Stayed here for 4 weeks. One of the cleanest hotels in playa. It's simpel , clean , nice people who works there. We had breakfast and for all this time it was the same twice. The only negative thing is the waterfall wich is very noicy. Can recomend a good hotel for a good price

When in Playa del Carmen, we choose to stay here. Nice rooms and a nice breakfast (included) and 300 feet from the beach. When our family stays here with us, we do lunch on the roof which overlooks the beach and Cozumel. The main street where all the action is (and the restaurants) is just 100 feet away. From this hotel it is convenient to rent a car, catch the ferry to Cozumel, or to catch the bus to other destinations. Anyway, Hotel Posada Sian Ka'an has been our family choice for a few years ... this hotel is an excellent location for access to the downtown bus terminal or Cozumel ferry. It is close to 5th Ave in Playa and all the restaurants/bars/stores but far enough away to lose the noise. It is not on the beach but only 1/2 block away and a 2 minute walk. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff are quite helpful, the included breakfast is more than adequate. The pool, although small is very refreshing after a hot day. The fact that I have stayed here about 5 times should give... Read more

Wonderful small quiet hotel with immaculate grounds and housekeeping. Very comfortable beds and pillows. AC super strong if desired. Staff is really great, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here and we love this place. The value cannot be beat. The free breakfast works for us. We really enjoy the pool as well . Location to the beach and 5th ave are the best. Can't wait to come back. Great staff as well.

14 members of my family took a trip to Playa and had a great time. The hotel was very nice including the staff, the amenities and the distance to the beach (you're there in a blink.) Complimentary breakfast included was nice with a large crowd as we could all go to breakfast when we woke up and then meet up for our excursions. The hotel isn't luxurious if that is what you're looking for but it was perfect for a few days and you can not beat the price. I would definitely visit this hotel again ... Read more

If you want to be treated like family/royalty.... this is your place! It's beautiful, peaceful, and overall stunning! The staff are so friendly and caring. They care about every detail of your stay! You aren't 'just a guest', you are family! When you leave, part of your heart will be left there with the people you come in contact with. We will be back again but this time we are bringing our WHOLE family!! LOVE this place and the people!!!!!

My 11 year old daughter and I stayed at HPSK and had a lovely time. The grounds were lovely. The staff - friendly and accommodating. The room was very basic, however it was clean and offered us all the amenities that we needed for a comfy stay. Breakfast was included in the room rate and we were offered a Western or Mexican meal from a pre-set menu. Each choice was plenty to carry you through the morning. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Made sure I took in the view before heading ou... Read more

Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet, despite location 1 block from both Quinta Avenida and the beach. 1 block from the ADO bus terminal. Good value. Unfortunately, Playas del Carmen is over developed and its sewerage system is not sufficient to handle the large volumes of waste water, so the air here as all round the sea front area, smells bad.

For the price I didn't expect much..... But very surprised. Staff is friendly, and they speak english! Perfect location its a stones throw from the ado bus station which makes transport from the airport cheap. Clean room with good ac. Only prob is no fridge, but there are resturaunts and bars very close. No kitchenette. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel this place is great

We couldn't have been situated in a better spot in Playa del Carmen. Only 1 block away from the beach in one direction, and 1 block from the main strip in the other. The 'continental breakfast' included was below standard. The very least they could have offered was fried eggs, although they had omelettes every other day. The majority of my family are vegetarian so the Mexican choice was never an option, so they would have to settle for a fruit plate, which wasn't very filling. For a lot of th... Read more

The hotel has a friendly staff, comfortable rooms and ok breakfast. Very well located, right on the corner to the beach and 5th avenue. Breakfast is okay, not many options and you can chose only one of the 2 options given. The staff very helpful. Room is cleaned everyday. We had a pleasant stayed and definitely would stay there again!

I just ended up coming here because I got an offer in one of those hotels searching engines, and I couldn't be more happy. Hotel is in 2and 5th avenue. Not there is no traffic there so you will be dropped, probably, in 2nd and 10th av. Just walk down to the beach and you will see the Mayan style entry. Hotel is big, really quiet despite be next to 5th avenue. They have a rooftop area with nice views, pool and even a cenote (sort of Cave, but not open for swimming in). Breakfast is good servi... Pros: a block from the beach to the left and a block to 5th avenue with all of the shops to the right. Since its just off of the 5th ave strip, you don't hear all of the raucous. Free beach towel service was nice and the free breakfast was tasty. Staff was friendly and rooms come with a safe box. Cons: weak wifi (probably because our room was at the end of the hall). Shower was powerful but the glass door looked like it hadn't been washed in years.

During our Honeymoon, have to spend 1 night in playa on our way from Cozumel to Isla mujeres and decided to stop here! Great location, next to the ferry and Ado bus station, not noisy at all!!! Great room, they upgraded us because of our honeymoon:) Nice staff! Highly recommended!!

Me and my wife recently stayed at Posada Sian Kaan. Location was perfect for us, as it is right in between (less than 1 minute walk) to the beach or the 5th avenue. Rooms are very well maintained, as well as the entire property. It is a 30 rooms hotel that provides a personalized service. Hotel staff was just amazing, they gave us all the help and attention needed for a perfect time at Playa del Carmen. I recommend Posada Sian Kaan to anyone, and definitely will choose them in my next visit to P... Read more

We just returned yesterday from an amazing 8 night stay in room #401 - Sofia! I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was amazing. The breakfast each morning was just right. You get your choice of 3 to 4 dishes, usually one with eggs, a fresh fruit plate with yogurt and muesli or cereal. The service was always quick and pleasant. Our room had a nice partial view of the ocean as promised. We opted for the room with a small fridge; it is nice to have a few... Read more
