"This was our fifth trip to Mexico and first to the Iberostar Grand Hotel. We always stay at 4 star all inclusive hotels, but, the Iberostar Grand Hotel is in a class of it's own. The opulence of the hotel is beautiful. We had an ocean front room with a balcony and stunning views. The service levels were excellent. The staff made us feel like we were family. The staff goes above and beyond any expectation you could have. We were treated like royalty. The resort is an absolute paradise."

"We took our honeymoon to this resort. After attending a couple different resorts in the past, we decided to change it up for the honeymoon and try out this place. Let me start with the highlights - The service and food is spectacular. The resort sits on the Playa Pariaso coast which has great beaches, good water, and did not seem crowded for activities. The butler staff was spectacular and they really take care of you. We had turn down service each night, fruit baskets, stocked fridge to our liking, and even setup the jacuzzi tub and had bottle of champagne on request for the romantic moments. They really really want to take care of you and they did. There were a few bugs in the room when we would leave the balcony door open, and the outdoor jacuzzi tub needed cleaning, but the conceirge and butler service took care of those items quickly. I really enjoyed the free steam service for our nice dinner clothes and the food was the best we have had in Mexico. The resort is not as big as other places we've been, so adjust your expectations in luxury, service, and food, and not in resort size. Also - the golf was included free and the club selections were top of the line Titleist and the course was spectacular... amazing condition and greens were perfect. My wife is a foodie and raved about the cuisine at each meal time. Service on the beach, around the pool, with the activities, and certainly in our room was amazing she felt. It would be very difficult to recommend anything above this resort for location, closeness to the airport, great beaches, wonderful food/staff, and beautiful grounds. First class and more here - it was a beautiful honeymoon."

"this is our second time at this resort, in both ocattions the whole staff and the manager specially were amazingly friendly, we are planning to return this summer, and we are coming back not only for the instalations and the beauty of this place, but because the management congratulation Iberostar, you have a great asset in the person of your manager at this location."
