Every 6th room within the group will be complimentary, with a maximum of 3 complimentary rooms per Group Booking. One complimentary room will be offered per every 5 double occupancy rooms paid on a daily basis. In case during some nights of the group`s stay the total amount of rooms is reduced under the required 6 rooms with 5 paid double occupancy rooms, then the complimentary 6th room benefit will not be applied during those specific nights.
End client should not be charged for the applicable complimentary room nights earned based on the purchased room block. The hotel will not reimburse nor credit back the end client or the agency for any complimentary room nights paid.
One Free room upgrade to the next available category per every 10 paid rooms, with a maximum of 2 upgrades per Group Booking. Upgrade will be offered to the next available category based on the majority of rooms purchased category.

I found Secrets Capri while searching for all inclusive places.
my firends and I loved everything about this place and all want to return again and again.
The staff was great, the location and facility was great, the food delicious! There were no hidden charges or extra fees -- it really was all inclusive!
There were activities all day each day and a pool entertainment team to get folks involved in volleyball, bingo, ping pong tourneys, all sorts of fun stuff.
the size of this resort is just perfect as well -- not too large and not too small so you can meet people and get to know the staff.
it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

"My gf and I had a great time at Secrets Capri. Get a beachfront oceanview room. Walk right out your back door 30 yards and you're on the sand. Great food - if you want a nice romantic touch, add the dinner on the beach. The food overall was great, but the beach dinner was really, really top shelf. The buffet restaurant is excellent for all 3 meals; our next favourite was the Asian (green curry chicken was the best). If you are a bit of a geek that gets a kick out of nature, you'll see iguanas and coatimundis right there on the grounds.Do the Dolphinaris excursion. The only thing that left a little to be desired for us was the ocean onsite - very stirred up by constant, small waves, so you can swim, but no visibility at all for snorkelling. The beach itself is not dirty as I've read - it is clean and well kept, just narrow. Otherwise, best resort I've stayed in overall, partly since, as posted, everything is within 2 - 4 minutes of your room. Nice pool, great service, drinks, food, great pool, really nice coffeebar, decent entertainment onsite.Topnotch staff."

This was the most fabulous vacation my husband and I ever took.
Anyone who has anything to complain about here is either a snob or must be royalty .... otherwise you will find this resort outstanding and most importantly what makes it outstanding is the people who work there.
Our unending thanks and gratitude to all the staff- especially, our bar tender along with everyone else. Special thanks to the staff member who greeted us upon our arrival at the Lobby bar and remembered us every single day of our vacation. To our wonderful friend and waiter for breakfast everyday at the Riveria -Sergio. To another staff member who took care of our room everyday and always had a smile and a kind word when we saw him. To the amazing staff members at the SPA.... there are so many amazing and outstanding people who worked hard everday to make our stay special and make us feel like family. SO when you arrive at Secrets Capri and are greeted with 'Welcome home' if it feels oddly out of place at the time trust us when you leave your heart will ache like it did the first time you ever left home and you will long for nothing more but to dream of going back home very soon. "Nice Resort. Beach is not as nice as picture (recent storms), but still nice enough to lay out and relax. Nicest beach in the 2-3 mile strip of resorts. Ages were young newlyweds to retired snowbirds. Adults only, romantic setting, but still can have a party like atmosphere. Service was great. Restaurants were tasty. No reservations required except for hibachi style grill. Best Day will be your travel accommodations agent. Tips were not allowed but readily accepted. Plan to bring a roll of ones. Try to stay 5 days or longer if you plan to do excursions. Lots to see in the area. Chichen Itza is a long drive but worth the trip. Tulum and Coba are closer half day trips. Cancun is for college students, Riviera Maya and Playa Del Carmen is for couples and families. Bring cream SPF 30 - 50 and aloe lotion. Do the spa early if you are going to do it (sun burn). Hydro therapy was great. DO NOT talk to anyone at the airport accept your assigned driver and company representatives. Others will try to talk you into time share crap. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. US $ excepted everywhere."

"Had a nice time at the resort, but there were some things I was disappointed in. When I first walked into the resort I noticed a strange odor(sulfur, sewer gas,???)in the lobby and seem to never go away throughout the whole vacation. The room we stayed in faced the front of the resort and lacked a view period. The lighting in the room was very poor(dim), and there was a lack of storage space for your clothes to be unpacked. Sometimes the room was not as clean as it should've been. However, the bed was comfortable and the A/C did work good. The pool was heated only on one side, but since it was nice weather it didn't really seem to matter to most folks. The pool was not as clean as I thought it should've been. The bottom of the pool had broken tiles(small square tiles) in places and the bottom was slippery. I did slice my toe good on one of the broken tiles. There were bird feathers, leaves, and floaties throughout the pool and I just felt it could've been a lot cleaner for a top rated resort. Oh, one more thing, the pool is a bit dangerous around the pool bar area. It slopes up and it's not visible in the water that it slopes up and throws most everyone off when approaching the bar. Just about everyone slips, or stumbles when they approach the pool bar for the first time. On a good note, the area around the pool was well kept and comfortable, and the staff was very accomodating. I really enjoyed the staff and their friendliness. Very polite and respectful, and funny too. All around the food was okay, but nothing spectacular. Beach area at resort is very small and needs some tending to(not at all like the pictures). I most likely won't stay at this resort again for the fact it's somewhat dated and need updating, but I will never forget the staff ....They were very thoughtful, hardworking, and friendly people and I enjoyed my stay because of them. I would say this is an average resort ...."

"We booked three rooms for us, our son & daughter and their spouses. We enjoyed the all adults hotel, with kids at home with sitters. We have stayed at 5 different hotels and the food here was the best of any of them. Their alcohol was better, also, with name brands served if you asked. The waiters and bartenders were friendly and service was excellent. It was cool and rained two of the days we were there, and the most popular place was the hot tub. Sitting and talking with guests from all areas of the globe was quite enjoyable.
This hotel is smaller and has the advantage of not being so far to walk to the lobby and restaurants. Some of the other places you had to wait for a shuttle, it was so far. The disadvantage to the smaller hotel was that there was not a live band, but a DJ. The bar for dancing had a very small dance floor. They had an excellent Mexican night with food and local dancers."

"Hotel and staff was better than expected. The beach is small, not dirty, just small. It still had plenty of room to walk in the sand and sit in the cabanas or lay in the beach beds. Food was great. They do have a buffet by pool in day time and buffet restaurant inside, otherwise it is made to order. Drinks are top shelf if you ask. They are strong if you ask too. Tip them a little every once in a while to show your appreciation nthey work harder than most places to give you great service. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy. Sheets are high end. Pillow options in room are down and faux down. I am a bed and sheet freak and I slept like a baby every night in a freshly turned down bed. I recommend this resort and will be returning as soon as possible. If you are planning a wedding or renewal, I recommend this resort. the photographer took 386 shots that we HAD to buy. They were awesome!"

"Pros: Romantic dinner on the beach was great. Awesome service. Spa was nice with the hydrotherapy prior to my massage. Himitsu and Portofino Restaurants we're good. Barefoot Grille was nice too.Overall service was very good. A couple of good shows in the ballroom.
Cons: Horrible littered beach, what there was of it. Very eroded. Expected beautiful white sandy beaches with turquoise water. Room we were put in was supposed to be a balcony over looking the ocean. We had a balcony overlooking red dirty tar paper with the ocean in the distance. We changed rooms. Very little nightlife for an adult resort. No consistency with staff. Most of them didn't have answers to simple questions. Room Service food was disgusting as well as La Riviera restaurant. Seaside Grille was fair. There we're dirty stained tablecloths in all the restaurants. Pastry in the coco café we're stale. Very small cups of coffee. Half of the swimming pool was freezing cold. Other half was heated. Jacuzzi was Luke warm. When we checked in, we were introduced to a VIP concierge who gave us information on the hotel and said to call him for anything we needed. We never saw him again. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. You will be disappointed."

"We had a great stay from December 1 thru December 8. The staff was so efficient and helpful, always there to please. There is so much to do, or so little to do, whatever you want, they help you achieve it. There were so many memorable staff we couldn't possibly remember all of their names but guy at the pool bar can make anything you want and then some....and usually making 3 or 4 at a time. Marrianna on entertainment was so full of energy, she was worth the trip alone...the food was wonderful, all restaurants were good and in the evenings, you cannot imagine the work they went through to set up a dinner by the pool....we WILL return"

"The food was probably the best food that I've eaten overall. It is a smaller resort, but the staff really are very service oriented and friendly.nnThe negatives were that we did request a king size bed as I am 6'4' tall, and ended up with a double bed room for the first night. Why would an adult-only resort even have rooms that were double beds? The staff did upgrade us to an ocean-view king room the following day when one became available. One night the water in the shower quit running completely for several minutes, and another day the pressure was down to a trickle. The $200 resort credits are just coupons off of wine or spa treatments which are very expensive to begin with, so you'll still end up paying out of pocket if you want any of these. They really aren't giving anything away as they make it seem with the $200 resort credit.nnOther than those issues, we enjoyed our stay at Secrets resort. It would be nice if you knew ahead of time what type of room you'd be getting, as I would rather book a different resort altogether than end up with a double bed. "

"Over all the trip was great. The service was wonderful and the food and drinks were top notch. A couple things you should be aware of before booking this resort is the beach area is gone due to recent storms so hanging at the pool area is your best bet. The pool is large enough to accommodate a large number of people so that should not be an issue. There is not much of a night life at the resort. So if you like to party into the night you may be by yourself at the sportsbar/disco. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a layed back relaxing vacation with people aged 30 . If you want the wild and crazy party vacation this is not the place for you."

"Just returned from my trip to Secrets Capri. Staff is friendly - that's about it. Food is less than average , in Japanese restaurant sushi are horrible. Entertainment is very poor. If you are a beach person - do not go there: waters are not clear, extremely hard access into the water (halls, ditches and sandbags at the bottom). People are reserving spots on the each before 7am, by 10am - there are no available lounges,tents or gazebo's.

"The beach is horrible. There is literally very little sand and the rest are sand bags put in the water to preserve the shore. We couldn't get in the beach at all as the bags of sand were slippery from the moss. The hotel ,however ,is good even though it is old. The food is good but not a lot of varieties. The staff are great. The room is good. It doesn't deserve 4 1/2 stars."

"My wife and I celebrated our 15 wedding anniversary last week at Secret Capri with some friends. This was our first all inclusive but we have been on alot of cruises before. I have to say this was the best most relaxing vacation we have ever had. I would recommend this to anybody interested. The service, food, and staff were all excellent, these people work super hard to keep you happy. The one downfall was the sales pitch at arrival, I was there to relax and I felt like I was not able to even get in the door before they started asking me to go to another Secrets for a sales pitch. Also, if you dont go to the sales pitch all the coupons they give you for messages, private dinners, and discounts are virtually worthless. Other than that I have no complaints and would do it again."

"I only have one negative comment. The food in the lower level seafood restaurant was not good in my opinion. Let me also say that others may disagree as it was constantly filled and many waiting to be seated in the outside area. However, I have no complaints about anything else. I strongly recommend getting your airport transfer to the resort when you book your reservation for the resort. Easier and cheaper if done then. When you arrive you receive a welcomed moist towel along with a drink ( alcohol or bottle water) The Bell Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. They even remembered my name throughout my stay! The Portafina Restaurant was fabulous! Great food, excellent service. My first time there I was greeted by name and each time thereafter again greeted by name. My previous nights waiter came by my table and said hello and that he was glad to see me back again, even when I was not in his section! The entire resort was wonderful. Every staff member was very polite, accommodating, and acted very happy to be of service. They were always asking to be of service, whether on not I needed anything. They also replied to my 'thank you' with 'it is my pleasure' and it really seemed to be their pleasure. The rooms was spacious and kept very clean. Entertainment was different each night. Concierge was very helpful even with outside tour arrangement that had been made with resort booking. Spa staff also wonderful. Spa was fabulous so go if you want a great experience and you can also use the free resort bucks to get $40 off! Bartenders were speedy and pleasant as well. Pool area is also nice and spacious, kept clean, they have floaties to use and an abundance of towels. Wait staff in pool are are also friendly and efficient. I receive a free photo session with the photographer with a free photo and if you want any other the others they are only $15 for a nice size photo. All in all it is a great place to go and feel pampered and actually where your business with them is appreciated!"

"We just returned from Secrets Capri in Mexico. We were pleased with the accomodations. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The resort is beautiful. Food was great. Drinks were great, but no Dos Equis (my preference). Great Spa- must try it out. The only reservations that we had was the night life. By 9 pm the place is shut down- pool closed, hot tub closed. No night entertainment outdoors at all. Bar on beach open until 11 pm. Not sure when the sports bar closes. It was dead after 11- we did not stick around. The sports bar provided a small band one night and karaoke one night until about 10. After that- nothing much to do in entertainment. Best suited for those looking for peace and quite. About 45 minutes from the aiport- 15 minutes into nPlaya- go to 5th street for shopping. I would go back, but will probably look for more night entertainment next time. "

"My husband and I travel every year in mid March and in the fall and I travel for work functions as well. We have stayed at some very high end hotels so my standards are quite high. We also have stayed at several all inclusive resorts all over the country. This was the best resort we have ever stayed at!!! The service should be commended. Every single staff member went above and beyond to serve you and were very friendly! The food was the best we have ever had with several choices from italian to steak to seafood to chinese. We really enjoyed the pool side service for drinks and lunch and the waiter Artuto who came around daily with fresh salsa and guacamole and fruit and ice cream, amazing. Then the specialty coffee drinks at night were a real treat. The rooms were very romantic with canope beds and there was a lot of entertainment and music at night with dancing too! The pool and beach were beautiful as well and we enjoyed the workout room and spa too! It also was not too crowded which was nice. We are recommending this resort to our friends and family and I would recommend it to anyone reading this review! Get ready to be pampered and have an amazing time!! We will be back! "

"9.7 what a joke! First of all the beach is not whats shown on its website.Its 1/10 the size, muddy seaweed infested water with uprooted trees that one couple I met cut their feet on.There was a hurricane a year ago that destroyed the beach,Thanks for letting me know,I wouldnt have stayed there if I knew the truth.Everybody was angry about the beach and complained about the food.The room service food was gross! And the lobby staff was so unfriendly,no good morning ,no hello, no thanks for your stay,couldnt even answer simple questions.One moment I was struggling with my moms wheel chair and trying to open the lobby door with no help from the bellman who was 3ft. away. The place is a complete joke! Stay away from this resort!"

"A lot of people are skeptical about 'all-inclusive' packages. I have to say this has been my most affordable, enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant experience... ever!!!!
It all started with with bookit (bestday) staff picking us up at the airport. We were met at the door by hotel staff who took our bags on one side and handed us glasses of champagne on the other.
There were 5 eateries (including Hibachi and Italian) to choose from - breakfast, lunch and dinner; not to mention numerous bars at vantage points all over the resort, and the waiters who were willing to bring you anything - be it at the poolside or at the beach.
With 24/7 free room service you could stay indoors all day if you did not want to take advantage of the numerous hotel entertainment activities or the 'swim-up' bar or even the opportunity to dine at Secret Capri's sister resort restaurants (also included in the package).
Now if you find this review helpful, check out their spa (ask for discounts and/or specials)
My only worry on this trip was and is still how this resort breaks even. This was totally worth it.

"Our first visit to Mexico and WOW, we can't wait to go back. The resort is stunning....from the champagne and cool towel upon arrival to the wonderful pool and beach areas to the great food at the restaurants. The rooms are very clean with housekeeping and turn down service every day. It is a bit Americanized but that's to be expected at a resort. The only complaint I have is the wait staff sometimes seem to 'forget' about us in between courses but the food more than made up for the wait."

"My boyfriend and I went to Secrets Capri for 5 days, first week of Sept. Got to tell ya..The Best Time Ever! I don't know where to start..the food: AMAZING! The staff: Super Friendly! The room: Beautiful and Always clean. The resort: Just Beautiful! I honestly don't have one complaint. Our food orders were always correct and delicious! The amazing thing was the service; every single person was extremely friendly and they all remembered our names! They would greet us when we didn't even remember half the time who they were, we couldn't. On our 3rd day, the concierge called in the middle of the day just simply to ask if we were satisfied, having a good time, if our room was clean, if the food was good and so on. We also walked down the beach and come to find out, our beach and sand were the cleanest; may not seem like much, but when you are walking barefoot stepping on a rock stuck in the sand is painful!
When out by the pool, there is always someone coming around every 10-15 mins asking if you want a refil on your drink.
Also, every day they have activities that the entertainment team plans, take advatage of them! They make your stay more memorable and enjoyable and they're free from the resort. There are movies being shown almost every night out by the pool. Basically, I cannot say enough good things about this place, you have to go and experience for yourself! (My BF gave it a 7 out of 5!)"
