Came for drinks at the hotel bar. They offered drinks made with grasshoppers, which we had to try. We also had the guacamole with dried grasshoppers. Also very good. They have a nutty flavour and a texture of potato chips.

We stayed for three nights in a Reforma Suite room. The room was large, newly renovated. It was well equipped with stylish furniture and the newest technical stuff, wifi, Flatscreen, USB ant Lightning Chargers, BOSE Entertainment, DVD, whatever you could need. The staff was extremely friendly, evereybody was smiling all the time. Concierge service was also great. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast in the quiet beautiful yard, as well as some of the best pastry we ever had in the coffe shop.

They have Amazing property and beautiful courtyard. Service was amazing. The staff so attentative. The bed was little too soft for our taste. The concierge team was the best I've ever experienced. And I'm a frequent traveler.

Hotel is in great central location. Beautiful building with large open central courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful although many times had forgotten or made errors with our requests/orders. The room was large and clean, although the horrible carpet design throughout the hotel is nauseating and so dated. The entire concierge team were brilliant. They all went beyond what was needed and with such great knowledge of the city. The in-house taxi/car service is ridiculously over-overpriced and ... Read more

Quality experience in every respect, from front desk and concierge through room, restaurant, and bar/lounge, which looks out to an exceptional interior courtyard. Superb location on Paseo Reforma handy to main businesses and Mexico City's great museums.

This hotel continues to be the best in town. Location is fabulous and on Sunday you can actually walk out of the hotel and since they close the streets you can enjoy a stroll unlike anything you've done. Building is beautiful and unlike other hotels that have a more sterile appearance, it is warm and inviting yet contemporary and has clean lines. Restaurant was recently revamped. Had lunch and found the meal to be well prepared, authentic Mexican cuisine but will cater to all tastes.Wouldn't sta... Read more

The hotel rooms were contemporary, spacious and beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and the service top notch. Loved the morning coffee from the in-room Nespresso. The lounge restaurant staff was by-committee very attentive. One oddity I've experienced at Four seasons before, and this was no different... The DO Not Disturb sign means nothing to them. If you are not there with the sign displayed outside your door, they will come in ANY way and provide full housekeeping service. I don't consid... Read more

Fantastic. The hotel is nestled between Chapultepec Castle and the main thoroughfare on Reforma ave. The hotel staff maintain the hotel and surrounding area impeccable and cater to every question or concern as if it was their own. Every room provides a fantastic view into the immaculate garden and court yard. The staff of the bar and restaurant were always gracious and eager to help and the food and drinks had us taking pictures due to their high quality. If you do join the festivities at the ba...
