From check in to check out the service was outstanding. We stayed on the 21st floor which was extremely quiet and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits, ample bread and pastries choices along with the omelet bar and American and Mexican sides. Requests for taxis was immediate with no wait. The number of employees remembering your name is remarkable. Certainly highly recommend JW @ Polanco.

I must say that I am biased as I am from Mexico and have always felt that service level is great and specially for what you pay. I just spent 2 nights at the JW and checked out early this morning (4:00 for a 6:00 flight). Maybe it was the lack of sleep or the excess of phenomenal food and drinks in Mexico City, or the combination of both, but I left my gold chain with cross and a Saint in the room. I did not realize this until early in the afternoon as I was waiting for a never ending delayed ... Read more

The hotel exceeds the usually marvelous Marriott experience. The executive lounge staff was a well oiled team of hospitality professionals (David, Jeanette(?), Daniella(?)) all made us feel so welcome!!! The concierge team was equally as adept, knowledgeable and friendly! These two teams made our stay memorable. Using the hotels taxi option is an added value! ONE Weird thing: the house keeping "turn-down" service only leaves on chocolate on the bed, even if there are two guests.
