We stayed here over Christmas vacation with our teenage sons. We had 2 rooms. My husband is Platinum Marriott member and they upgraded our room to a Corner Parkview Suite. The room was lovely with floor to ceiling windows running almost the entire length of the room with spectacular views overlooking the city, even windows in the shower! The location in Polanco is great. You can walk to the Anthropology Museum. There's also a Starbucks across the street. Worth checking out if you are from... Read more

I was very surprised about the service in the Hotel. I am not used to have this great service in Marriott Hotels. The location of the hotel is perfect. I had to the possibility to access the lounge part of the hotel - this was the best service ever. Pool is great and very clean.

We recently spent a couple of nights (1 night in Dec and 1 night in Jan) at the JWM over the holidays and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Master suite which was very spacious, modern and comfortable. We had access to the executive lounge which was way above the normal Marriott standard. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was my husband‚??s birthday and they were able to get us reservations at my favorite restaurant as well as ensure that the restaurant was aware o... The hotel is located in a great part of town, close to the National Museum of Archeology and Chapultepec Castle. We stayed in a corner park view suite which provided a larger room and bathroom. We had access to the executive lounge which was well stocked and serviced. It is a clean hotel and the service provided is excellent throughout the facility. We would be happy to recommend this hotel for a stay in Mexico City.

I followed my own advice from my visit in July and stayed in a room as high as possible.. moving from the 12th floor to the 20th floor. Glad I did, a bit further removed from all the excitement outside so I could get a better night sleep! Everything about my stay was excellent - Very welcoming front desk, friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel including the gift store and excellent maid service who folded my clothes nicely. This is a wonderful hotel! Again advice to others - stay as... Read more

The hotel is beautiful. In a great location with a nice pool. I really enjoyed my stay including the hotel restaurant-excellent! Until my final evening -when a family was in the next room and I felt as though their crying baby was in the room with me. It was really surprising given the quality of the hotel-perhaps the baby was just super loud. In any case I will look forward to a return visit.

We spent 5 nights in the JWM over the holidays and loved every minute of it. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our view out over the park was beautiful, and constantly changing. And the location in the Polonco neighborhood is perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes within just a couple of blocks of the hotel, and major attractions such as the Archaeology museum and Chapultepec Park are within walking distance. There are frequent police patrols at night, and... Read more

First, I just want to thank the staff at this hotel. I took my elderly parents (80+ years) with me, worried about how they would be accommodated. The hotel had no problem allowing us to use their wheelchairs, step ladder, and getting us into adjoining rooms. I personally want to thank the room attendants, Micheala and Marcela, for coming by every night without fail to ask us if we needed water/chocolate. We had the privilege of enjoying the executive lounge and the company of Vicky, Janet, Mig... Read more

Personalized and attentive service, just as I've come to expect from Marriotts. Located in a cool area of the city, though it's pretty homogenized and far from the classic Mexico City tourist destinations (art museum, cathedral, main plaza). The room decor was positively stately. Did a nice job of paying homage to the local culture in a very upscale way.
