I have stayed many times at the Hotel Eloisa. I usually drive there from Barra de Navidad to pick friends up at the airport. For me,the most important part is the parking garage under the park across the street. Secure parking is hard to find in Old Town.Hotel is very simple, but clean. Also there is a great little bar next door where you can have a few and relax.

Eloisa is located in a great part of old town PV. Close to the River Cafe and the boardwalk. There is a nice little bookstore next door. The hotel is so-so. Never was expecting a five star but a little more cleanliness in the rooms would have been appreciated and the beds are like a rock. The staff was nice enough and the rooftop pool is actually quite nice. Be advised that it is very loud at night due to it's location but if you are good with that then all is well. The air conditioners in the r... Read more

A really nice hotel for a cheap price, it has all the basics and A/A, pool and the people are so kind, ideal for a visit by yourself or for couples that doesn't mind to cut a little bit of expenses and save some money for the amazing food

Great location, friendly staff and great AC. Everyone was super helpful and rooms were cleaned daily. Wifi was only available when we sat by the front desk, which was fine for us since we just needed it to Skype our kids. We had a suite and it was perfect for us! The refrigerator kept our water and beer cold. Bed was comfy and we always had hot water. Walking distance to everything. Beach is a block away ???

Went to the hotel room which only had to double beds with a 30cm walking space between them, and one was against the wardrobe so there was no where to put your clothes, no air conditioning, and the floor was dirty. Asked for a room with A/C and the man at the front desk was not very helpful, had to pry out of him information. When we went to new room A/C wasn't working properly. One of the pools was being re-done and the photos on the website are from the suites. The extras they promised weren't... Read more

This is a small hotel in old Puerto Vallarta. It's a good deal for the money, basic but clean and the staff are friendly. They'll hook you up, just ask for what you need. It's a good place to stay when on a budget, or if you prefer to spend your money on all the great food and art you can find in PV!

You don't even get what you pay for. 1 towel each, no hand towels, face clothes etc. If you use the pool, you have to take your room towel and then exchange for dry ones at the front desk. no phone in room, no deadbolts on doors. Clean but very basic. make sure you get the rooms with AC and TV.
