I spent nearly two weeks living out of the Presidente in Feb. 2016, as an American who speaks no Spanish, used to American business travel. I was very impressed. It's a seemingly new property and the room was very nice - very spacious, with a very nice bathroom (two showerheads!), a gorgeous view of Santa Fe and (when it's clear) downtown Mexico City. The room had a huge window, but a big motorized blackout curtain that completely shut out the light (very nice). The bed, desk, chair, and TV were... Read more

Those who have stayed at other InterContinental hotels in the world expect the best in accommodations and will not be disappointed at the Presidente in Mexico City. This was my first time in Mexico City and my experience at the Presidente was excellent. The hotel is ultra modern in decor, without being boutiquey or uncomfortable. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional in every way. My room was large and well appointed (the shower alone was big enough to host a small party in Read more

First time that I choose InterContinental Presidente in Santa Fe, I did my reservation based on a friend recommendation because it was very close to a customer that I was visiting. Everything was good, good room, also the view of Santa Fe. Breakfast was also good but sometimes it was crowded. I'd come back if I needed to go to Santa Fe again.

The hotel is a standard InterConti in a quite save area and a good hotel. The rooms are nice and clean but need some renovation. The breakfast is rich but interrupted by a noisy TV. The service is friendly and good. The rooms are noisy as the windows are not isolated well enough. It is a good place to stay but not excellent. Only one english channel and a spanish newspaper only haven't helped.

Except for the breakfast this is a great hotel if you are on business. I asked for some huevos rancheros and it took 15 minutes because the kitchen is shared with other restaurant. Location is excellent walking distance to many restaurants and Santafe mall which is one of the biggest in mexico About 1 hour from Benito Juarez intl airport

Reception and concierge very helpful to assist on our daily needs and external activities. Rooms are very spacious, provide a decent view of the city and furniture is good. Downside is breakfast, located in a small area and with just few options.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel; this time round I stayed for 5 nights. Location is great for Santa Fe and Interlomas. However, if you are doing business in Mexico City itself, it is quite a trek down, as the traffic is pretty bad. The hotel caters very much to a business clientele. Service is friendly and fast and the hotel is new and clean. The rooms are large with a good-sized desk. (They could have used a couple extra power outlets in the room). The only downside this time ro... Read more

I stayed here during a cold period in Mexico City and found it surprising the rooms in this property do not have heating. My room was very large and facing downslope towards the center of Mexico City, with a separate study/kitchenette area facing a huge hole and with ceramic tiles, which contributed to the cold feeling. All I could do is abuse the hairdryer and nestle deeply in the bed. The hotel is well-located in Santa Fe, close to the mall and several bars and restaurants and convenient for... Read more

I was at the Hotel InterContinental for 4 days. The hotel is great, good location, close to restaurants and bars and shopping centers. The reception is very good, fast to make checkin with a very helpful service. I was in a room at the 36th floor, a great view, comfortable beds, large bathroom, sofa, coffee table, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, desk to work and TV with the main cable channels. The hotel offers a gym with treadmill, bike and some weights. A good outdoor area with a bar and a s... Read more

I stayed here two nights with my wife on a quick holiday to Mexico City. First, be careful while booking - there are two InterContinental Presidente hotels in Mexico City. We intended to book the one in Polanco, which is very central, and weren't looking closely enough and booked this one in Santa Fe, which is quite a bit further away! Since it was via Hotels.com, changing it last minute was not possible. Check in once we arrived was welcoming and friendly, although the reception area itself f... Read more

This hotel was a breath of fresh air! I'm not impressed with other hotels in the area. I have stayed at each of the 4.5-5.0 star hotels in the vicinity on numerous occasions. The Intercontinental Presidente Santa Fe exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the location of this hotel as well as its warm and friendly staff, in-room dining menu, proximity to the mall and area restaurants. When I say the location is breathtaking it's because this hotel has an incredible view of Santa Fe. In my humble op... Read more

I visit the President often between meals at Au Pied de Cochon. Kingfish and The Palm. It is also the closest hotel to my office and many people like to stay here, while others prefer the Westin. I really dislike parking at this hotel. Their valets are bad and getting your car on -2 is slow. On Saturday, we had lunch at Au Pied de Cochon and the valet came with someone's car around the column at a highly elevated speed. He just missed hitting me as he came to a screeching stop. When a I come back from a trip I am normally a truly constructive criticism, but in this case there are so many áreas to improve in this hotel. After a 5 hour highway trip We arrive at the hotel and they could??t provide Us our room yet. We wait for a while and they assigned three different rooms that haven??t been ready. The showers were cold with no water pressure, the shampoo was extremely gelatinous if you let me the the expression. I could??nt get access to the WiFi, even with operator... Read more
