Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort and Spa All-Inclusive
Km. 11.5 Carretera La Cruz de Huanacaxtle - Punta de Mita Mpio., Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico 63734

The hotel has a Mexican decor and is an ideal choice for getting away and enjoying a wonderful rest after a day's walk around Banderas Bay, or playing golf at any one of the internationally renowned golf courses available in the area. Mexico has one of the most varied cuisines in the world. Due to its Spanish and pre-Hispanic heritage, it reflects the flavors of two continents giving rise to delicious and colorful dishes. The basic elements of Mexican cuisine, which give it its unique flavor and texture are maize, red meats, and the enormous variety of hot spices, beans, onion, and tomato. The national dishes are known as platillos mejicanos.

Mexico has an enormous variety of time-honored drinks which in many cases are still traditionally produced. Pulque was the ancient sacred drink extracted from the maguey plant which belongs to the agave family, and is considered to be Mexico's national drink.
We should mention that when building the hotel, both the flora and fauna of the area were taken into consideration and all the hotel buildings are completely integrated with the vegetation, thus avoiding indiscriminate felling of trees. We organize weddings, right from the paperwork of the civil ceremony to the celebration. The conference hall has a capacity for 225 people which can be divided into two completely sound-proofed meeting rooms.

The entertainment program is varied and enjoyable. An entertaining and expert team of animators organizes day or night time activities for the enjoyment of both adults and children. There is also the Excursion Desk which offers at an extra charge: horse-riding outings, ATV's, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale spotting, etc. The resort also has a mini zoo and a photography center.
Vallarta is a fascinating enclave extending from the Mexican Pacific to the Sierra Madre and offers an enormous variety of choice. Fabulous beaches, a wide range of sports and excellent cuisine, which together with cultural events and other alternatives make it an unforgettable destination.

We had a great 10 day trip to Grand Palladium. The food was really good, there are so many choices at the buffet that you never need to eat the same and some really good a la cartes to choose from too. Breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, fresh French toast and crepes and good coffee. My kids love pastries and macaron so they were in heaven. We really enjoyed the lamb in the ribs and more and the Mexican was fabulous. We ate so much tortilla, guacamole and salsa that I'm not sure I can eat... Read more

We visited the Grand Palladium for our sixth time from April16-23. Why do we keep returning to the same resort? So many people ask us this question, there are so many reasons. #1 The People! Working with the public ourselves we know it is not easy to serve people day in and day out while keeping a smile on your face. But the People of the Palladium do it no problem. From the moment we step off the bus and enter this lush tropical paradise we are greeted with huge smiles and hugs by either Victor... Read more

Stayed here for 4 days, sometimes drinks taste very cheap, food is good, desserts not very tasty, overall the only big issue besides customer care, are the long wait times for breakfast. Pools are nice, the beach is clean or at least they try to keep it clean.

Myself, my parents, sister and fiance just spent 10 days at the Grand Palladium Vallarta and really enjoyed our vacation. We were fortunate enough to have had our accommodations booked by a friend of ours who is a Travel Club VIP (gold wristband) so we had access to all areas of the resort including the Travel Club exclusive areas and the Royal Suites. We stayed in Building 3 on the second floor, rooms 3207 & 3209. It was in great proximity to the Royal Suites (a minute walk) and to the Travel... Read more

My wife booked this last minute vacation for my son and I through CheapCaribbean.com as a package deal. Reading the reviews we were looking forward to a special time. We arrived and waited a short time for check in around 1:30 pm. After check in you do an intro with a customer service rep. They explain about the resort and try to get you to do a breakfast with them for an explanation of their Palladium plan. We declined - no pressure. Rooms were not available till 3pm so we went to lunch at the ... Read more

You kinda get what you pay for here in TOTAL experience. As others have said in reviews, you can pay a little extra for far better experiences. We stayed here mainly because of the surf break right in front of the hotel which I wanted to surf. FYI, this isn't a good beginners surf spot and the beach itself for body boarding/ body surfing isn't good either. Trust me I've visited a lot of beaches and this one is horrible for that. The plus is there are a lot of body boards, surfboards and standup... Read more

We just came back June 15th after 7days. There was 6 of us that went. We felt nervous about some bad reviews but wanted to try it anyway. We loved the staff, the food we chose to eat was so delicious. The breakfast buffet, well here's the deal get there early Before 10-1030 and there's NO line up! Try go earlier to avoid que's we had no problem with que's as we went around 6/7 to eat every night. The Mexican restaurant is outstanding we loved it so much! And the poolside snacks during the day at the adult pool were a nice touch too if you couldn't be bothered moving for lunch. Omar and the lobby b... Read more

We were most impressed with the guys at the beach shack. Obler, Junior, and Eder were so helpful and hard working. My son and I surfed there for 3 days and loved the service. The beach bar is killer... the pools... we are going back in December with our extended family. The food in the restaurant by the main childrens' pool is not very good. Stale and birds fly into the food sometimes. But the food in the other restaurants (there are 4 of them) is very good.

This location is great for surfing. Burros is the wave and just off shore. The pools are nice and the rooms pretty good. The food is really only acceptable and never good but for a surf trip I was fine. The issue for me is that the sewage from the place goes right into the water there. It is well known among the locals for ear infections etc. So if you don't go in the ocean I suppose it isn't a problem. The wifi is also hit and miss.

This is my third time to this resort group, once at the Adults only Royal Suites and second time for Grand Palladium Vallarta. I have to say, that I am so thankful that we have gotten to know the staff over the last two trips, as I had just come out of a debilitating surgery with unexpected complications, was not walking very well and unable to have any alcohol due to strong antibiotics. I cannot being to say enough about the special care that my daughters and I received...there is no way that I... Read more
