Exit airport and take a right towards Hwy 307/Hotel Zone. Turn onto Hwy 307 heading north towards city of Cancun and Tulum Avenue. Proced into Av. Tulum North and Take exit for Playa Mujeres sign (straight) and proceed north for approximately 10 Km. "This place was the best, we could have not chosen anything better for our honeymoon. Very private and accommodating. We had our own outdoor pool and a jacuzzi in our casita. Every night we had champagne, chocolate dip strawberries, fresh fruit and our mini bar/fridge stocked with beer, snacks, and water. Rooms were very clean. The only negative was that our private outdoor pool was not heated. Other than that, it was an amazing get away with my hubby!!! Would definitely go again!!"

"This is our second time staying at The Beloved, the first time was when it was not an all inclusive. We had our reservations about all-inclusive since we have never been and we were delightfully pleased. The food selections at the 5 resturants are fantastic, especially given they have vegetarian menus. It's great that they have no tratitional buffets like most alll-inclusives. The resort is beautiful, we stayed in the Casita Ocean view suite which is the only way to go as far as rooms. The staff is beyond accomodating and gracious, they go out of their way to make your stay a pleasurable one. The other highlight is their amazing spa, have to try the Aqua Viva it is exceptional. Already planning our next trip back."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Luxurious, private, romantic, welcoming, etc. The staff was very friendly and knew us by name. 2 very large pools and the 3rd by the beach with a swim up bar. Plenty of beds along by the pools, plenty of shade, plenty of delicious food, and plenty of alcohol!!! The room was to die for!!! Bottles on deck, all included, snickers, M&M's, chips, etc. You ate it, they replaced it right away! The rain shower was just amazing, and the bathrobes with slippers were a plus. Everything you need or want was ready and at hand available. We went for a wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous! The reception on the beach was loads of fun with white, long, thin balloons and party masks to get the dancing started! I will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Cancun!"

"If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, and luxurious place - you've found it! This was my third trip to the Cancun area, and this is by far the best place I've stayed at (despite not being much more money than the other two). I had an ocean view suite, which was huge and very tastefully decorated, and also came equipped with a King bed, bar, private corner Jacuzzi close to the balcony (= ocean views) and a massive stand-up shower that could easily fit 10 people inside of it. Be advised that ocean view does not mean ocean front, however, and I have a feeling that rooms on lower floors would have less of a view. Overall, the property was immaculately maintained. Great service and private beach. Everything is included, including WiFi, kayaking on the beach, and 24-hour room service. Food was on the high end for an all inclusive and drinks were excellent! I'd definitely go back! I liked a previous reviewers note about sunscreen: bring lots or it will cost you about $29 a bottle in the gift shop! Also, the front desk will break US dollars, but only give it to you in pesos. These are small issues in an otherwise excellent property!"

"My husband and I went to La Amada for 4 nights as a quick getaway and left our son with my parents. This is not our first all inclusive experience. The resort is gorgeous, we had a swim up suite which was perfect. The only complaint that i have is with the quality of the food for dinner. The presentation was amazing but lacked taste. Other than that - it was great! "

"We loved the the seclusion and privacy La Amada provides. The gated community made us feel safe. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was exquisite, no matter which restaurant we ate at. We stayed at a two story casita suite and we just LOVED it. We really enjoyed having the roof lounge and the plunge pool, which we got a lot of use out of. We difinitely would love to return as our stay was a very pleasurable experience. There was one minor thing that was a little confusing, which was the gratuity. The waiters didn't seem to be well informed on it, that with the all inclusive package through book it - ALL gratuity is INCLUDED. Meaning housekeeping, wait staff, everything. So anything you want to give is extra and is at your discretion. Also, make sure you pack sunblock because buying it at their store will set you back $29.. USD. Overall, our experience was great and we definitely recommend booking your transfer to and from the airport with Best Day Travel. On point and on time everytime. They take the guess work out of what terminal or gate at the airport you need to be dropped off at. All you need is your flight # and they will pick up you up and drop you off at the door."
