Suite 12, Remodeled room above the lobby. The entire stay guests were told the wifi is being repaired. Stayed 4 days and not one day it was working. They IP address & router issues but since I can't speak Spanish I couldn't help. The front desk staff is not overly friendly and don't expect much from them. You'll be good! You'll love the location across the park where you can workout to loud Mexican dance music blaring at 0800 for ONE hour‚?¶.. I just sat at a cafe and started day drinking! ... Read more

We have stayed there for 6 weeks every winter for 5 years. Would not stay anywhere else. We have a suite and have had front and back suites. We like the front with all the activity. All the staff are friendly and so helpful and I don't know where the bad reviews come from. Location is perfect. We are going back on Jan 20 2017 until March 13,2017

Hotel sits on top of a few bars. Super loud drinking and singing until 4AM. Crank AC so you don't hear them. Then you are cold, pull up sheets (no blankets) which smell like someone's cheap cologne-sheets not washed? Internet didn't work.......

Dark dinjy room, super hard, crappy beds. No phone, 1 plug. Bathroom constant smell of sewage. My husband was showering, the drain backed up & raw sewage came up... actual poop! We told front desk & she casually said they would take care of it, as if we were asking for new towels or something. I took her reaction like it's something that occurs regularly. No apology, no offer of any service or discount, nothing. This place felt on par with a hostel or worse. We cut our losses & checked out 4 da... Read more

You don't even get what you pay for. 1 towel each, no hand towels, face clothes etc. If you use the pool, you have to take your room towel and then exchange for dry ones at the front desk. no phone in room, no deadbolts on doors. Clean but very basic. make sure you get the rooms with AC and TV.

This is a small hotel in old Puerto Vallarta. It's a good deal for the money, basic but clean and the staff are friendly. They'll hook you up, just ask for what you need. It's a good place to stay when on a budget, or if you prefer to spend your money on all the great food and art you can find in PV!

Went to the hotel room which only had to double beds with a 30cm walking space between them, and one was against the wardrobe so there was no where to put your clothes, no air conditioning, and the floor was dirty. Asked for a room with A/C and the man at the front desk was not very helpful, had to pry out of him information. When we went to new room A/C wasn't working properly. One of the pools was being re-done and the photos on the website are from the suites. The extras they promised weren't... Read more

Great location, friendly staff and great AC. Everyone was super helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Wifi was only available when we sat by the front desk, which was fine for us since we just needed it to Skype our kids. We had a suite and it was perfect for us! The refrigerator kept our water and beer cold. Bed was comfy and we always had hot water. Walking distance to everything. Beach is a block away ū???
