My gf and I had a great stay at this resort. We learned how to scuba and dived 40 ft after a two hour class. All inclusive is the way to go like we did. Great food and very nice staff. We would come here again.

The Royal Hacienda is a 5 star resort. Grounds and accommodations are outstanding. Our room overlooked the ocean, proving us with a breath taking view.lt is an all inclusive resort. The staff was always on top of there game to make you feel very special. This is a wonderful family resort. My wife and I were able to relax and recharge our batteries. Minutes away from Carmen del playa. Shuttle service is provided. Restaurants and meals are great. So next time you want to get away , treat yoursel... Read more

As owners of the Royal Resorts, we visited the Haciendas on an exchange from the Caribbean for week 19. We arrived two days early (Thursday) and were able to check in right away. We were able to manage getting the same villa for the next week, so we didnt have to move Saturday (huge plus). The resort is beautiful, the grounds are very well maintained. Like I said, we arrived Thursday. We had dinner at La Palapa on Thursday night, it was Prime Rib night and I was excited for it. My husband ... Read more

This was probably our 9th week staying at Royal Haciendas, and it never disappoints! This is simply my favorite resort of all of my travels around the world. Here are some of my tips and highlights: Personal Concierge - These staff members are EXCELLENT resources during your stay. I have never had a bad concierge, and most go the extra mile during your stay. They have good local knowledge of places to go and see, good information on excursions and restaurants, and are very friendly. Yes - ... Read more

We arrived for a 6-night stay and didn't want to leave. Our accommodations were fabulous. Maria, the front desk staff, was wonderful and very helpful. My check-in was fast and easy. Thank you, Maria. Our room was situated on the 4th floor, a 1-bedroom suite with jacuzzi in the balcony. Our view from the balcony was exceptional, looking at our entire property (which is beautiful) and the scenic beach. The hotel room is also spacious and updated. I've spent at least a week a year in Cancun/Cozumel/Plays del Carmen the last 25 years and This is the best. The Royal Haciendas has the best rooms (get the 2-bedroom Villa), the best service (happy hour Pina Coladas brought to you), and the best beach (fine white sand, gentle swells and it's only 6' deep 100 yds offshore!). This property has an amazing beach out in front with food and drink service at your request. The food was very tasty at the buffet and the menu options offered a great variety for our family. The snorkeling left much to be desired in this area but wadding in the beach was very relaxing. The hotel offered snorkels & fins but there is an additional charge for paddle board rentals. We stayed at the Royal Haciendas 6/18/2016 for two weeks. The place is very clean. Maid service is great. We cooked in the kitchen and had everything we needed.
