Wow, this place is amazing - the people are so nice, especially my new friends, Enrique, Alberto, Dilery and Edgar. Not only are they charming but they will make sure you are having a good time and they will check up on you ??????. They truly love their job. Our room is comfortable, clean and homey. The view of the ocean from our room is 'the best'. The food is also very god. I am happy we selected this place.

The hotel is very close to the ocean and the view is superior. The marina entrance was very close to the hotel so being able to watch the many boats go in and out of the marina was fascinating. Several days there were as many as 100 small sailboats in front of the resort. Quite a sight when they were all bunched together. The sunsets were breathtaking.

EDGAR as the SUPERVISOR IS EXCELLENT...he oversees all the activities and everything is geared to pleasing the guests...the STAFF continue to be helpful and they do a great job. It's such a pleasure to return to the SEA GARDEN and be welcomed by EDGAR and his staff. I look forward to enjoying the excellent activities they provide.

We stayed at the Sea Garden hotel for a week. The outside of the hotel and the rooms are nice.... We ended up with the city view, which is really not a view at all. It is convenient having the corner store and the OXXO so close as well as some off the resort restaurants. The maids are a little over the top when it comes to cleaning.... all of our stuff got moved around and they came in even though we didn't put the "please clean room" sign on the door. We got a knock on the door multiple times i... Read more

My family invited me to vacation and have been greatly pleased with the service. The Joy Squad here is wonderful. Alberto does an amazing job at entertaining people. The afternoons go by so fast with the Joy Squad. My favorite games are Mexican lottery and Black Jack.

Well, I like to gave my congratulations to the captain of waitress Fernando, because, he was very helpful and friendly, professional service and always keep a great attitude, always smiling, he really love his job. Thanks again my friend.

My family had an excellent vacation at the sea garden. It's the smallest resort of the Mayan group, but we had a great time. The service was great. The rooms were clean. The staff kept the place spotless. It is located right on the beach, so u could lay out on the beach or stay at the pool. It was paradise.

I had a great time here, i came with a large amount of family, there where maybe about twenty of us, and we all had a blast! There was always something to do here, alberto and enrique did a great job of getting the crowd excited and moving. We played volley ball, had ping pong tournaments, did aqua aerobics ?? it was nice, I'd highly recommend this to all my friends and any strangers as well! Luis was the best!

We came on this vacation as a family trip with my mom side of the family and so far it has been great. The whole entertainment team has been wonderful as well. Alberto is a great entertainer with the karaoke nights as well as the water aerobics. The hotel it self is beautiful and I have stayed in the sister hotels many times and it defiantly compares to those as well.

We love that the hotel is within a short walk from the beach! The pools are big and clean and they have a dj. There are lots of family activities we participated in. The food is really good. We especially loved the activities guy Alberto Rosas!!

We wanted to have a quiet resort on the beach, it is not here. The music and microphone are very loud and annoying, most times of the day. There were tons of kids making tons of noise and who knows what in the pool. Not relaxing, complained at the front desk a couple of times to deaf ears. Not sure if most of the people really enjoyed all of the noise and activities, or if we are just over it all here. One night there were a group of people drinking and being very loud at 2;30 in the morning, We... Read more

Not an All Inclusive which suited my wife and I fine. The food was adequate and reasonably priced and the staff accommodating. The Joy squad does a nice job with activities and keeps the atmosphere light. We were infatuated with the beach and could not get enough of it. Good location, close to the marina which had a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. If you're interested in tours, go outside the resort just on the corner across from the OXXO store. Here you find a little straw hut wh... Read more

This resort was relatively quite small (basically one building, maybe 8-10 stories high) but what it may have lacked in size was more than made up for in what it offered! Unlike many of its larger Nuevo Vallarta counterparts (where guests had to walk long distances or wait to catch a tram to the beach), Sea Gardens is right on the ocean. Walk outside, past its nice pool area, and step onto the beach; plus its a sandy area, not rocky like some I saw. Security was ever-present as well. Most* of th... Read more

The employees at the Sea Garden make the resort a wonderful place to stay. From Julio and his crew who take care of you at the pool to the Joy Squad (Ivan, Tamara, Juan and Abimael) who provide fun poolside activities and entertainment to Lorena and Miquel and Ramon at the Rumm-Ba restaurant to the housekeeping/groundskeeping/bell staff, these people are excellente! We were treated like royalty! The staff at the Sea Garden are the hardest working people I have ever seen. We want to go back as ... Read more

This site is close to lots of good restaurants, villages, boating to other developments, and more. The location is beautifully maintained - personnel were cleaning all of the time! Rooms are adequate and VERY clean but just not elegant. The pool is large and lovely and beachfront chairs were plentiful. This is a great location for a laid-back vacation. The only downsides were the distance from the downtown Puerto Vallarta (about 25 minute cab ride) but everything you need is within walking d... Read more

Spent a week at Sea Garden. Weather was perfect, resort was clean and quiet. The beaches are well maintained and not crowded. The resort staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was fairly priced and delicious.

The Sea Garden is a great place to stay if you want to be right on the beach. It's a smaller resort which makes it convenient to get to the beach --you can leave your room & in 3 minutes or less be on on a lounge chair on a great sandy beach watching the waves roll in. The beach is great - nice sand -- great to walk along. The pool area is lovely as well. I would rate is a 3 star -- very clean, spacious rooms, immaculate beautiful grounds. But, if you want lots of amenities & entertainment &... Read more

We've travel to Mexico a lot and we expect the timeshare sharks. Usually when you check into a hotel you are sent to the activities desk immediately where they will try to get you to come to a presentation. The guy told us it would be an hour long and at the resort. He said it wasn't a timeshare presentation, which we didn't believe. He offered 10% on whatever we spent at bars and restaurants and taxi fair to airport. We negotiated quite a bit with him and ended up with getting two free activiti... Read more

Smaller resort, awesome service, very friendly, good food, beautifully maintained, close to shopping, restaurants, weather 90 F, beautiful sunsets, loved that you could open up balcony doors to hear the waves even though there are no actual balconies.
