My stay at the Four Seasons Mexico City was 3 stars out of 5. I was expecting better service. The service was slow at the restaurants, the food itself was not of my like, not much variety was provided. I had chicken veracruzana and it certainly was bad. The waiters at the Sunday brunch were slow, forgetful, rude. I am actually very disappointed. It definitely fell below my standards. Need to work on making the atmosphere more friendly for those staying for pleasure. I would definitely NOT come ... Read more

On our second night's stay, I woke up not feeling well, blacked out and fell down very hard against a door inside the hotel room. I needed to get to the hospital and had stitches for 2 cuts on my face and had a minor concussion (& bad headache). The staff at the Four Seasons treated me like ROYALTY! They took me to the hospital and also had Alberto stay with us (in case we needed a translator). Then they drove us back to the hotel, where we had fresh flowers and breakfast waiting. We couldn... Four Seasons Mexico City is NOT up to the standards of most Four Seasons. It is very deceptive, starting with the pictures of Four Seasons in Mexico City found on the website. It looks nice in pictures but in person, the hotel has the feeling of a "Best Western" or other cheap motel at most. (That would be OK if the hotel were advertised as a lower class Four Seasons and the prices matched. Four Seasons Westlake in California or Four Seasons Orlando Florida are Exceptionally beautiful and one wo... Read more

After regularly reviewing different four seasons I was quite surprised with Mexico City and the stay at four seasons. The hotel is in the heart of the action with being within 15-20 minutes of all the nightlife sights and sounds the city has to offer. The hotel itself is stunning with a magical courtyard smack dab in the centre. There was a renovation in progress for a new restaurant but was never disturbed. The food is fantastic and the Sunday brunch is a must do with a bbq happening and having... Read more

I have stayed at over 50 Four Seasons properties and this property did not disappoint. In fact there were distinctive elements not found in other FS properties or other hotels. First off was the decor. Surely the interior design team had lots of fun with the remodel. The colors and furniture selections in the room were bold and engaging. Lot's of oversized furniture to give the room a feel of relaxed grandeur. My only complaint is the lack of in-room coffee/tea making facilities and the woefull... Read more

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Four Season in Mexico City. The location was great, the room was exceptional, and the service was outstanding! We located close to the national park.; there was ease of access to transportation, and entertainment. My wife took advantage of the spa service, and was very pleased with her message. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We could not recommend the Four Seasons Mexico City more. We experienced exceptional service during our stay. Everyone was helpful and very accommodating and the hotel itself is very beautiful. Specifically, I want to note the outstanding concierge services provided to us by Mr. Stefano Antoniazzi. Stefano helped us review recommendations and provided us with many new recommendations, including outstanding restaurant reservations, night life, and neighborhoods we may enjoy. Stefano was thou... Travelling to Mexico City can have its doubts so it took me 15 years to return to city I used to frequent as a kid. Four Seasons is an automatic safe haven so I knew we would be fine. What I didn't realize is that the hotel is absolutely sublime. 50 Mils mixology is some of the best I have ever tasted. The new restaurant Zanaya is the hottest opening in the city. The staff is amongst the best and the location is great. The hidden courtyard is by far my favourite. Go to Mexico City and stay at th... Read more

This is an older building, and it's a luxury hotel. Those things matter, since there are some things that simply come with the territory. For example, there are limited elevators, and the food in the restaurants is pretty much haute cuisine. If you're a picky eater, or you value classic recipes and want a caramel flan whose purity of soul has not been corrupted by the addition of some "inventive" or "gourmet" ingredient, they'll do their best to accommodate you... but it is what is is. Fabulous lunch outdoors and walking distance to the park. Once at the park take a tram to the castle. Beautiful park with many museums. Great stores in the hotel. Bathrooms very clean. Location is great for shopping and for business. Beautiful lobby and a great place to buy cookies in the hotel. Many things to do in Mexico City, great restaurants and museums. Taxis very cheap. If you don't speak Spanish, write it down for the cab driver. Order the mexican hot chocolate its delicious.

The hotel and rooms have been renovated. The courtyard makes you forget about the center of the city outside. The service is exactly the same as what I would receive at other Four Seasons. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay again!

Once again, I visited the Four Seasons. Not sure how they do it, but once you enter the property, the staff calls you by name and welcomes you as a family member! The rooms are always clean, spacious and well appointed, but the best part is the staff. They can never do enough for their guests and always aim to please, no matter how insignificant the issue may seem. The restaurants are top rated and the new restaurant's seafood dishes are outrageous, and well worth the stop. My favorite pla... Read more

From the excellent service (the concierge desk in particular are spectacularly helpful and efficient), to the central location within easy reach of all the sights to the beautiful property itself, this hotel is exceeded all expectations. Nothing was too difficult, everything functioned perfectly- an oasis. The only downside? We couldn't stay longer. Don't miss the in-house seafood restaurant; it was the best Mexican food we ate during our whole trip!

My family stayed at the Four Seasons hotel in Mexico City for four nights. Almost everything was superb. The rooms were well appointed. The service was excellent, particularly the concierges who could not have been more helpful and their recommendations were awesome. The brunch in the courtyard may have been the best meal I have ever had. The only negative was that Internet service was very spotty throughout our stay, which we were told was a hotel-wide issue. It's with great disappointment that I write a poor review for the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico DF. I recently spent 3 nights in a luxury suite with my family and woke up with nearly 40 bed bug bites on my feet, legs, and arms. My daughter has bites on her back. Every time stay at this great hotel in Mexico City. Its location is very convenient and it is normally a 5 star hotel. This time yesterday is sad to say that was not the case. The service at the terrace was awful, terrible to say the least for this kind of hotel. The waiter just dis not know what to do, forgot things every time, and said he was sorry maybe 8 times. We stayed here, a family of 6 with 4 kids, at the beginning of a 2 week trip to Mexico. We were upgraded to a suite - we had requested interconnecting rooms - and the space was brilliant. This gave us a living room along with the 2 bedrooms. The breakfasts were fabulous and we could have stayed for a few hours. The pool isn't huge and you need to ask the staff at the pool when it will be in shadow to make sure you get the best use of it. Room service was also speedy and tasty. The hotel i... Read more

We had a suite & an upper grade room. Apparently they were refurbished rooms, which surprised us because they were old fashioned in style (beige & brown & a bit lacking in personality). Maybe its market is more geared to business travellers. We have stayed at a number of Four Seasons hotels & booked this based on the brand but it's not one of the best ones. On a positive note, the rooms were comfortable & the staff are very good, especially on the concierge desk. It's in a very good location. It... Read more
