. While it wasn't the fanciest resort we have visited, it was sure worth the value. The room was not perfect yet very comfortable and we were hardly there anyway. The food offered a wide variety of choices to please most anyone. The hotel included nightly entertainment that greatly exceeded our expectations of FREE entertainment. By far, the greatest aspect of our stay at Las Palmas was the people. The hotel staff was very friendly and the atmosphere allowed for the hotel guests to socialize in a very relaxed atmosphere, we met several people that we hope to maintain contact with and possibly see again back at Las Palmas."

"What a relaxing holiday this was. One week was definitely not long enough. We were there from Jan.17 to Jan.25, 2009 and we had a very good time. The weather , the people , the food , the drinks without a doubt were exceptionally good. I don't know where these people come from that are complaining about this resort Las Palmas by the sea. It is for sure not a 5 star resort. It is very simple and with a real mexican feel to it."

"Just returned from my one week (6 days 9 hours !) Air Transat vacation to Las Palmas by the Sea and would never go back.Arrived at 3:00 AM to find that my ocean view room did not have a balcony as promised.This was my 5th MEXICO vacation and without a doubt the worst.The food was poor and the beds even worse.This was also the only AI vacation I have been on that charges for drinks in the bar after 11:00 PM. On our last day we had to check out at noon leaving us without a room for 15 hours until our 3:00 AM return flight."
